Holiday rentals with a patio in Rum Point

Felt like we were in a commercial! It was literally like stepping into a television ad! Unbelievably awesome !

We had such a wonderful experience staying here! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, peaceful, and super comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Monika went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and her recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot-on and really helped us make the most of our time on the island. What made it extra special was the thoughtful Easter treat she put together for our boys—it was such a sweet surprise and really showed how much she cares about her guests. We felt so welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This place was exactly as described! Absolutely stunning views, in a quiet secluded spot. Sarah was very responsive! The instructions the host gave were very easy to read and helpful. Perfect getaway spot. This location is located more so where local residents stay, and you can take the public bus which stops on the corner with the stop sign from the entrance road of three airbnb for just 2$ CI or 5$ USD per person to get just about anywhere on the island including the grocery store and many beaches. The host had supplied everything we needed; snacks, towels, beach equipment, snorkel gear, waters, breakfast items, sodas, bathroom supplies, laundry supplies, first aid etc! I highly recommend staying here for a couples getaway!

This was an amazing stay for a very affordable price be sure to rent a car if you stay here because it is very hard to get around if you don’t (45 min walk to nearest bus stop) and taxis are expensive

Great choice to stay 1st time in Cayman. Nice to have the beach, pool, swim up bar all at one spot. Central location. Could walk to many places. Easy pick up by taxi. Verity's place was fully stocked with everything we needed. Had a problem with primary shower draining and Verity was there with a plumber within 2 hours to fix. The adjacent & abandoned old Margaritaville Resort made the area a bit more sketchy and undesirable - but read the Hyatt is purchasing, so hopefully will be more attractive area within a few years.

The perfect place for my wife and I for a few days. We spent a few days here and a few days on seven mile beach, and at the end, wished we had spent all of our time at Rosie’s place. It was better than the pictures. Not a lot of restaurant options around, but we cooked several meals in her well-equipped kitchen. And eating on her screened in porch, watching the waves come in was super enjoyable. The pool was great, but the beach was the highlight. Snorkeling and seeing sooo many starfish, significantly more than we saw at starfish point. Beautiful condo, beautiful location, beautiful beach. We’d absolutely stay here again when we return to Grand Cayman.

The place was amazing and Louise is extremely responsive. We loved our stay. The place is really nice and clean and decorated so nicely. We would love to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay here—the space was even nicer than the pictures reflected. Thanks to our host for the generous coffee, rum cake, and the great soaps. Just a super comfortable place that is close driving distance to anywhere we wanted to go. The Tori gate at the entrance is a nice touch too. Would happily stay here again and hope to one day!

Beautiful home! The place was spotless and had great amenities. The pool and backyard area was super nice. Julie was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay again!

It was in a safe location, clean, and beautifully decorated- inside and out. Looked exactly like the pictures! Had great kitchen appliances as well as general helpful items (tiny bar soap, beach towels/umbrella, etc.). The host was quick with responses to questions and was very accommodating and considerate towards plan changes. Calm and perfect for relaxing as well as being right near the beautiful Bodden Town Beach. Our stay was perfect.

We came for spring break and absolutely loved the place. First, the view is absolutely fantastic! Being able to wake up and enjoy our morning coffee with the views of the ocean were a great way to greet the day. The pool was well used on our trip and it was both warm and clean! Loved the built in seats in the pool. The place was located near some great restaurants and close enough to everything that we didn't spend a lot of time getting from place to place. Chelsea was extremely helpful and very responsive. We will be back for sure!

I was on island for a quick trip. This end-unit townhouse was spotless, modern, conveniently located and our host was friendly, responsive and proactive. Highly recommended!

Patricia and her home were both absolutely wonderful! Other reviews mentioned how well stocked this AirBnB is, but really - I have not been in another that had as much available as this one. Life Jackets, Kayaks, Snorkel Gear, Cooler, a Waffle Maker, Blender, plenty of spatulas, pots and pans, puzzles, board games, a grill, beach towels... the list is long! Patricia too was fantastic for recommendations on anything on the island - even going so far as to set up our Bio Bay tour on the perfect night! Highly, highly recommend for a peaceful stay on the quiet side of the island!

