In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Our 30 m² apartment is located on a quiet side street in Lorch Waldhausen. Some of the rooms have been completely renovated (April 2025). Free parking is available on the street. Public transport connections with services (VVS) to Stuttgart, Schorndorf, or Schwäbisch Gmünd, which runing every half hour. The region is also perfect for hiking and cycling. The geographical center of the River "Rems" is located in the town.

Welcome to the heart of Schorndorf, This spacious loft impresses with its open design and high-quality furnishings. The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
