Asunto on kodikas ja valoisa yksiö alle kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Asunnossa on uusi mukava sänky ja levitettävä vuodesohva. Keittiö on kompakti mutta erittäin hyvin varusteltu ja asunto sopiikin hyvin myös pidempiin majoittumisiin. Innokkaalle talviuimarille on uimapaikka vain 100 metrin päässä ja rannasta lähtee myös ihania ulkoilureittejä. Autolle löytyy talon pihasta tai viereiseltä kadulta ilmainen parkkipaikka.
