Dionne was immensely warm, welcoming and jovial. She’s very approachable and understanding and is happy to make both ends meet, she’s quite flexibly accommodating, despite her absence, in the duration of the vast majority of my stay, she still kept in touch and checked on me regularly to see whether I was comfortable and was very helpful and supportive, throughout. I really felt at home, every step of the way and I’ve established a very good rapport with her and cannot wait until my next stay with her. She’s got quite the ambience to her. The place is preciously peaceful, in a quiet location.

Jerome gave clear instructions and was quick to communicate. The apartment was clean, toasty and well equipped. The bed was comfy and clean. We had a great stay and traveled into Romford by Uber in 15 mins. 😁

Remi was a very responsive host. His written communications before and during the stay were very good, with clear instructions provided on how to find the place. The room had lots of storage space and was clean and well presented. The availability of his washing machine was very useful in a 16-night stay. When asked about an ironing board, Remi produced one very quickly even though it was not part of the inclusions. Overall, it suited my purpose well as a base for one part of a longer trip and I would be happy to stay there again if the opportunity presents at some stage in the future.
