Charming old farmhouse for rent on beautiful Varaldsøy. Located in rural area, about 500 m from the ferry dock, with beautiful views towards Hardangerfjorden, Folgefonna and Kvinnheradfjella. The house is approx. 90 m2, plus loft with 3 bedrooms/loft living room. 11 good sleeping places plus baby bed, kitchen and bathroom are refurbished in 2022/23. Terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Great hiking areas right outside the door, about 500 to the beach. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented 14 feet of boat with 9.9 hp engine can be rented.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

Førsteetasjen i en sjarmerende villa fra 1912. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men med tydelige spor av gammel stil. Huset ligger i en rolig blindgate, et steinkast bak rådhuset. Setter du deg ute i gården med en kaffe, kan du nyte morgensolen og synet av rådhuskuppelen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Gamlahuset by the sea - close to Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

Parking space for two cars and electric car chargers. Electric car charging is included in the rent.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.
