I was staying in June-July. Everything was at top level: the apartment is new, not so big, but comfortable and homely, the see is close, the view is perfect, all the infrastructure was in 5-10 walking. I liked it very much

razie a Filippo per la sua ospitalità e disponibilità a soddisfare tutte le mie domande. Abbiamo trovato tutto cio che ci era stato detto.Monolocale ubicato in posizione comoda accanto a uno dei tanti cancelli che danno accesso allo stabilimento Marifà e con balconcino esposto verso il prato comune del residence. Ottimo per famiglie con bimbi piccoli per la tranquillità del residence e la sicurezza essendo tutto recintato con cancelli. Monolocale pulito e attrezzato. Accanto bar e minimarket e di fronte le giostre. Luogo da consigliare.

Un posto carino, vicino al mare e Filippo chi ha fatto sentire come casa nostra. Abiamo trovato le cose base, che uno ha bisogno per fare la collazione o a cuccinare le cosa semplice. :)

wonderful experience Gianluca was very helpful with anything, the apartment was clean and equipped, we did not want anything. Hon appreciated that as soon as we had a small problem with the wifi, gianluca has bent over backwards to solve the problem successfully! The whole establishment is well-kept and clean, including the pool. The house was perfect, just like in the photos and descriptions. I highly recommend the apartment at all. Naima

We stayed for 1 week , with 2 kids. Gianluca was very helpful, and welcomed us like a real host). The appartment is very well located, in a new appartment complex ( secure ) , with direct access to a very nice pool (calm and clean ) , and also direct access to the beach. The appartment itself has airco ( for the warm summer ) . And everthing corresponds to the pictures on airbnb. We would gladly have stayed longer and would definately like to come back. Many tnx :-)

We are a family of five people and we spent 2 weeks at le Dune, Silvi. The appartment was clean and the swimming pool area was just perfect for our boys. The big garden area around the swimming pool was very well maintained. We also liked very much that the sea was just next to us. The surroundings were quite quiet, but for us as a family with children it was ok, there were couple of good restaurant in a walking distance. Gianluca was very friendly, he was in contact to us every time we needed anything. A nice exprience overall!

Very good location and good and comfortable residence. Especially for families with children - a lovely pool and right by the sea. Very clean apartment, air conditioning was very by the way . Also features an indoor parking, it is convenient, if very hot. One minus - very bad wifi. Gianluca was always in touch and quickly decided all the questions.

We stayed three days in Gianluca's appartment and it was perfect in every possible way! The appartment is almost new and in really good condition. It was very clean and also well equipped. Having three kids age 4-6 we decided to eat some meals at home and it worlked out beautifully. The appartment is part of a complex with a pool only 20 meters from your doorstep. It was very good to be on the ground floor beeing able to go back and forward between the pool and appartment. The adriatic see is only another 50 meters away and we enjoyed the opportunity to switch between pool and see during the day. Gianluca was very nice and helpful as a host. He helped us finding the appartment, showed us the facilities and also gave suggestions on good restaurants in the neighborhood. We had a great stay at Alberto's place. Silvi is beautiful and this apartment allowed us access to all of it. We had a wonderful view of both the sea and the mountains, where we could watch the sun set every night. If you stay there, you have to go to the pastry shop nearby; their pistachio cream filled cornettos are to die for. Thanks Alberto!

truly a wonderful experience. Simple apartment, but spacious and functional. as it should be. position of the perfect house and 1 minute from the beach and shops, ice cream shops, newsagents etc. !!! ... As others mention, is located near the train ... and 'true ... but there dara' problems in the bedrooms that are exposed on the other side of the apartment. We slept like babies. Only if you stop in the kitchen / living room you can hear the trains pass ... but honestly if you go to sea, I do not think you stop watching TV ... Alberto exquisite and kind person. We will be back! THANK YOU !

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, nothing was missing and the owners were very helpful. The only unpleasant thing was the fact of finding themselves alongside the railway, for those who love peace and the silence is not ideal.

E' al terzo piano, e non è scritto; per il resto è un bell'appartamento pieno di sole e comodissimo per la spiaggia ed i negozi. Qualche problema con i parcheggi, ma forse perché era pieno agosto.

We had a great time and the house is spacious and super-equipped especially for children, the garden is comfortable and access to the beach is very close. The area is quiet and airy. Andrea is a great host. I hope to come back soon.

