With your car can visit the nice villages of Pelion, to get to the sea in 5-7min or go to Volos city in 20min. There are plenty of nice footpaths to go for walking or for horse riding in the near distance from the village.

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

It is located in the coastal village of Platanidia of Pelion which is only 15 minutes from the center of Volos and less than an hour from the rest of the picturesque villages of Pelion. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
