Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Au coeur du village ce logement individuel de 40 m2 est tout équipé. Il possède une terrasse de 30 m2 aménagée avec table fermière, grand parasol , barbecue, prise de courant et éclairage. Le village est à 17 kms de Dijon centre et est entouré de sentiers propices aux randonnées et activités de plein air. A deux pas du logement une magnifique marre naturelle et arborée prône au milieu du village. Le célèbre circuit automobile est situé à l'autre bout du village et ne crée aucune nuisance sonore.

Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is a 15-minute drive away. All shops 10 minutes away. The recently enlarged cottage sleeps 4, with the possibility of parking a vehicle in a closed and secure courtyard. Breakfast offered at an extra cost, €8/person (given the night before)
