It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

Comfortable & stylish, in a quiet residential area, our garden annex has its own separate entrance. We are close to Didsbury and West Didsbury with shops and restaurants and good transport links, including tram and bus routes into Manchester City Centre. The annex has fully equipped kitchen with washer/drier, oven, microwave, fridge etc The Bedroom is warm, bright and spacious with an en-suite shower room. Wifi available, TV, safe on-street parking. No Smoking or vaping please!

Lovely bright spacious & calm double bedroom. Let the sun kiss your face in the morning. High ceilings, big comfy double bed, wooden floors. 2 windows, lots of light, big ornate mirror. Neutral colours, calm peaceful feel, blackout blinds. Lock on door. Share with me (unless traveling) and one other nice long or short term guest in the 2nd bedroom (very occasionally 2). I am temporarily doing a little work on kitchen, all rooms fully functional. A few extra things stood around.

Has a cosy living room to hang out in and a dining room to get some work done, as well as a modern kitchen with plenty of space. PLEASE NOTE: The house boiler is located in the room, it’s generally off through the night but it can turn on late in the evenings when the house is busy, so if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the room for you :)
