It enjoys the proximity of the Roseto and Atri/Pineto highway exits, only 15 minutes away. Ideal for relaxing with family and having fun with friends in a welcoming place.

Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

With its 90 square meters, it is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples who wish to live an authentic and unique experience. The property enjoys breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
