Mehrere Spielplätze sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und ein Restaurant befindet sich direkt nebenan. Die zentrale Lage macht die Wohnung zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für Familien, Radfahrer und Erholungssuchende.

Romantically located in the small Allgäu village of Brunnen, this vacation apartment is the perfect place for your getaway. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet while still being close to great outdoor activities and Memmingen Airport. With 120 square meters, you'll have plenty of space – inside – and even more outside. Make yourself comfortable on the large balcony, relax in the garden with a barbecue, and take a deep breath. Our apartment is family-friendly with plenty of space to play.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 70 m² groß. Sie ist für bis zu 4 Personen, evtl. mit Kind, geeignet. Der Preis ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Jede weitere Person kostet 15 Euro extra. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200 + 90x200 Bett. Weiter ist im Wohnraum eine ausklappbare Schlagcouch 180x200 cm. Der Wohnraum mit einer reichlich ausgestatteten Küche und mit Fernseher, Stereoanlage, einem Kaminofen und einem Esstisch ausgestattet.

Liebevolles, neu renoviertes Haus auf dem Land, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus, mit Terrasse und Garten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffemaschine, Waschmaschine... Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage unweit vom Waldrand mit schönen Spazierwegen und toll ausgebautem Radnetz und Kneippanlage in der Nähe. Das Haus eignet sich sowohl für Familienurlaub, Erholungssuchende als auch Monteure und Langzeitpraktikanten/innen die gerne in häuslicher Atmosphäre wohnen.

If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unsere Gäste erwartet eine exklusive, hochwertig ausgestattete, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und Parkplatz auf der Gebäuderückseite. Das Gebäude wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1911 erbaut, daher auch der Name „Times 1911“. Wir haben ganz viel erneuert, renoviert und ausgebaut, so dass hier nun ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstanden ist.
