The "La Ruchette" gite is located in the heart of Prenois, a pleasant and quiet village, close to the Dijon-Prenois motor racing circuit. We are surrounded by trails suitable for outdoor activities. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is a 15-minute drive away. All shops 10 minutes away. The recently enlarged cottage sleeps 4, with the possibility of parking a vehicle in a closed and secure courtyard. Breakfast offered at an extra cost, €8/person (given the night before)

Angélique and Romane welcome you to this 2021 house located quietly at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will just have to enjoy this peaceful retreat. The historic center is a 12-minute walk away. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
