Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

La Dolce Visciola is located among the green hills of the Marche region and overlooks a splendid panorama that stretches from the countryside to the sea. In addition, for those who wish, you can taste some local delicacies from our farm, to fully experience your stay in the Marche through all the senses.

It is a beautiful 19th-century house, renovated, immersed in the quiet of Frasassi Park. In the garden, it has a 12m x 6m swimming pool, 1.20m to 2.50m deep, and a jacuzzi, reserved for the villa's guests. With its 10 beds, it is suitable for groups of friends, large families or 2 families. The kitchen is very well equipped, and in the veranda there is a fireplace/barbecue and a wood-burning oven. It is 10 minutes from Frasassi Caves, 6 km from Arcevia (An), 8 km from Sassoferrato (An).
