In nur 5 Minuten erreicht ihr den Badesee. Die wunderschönen Iller-Radwege verlaufen ganz in der Nähe. Mehrere Spielplätze sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und ein Restaurant befindet sich direkt nebenan. Die zentrale Lage macht die Wohnung zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für Familien, Radfahrer und Erholungssuchende.

Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet while still being close to great outdoor activities and Memmingen Airport. With 120 square meters, you'll have plenty of space – inside – and even more outside. Make yourself comfortable on the large balcony, relax in the garden with a barbecue, and take a deep breath. Our apartment is family-friendly with plenty of space to play.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 70 m² groß. Sie ist für bis zu 4 Personen, evtl. mit Kind, geeignet. Der Preis ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Jede weitere Person kostet 15 Euro extra. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200 + 90x200 Bett. Weiter ist im Wohnraum eine ausklappbare Schlagcouch 180x200 cm. Der Wohnraum mit einer reichlich ausgestatteten Küche und mit Fernseher, Stereoanlage, einem Kaminofen und einem Esstisch ausgestattet.
