Hi guys, I'm renting out my 1-room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony and elevator in Stuttgart Mitte. The apartment has a new 1.60 m wide bed and a new small kitchen as well as a separate daylight bathroom. The location is central and yet quiet. Smoking allowed on balcony. Since it is a normal residential building, quiet hours must be observed according to the house rules. No parties! Washing machine not available but closest laundromat close by. See you soon:-)

On Fridays, the vegetable cart comes around 1:00 pm and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from its own cultivation. It is in the parking lot behind the house.
