Saimaan rannalla olevassa modernissa mökissa pääset viettämään lomaa hienoissa puitteissa. Mökin suurista ikkunoista on näkymä Saimaalle. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Villa Huvikumpu. - Maalaisromantiikkaa lähellä kaupunkia 1930-luvulla valmistuneessa pikkutalossa. Talo on lähes satavuotias, eikä ole luksuskohde, mutta tarjolla hyvät ja rauhalliset yöunet. Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

The House is located on the lake in the woods, 12 km from the main road #6. Location is very peaceful and scenic. It is integrated into the rocky landscape with a panoramic view over the lake through pines.