Appartamento situato in ottima posizione fronte mare. La casa dispone di tutto il necessario per la vita da spiaggia e quotidiana...non manca proprio nulla! Zona molto tranquilla ma a 2 passi dal centro di Silvi. Spiagge libere di fronte alla casa pulite e mare bello.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza, approfittando dell'ubicazione straordinaria di questo appartamento, adiacente alla spiaggia. La casa è benissimo equipaggiata, il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. Un'ottima scelta!

La villetta di Luana è esattamente come nella descrizione, è a pochissimi passi dal mare e nel giro di pochi metri si può trovare tutto il necessario per qualunque esigenza ed evenienza. (dall'ufficio postale alla farmacia). La casa è molto accogliente, nuova ed è perfetta sia per le famiglie numerose che per le coppie. Ha ambienti molto spaziosi e i letti ed il divano sono molto comodi. Zona perfetta per fare rilassanti passeggiate in bici, molto tranquilla per le uscite serali e non mancano luoghi di divertimento per i bambini (Luna park a pochi metri dall'alloggio). Con noi Luana è stata molto disponibile fin dall'inizio e ci ha fornito fin da subito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Siamo molto soddisfatti della vacanza e consigliamo senza alcun dubbio il suo alloggio!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo graziosissimo appartamento con la nostra bimba di 8 mesi. Durante tutta la nostra permanenza a Silvi, abbiamo potuto apprezzare la cortesia, disponibilità e discrezione dei proprietari. La casa e il giardino sono curati in ogni dettaglio e arredati con gusto. La posizione è esclusiva e in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca un luogo dove riposarsi. Per finire, la mia bimba ha legato fin da subito con la cagnolina Nina che mai ha arrecato disturbo e, anzi, è stata sempre motivo di interazione e compagnia.

L'alloggio è molto pulito e ben rifinito con gusto in ogni dettaglio sia dentro che all'esterno nell'ampio e curato giardino dotato di ogni confort. Il tutto quindi richiede una particolare attenzione da parte degli ospiti, soprattutto da parte di quelli che vorranno essere accompagnati dai loro amici pelosi magari un po' più grandi di un jack Russell... Consiglio, quindi, di concordare in anticipo con Vanessa e Davide i modi e le soluzioni più adeguate a soddisfare le Vostre esigenze. Sono persone molto disponibili. Sapranno venirvi incontro

Il soggiorno a casa di vanessa e stato favoloso .Io e mia mamma ci siamo sentite come a casa .Vanessa Davide e la dolcissima Nina ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi.La casa offre tutto quello che serve ,il giardino molto ben curato con la possibilita di pranzare fuori e prendere il sole.Studiato tutto nei minimi particolari per far star bene gli ospiti. Consiglio a tutti di alloggiare in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso... Un grazie ancora di cuore a Vanessa ,Davide e alla dolciisima cagnolina Nina per averci fatto passare una settimana meravigliosa vi verremo a trovare di nuovo. Laura ,Vanda e Sofia.

Ottimo appartamentino per coppia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con l'ottima ospitalità di Vanessa e Davide sempre gentilissimi, disponibili e con accortezze nell'accoglienza molto gradite. Per non parlare della simpaticissima Nina che dopo il primo giorno già attendi che ti corra incontro quando arrivi o ti saluti quando esci. Mai invadente ma adorabile (e mio marito ed io non abbiamo alcuna esperienza o particolare propensione agli animali).

Casa davvero molto bella, curata, fresca e in posizione silenziosissima. Molto piacevole avere il giardino attrezzato a completa disposizione. Gli host sono gentilissimi e sempre molto disponibili, il cagnolino è molto simpatico, ma molto educato e mai invadente

Vanessa et Davide sont très accueillants. Ils sont très disponible si vous avez des questions. L'accueil a été parfait. L'appartement est calme et le jardin et magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Je recommande cet appartement.

L'alloggio di Vanessa è probabilmente il migliore che potete trovare a Silvi Marina. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa (sentirai solo il suono delle onde del mare) ma estremamente vicina al lungo mare e di conseguenza ai Lidi, ristoranti, locali e negozi. Pulizia impeccabile in tutto (casa, lenzuola, asciugamani), arredata benissimo e dotata di un giardino meraviglioso dal quale potrete godere della vista del mare... relax totale soprattutto di sera quando si accenderanno le luci soffuse e colorate che vi permetteranno di guardare nitidamente il cielo stellato. Vanessa e Davide ci hanno accolto come nessuno aveva fatto fino ad ora e ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa... anche Nina la loro cagnolina vi darà un benvenuto con i fiocchi: è molto buona e dolce ma soprattutto ben educata e rispettosa degli spazi dedicati agli ospiti e mai (ripeto, mai) invadente. Vanessa e Davide vi forniranno tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno per assaporare le bontà del territorio e visitare i borghi del circondario... insomma, siete in OTTIME mani!