Kate and Nick’s place was a beautiful, amazing place to spend our week in Cayman. Peaceful and just outside of the busy Seven Mile area, a short drive to great restaurants and shops. Very accommodating, our flight was delayed a day and Kate & Nick were kind enough to let us stay an additional day. I look forward to our next trip and would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Oasis. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 5 night stay-we went to the grocery store once for food and drinks only/everything else was already at the house. The pool and backyard were amazing! My girls loved tanning on the poolside loungers. The walk to the beach was easy enough but we really enjoyed Governor’s beach which was a short drive away. Thank you Cline for a wonderful family vacation!

Phillip’s place was perfect for our stay. It was close to groceries, restaurants, snorkel spots and Georgetown. His property is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Bed was great, porch was fantastic spot to enjoy morning coffee and there was even a hose available to wash down our snorkel gear each day. Loved that beach chairs, beach towels and more were available for our use. Neighbors are very friendly, we typically had the pool to ourselves, loved the Oceanside boardwalk. Would definitely recommend to any group of 1 or 2 travelers.

Loved having two Adirondack chairs on porch! Communication was fantastic as we needed a couple items that were part of the Airbnb and they were right on it and got it to us very quickly. The place was very clean, which is important to us. We met the housekeeper and she was an added bonus! She let us in and made us feel very comfortable to change as we got there early and we were able to get on the beach to enjoy the rest of our afternoon!!That was an extra top bonus! Loved having some great restaurants walkable. Though we had a car, we did taxi to a few places just because it was so hot and we were dressed up. Tillys was fabulous for sunset, Yoshi‘s across the street for amazing sushi and a great locals place down at Heritage Kitchen near cemetery Beach. It’s a little tiny hole in the wall, but incredible and amazing food and people! They were awesome! Definitely affordable but fresh and delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at Maggie's place. The unit was exactly as described- airy, beautifully furnished, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The location could not have been better- just steps from the beautiful beach and great local restaurants. Maggie was wonderful, thoughtful and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. She went the extra mile with small touches that made the stay extra special. I highly recommend it and would only want to stay here the next time I'm in Grand Cayman. Thank you again Maggie for a wonderful experience!

Great place, beautiful beach . Great place to stay . Plenty of space and the top floor balacony tough to beat. Good location and close to restaurants/bars. As an after thought, a pool was missed a bit and Price was fair but high end of fair. Happy with our stay.

1. Sunset Hideaway is a very nice place to stay with beautiful coastline view. Place is 15 - 20 minutes from the airport and from downtown Georgetown. Nearby restaurants and places to visit such as the Dolphin Discovery and Turtle Farm. 2. Unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed 3. Flexible option to do swimming at the swimming pool or snorkeling just off the oceanfront rocks on the property. 4. Clear and easy instructions. 5. Host (Myline) was a very good host. Proactive and helpful. We highly recommend this Airbnb and if we plan to go back to Grand Cayman, we'll definitely stay here again.

From start to finish the host was great at communication which made everything so much easier and stress free. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our week there. We were so happy that we chose this condo and location for our trip. I would highly recommend this host and any properties he may have and will definitely be booking with him again on our next trip.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we've stayed at. It all started with Louis and the perso al care he provided as a host. Communicated very proactively, reached out to check on us and responded immediately with any questions we had. He provided an online guidebook on everything from Arrival info, local restaurants, beach suggestions, etc. We've never had a better host. The place was immaculate and looked like the photos online. He provided us beach chairs, paddleboards, beach towels, and even brought extra blankets for us to watch movies on the couch. The patio was where we started each morning with a cup of coffee in a comfortable couch looking out onto the ocean. The grounds and gardens in the courtyard looked like an all-inclusive resort. The snorkeling was amazing right off the property where we saw an incredible variety of fish. Finished each day with time at the pool. First time in the Caymans - We are definitely returning to this property again next year

Always enjoy visiting the Island and staying on the quiet side. The apartment was beautiful and renovated nicely. not huge but felt giant because of the indoor/outdoor space with a wall of doors/windows. Loved the pool and the beach of course. The only thing we didn't love about the entire thing was the grass on the beach which is an almost impossible task to maintain. Host was responsive, friendly and nice to work with!

Gloria and her husband went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one! They were both very responsive to any questions that I had and their recommendation guide was very helpful! The place was spotless, beautiful, and peaceful - exactly as described in the listing. It was ample space for my husband, mother, and my brother in law to celebrate our birthdays! I also want to note that Gloria and her husband went above and beyond. The coffee maker was not scaled, and they went out and bought brand new coffee so we didn’t have to do instant coffee - even though we said it was ok! We truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and hospitality. We look forward to going back to Grand Cayman and we will not hesitate in booking this spot when we return with family and friends!
