Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cottage Kääpä 8 (max. 7 people) On the terrace of the cottage, there is a hot tub that can be rented separately. (€100/day) The cottage's courtyard also has a gazebo where you can spend time enjoying nature. Downstairs there are 3 cozy bedrooms and 1 bedroom upstairs on the loft. The distance to the shore of Lake Saimaa is ~500 meters. ~900 meters from the cottage, there is a private beach, a barbecue hut and our rowing boats for rent. Linen/towel rental 15€/person.

The cottage has a small kitchen for spinning calories. The traditional wood sauna gets the best steam, and the carrying water comes straight from Lake Saimaa. You can fish from your own beach and in the evening you can roast sprats over a bonfire. Kayaks, fishing gear, sauna and husky tours available for an additional fee. All this only 12 km from the city!

Our PihaMummola is an idyllic and authentic granny in the courtyard of a functioning organic dairy farm. Here you can get to know the life of the farm, milking and taking care of the animals if you want. Our farm's cows include gentle individuals and, among other things, all Finnish cattle breeds. In addition to the main building, Mummolan's rent includes a separate lakeside sauna. Waterways and magnificent forest areas dominate the region, but in Mummol you can also easily explore the lively summer village of Lohilahti.

The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Warmly welcome.
