The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparation is possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians approx. 5 min., University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen, radio and Wi-Fi. From the living area you have a magnificent view of the garden and can make yourself comfortable in the middle of fruit trees and roses in the deck chair or use the terrace. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
