A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

This newly built house is in the village of Brandon with its own parking, next to a field, often with sheep, next to a bus stop between Rugby and Coventry and close to a railway. The house is suitable for small work teams & families. All rooms have a desk and Smart TV. There are several good eating places and a Coop within easy walking distance, and many supermarkets close-by. There are several good walks, including along the River Avon. We offer a bright, self-contained ground floor flat with off road parking. Rural setting but close to Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry. 40 mins from NEC and Birmingham airport. There is dedicated wifi and a TV available for your use offering freeview channels. We are not set up for pets or children. We do not allow smoking on the premises and you need your own transport to stay here. Early check in or late check out for a fee with prior arrangement only.