Die Gastfamilie war überus freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die lage war Top, direkt am Strand. Gerne jederzeit wieder...

I really recommend this apartment. The owner of the apartment - Anton - is friendly and very helpful person, we didn't have any problems with comunication. He responds immediately for every single message. Flat has just great localization, actually nearly on the beach and the view from 11th floor is breathtaking:) Apartment is nice and cosy and there is everything what is needed. Don't think too much, just book the apartment and spend great time in Montesilvano :) Grazie!

I rented the apartment for work and I have to say that the description corresponds perfectly to reality. The apartment has stunning sea views, is clean and functional, and the host is timely responses and shows great availability.

I left the apartment cleaner then we got it, we had to buy out own toilette paper and the towels and sheet did not seem clean at all. The view was great bit Thays about it, we froze we couldn't get the heating to work and when trying to resolve the issue I was told that everything was fine but both my boyfriend and I tried all day and night, the only way it would work is if we left the hot water running which we did not due for respect of the owner. Had Antonio left more information such as a number for the concierge perhaps we would have resolved the issues but we left because it was unbearable.

29GBP per day! There is NO better value for money in Italy. the view is stunning, the place is clean and neat, very very enjoyable staying. thank you Antonio.

Nice, warm and cosy flat on 11th floor !!! with astonishing view. There is a superb cafeteria on ground flor, perfect for breakfast+coffee in the morning and a tea in the evening. We did not meet Antonio in person, but contact with the host is very fast, good and flexible. I reccomend this apt, especially if you value amazing view on the sunrises in Italy :)

The kitchen is unusual for german conditions. But everything else was pretty fine!

The view was incredible set apart that ... We are still looking for the positives; 2 chairs for a group of 4 people, ants in the shower room and kitchen, disgusting sheets, but we wanted to cook the pans were rusty and rooms. Brief amazing views but nothing more.

I had a really good time and pleasant stay. My flight was delayed and didn't turn up till quite late and still a really warm welcome from Roberto's father. Good spot and get use of a bike which was perfect for that place. Coffee and cake went down very well too

We stayed with Roberto for a week with a baby and we really felt like home. A step away from the beautiful beach, restaurants and shops Silvi. An experience that I recommend to everyone !!

Everything was tiptop :) Both the apartment and the pool and grounds were very clean. There were no surprises ... to see everything as described and in the pictures. To the sea you really have to go just across the street, where it is also close are equal availability, so you have to hire a pricey beach place. In addition, we were able to use the bikes in front of the house. So if you want to see some games else that is not a problem. The contact with Roberto was very straightforward. The booking was very quick and simple and also with any questions during the stay was an immediate response. I, the apartment can therefore definitely recommend with a clear conscience! :)

The Room has a kitchen and two beds and is situated in the ground floor of the building which keeps it cool even in august. There are train tracks nearby so sometimes you hear the trains. We weren´t bothered by this but it should be noted. Roberto and his father were the perfect hosts and everything went great! It takes you 5 mins to the beach and there are restaurants in walking distance (not more than 15 mins). Would do again!!!

What a wonderful little apartment. We were 2 adults and a child and were very comfortable. Location is great and the house has everything you need. My son even rode the bike that was left and we used the stroller one day. Roberto was a great host, always responsive and his mom welcomed us upon arrival. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Silvi.

We stayed there for one night passing through to break a journey to the south Italy. We still found benisimo, greeted with great availability and kindness. The apartment which has its ealmente years is well maintained, neat, clean and very spacious. Very close to the promenade of Silvi offers during the summer holiday atmosphere with the various commercial activities available to tourists I advise.

L'alloggio di Patrizia è molto carino e soprattutto molto spazioso: le foto non rendono giustizia agli spazi della casa che in realtà sono molto più grandi... vivibilissimi anche in 4! Patrizia è stata molto flessibile e disponibile sugli orari sia di check-in che di check-out! Ben funzionante la lavatrice e comodissimo il balcone che prosegue su due lati della casa dove sia stendere che fare colazione o pranzo (c'è anche un ombrellone per fare ombra). Parcheggio comodo davanti a casa e gratuito. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicino al lungomare a poca distanza da ristoranti e locali di Silvi Marina. Lo raccomando!!!
