At the foot of the Auvergne volcanoes, 5 minutes from the highways and the train station, come and discover our little house. We are 2 steps from the historic city center and close to all amenities: restaurants, bakery, tobacco bar, cinema and supermarket. House renovated by us for 2 to 4 people + 1 baby, with 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, toilet, bathroom with bathtub, 160 cm sofa bed. A secure private parking space and 1 terrace. Heating with pellet stove. Air conditioning.

Welcome, I am pleased to welcome you to my 25 m² studio, with a 140 x 190 bed separated from the living room. Bed and bath linens are provided. The best part of the studio is its calm and independence as well as its proximity to the A75 highway 5 minutes away and the train station. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away. Access to the studio is via a common area, the keys are handed over in person. Possibility of garage access for motorcycles or bicycles upon prior request.
