Staying at Armelle's was just fantastic. The room isn't exactly at Luzech, but a few minutes from the town; It's an old watchtower, very unique and completely renovated. The room is compact, clean and cozy, and the shower is great. We had enough space for us, the baby (We brought a folding cot with us) and the bags. Armelle's is a perfect host, stayed up late until we came, made us feel welcomed and made us a tasty breakfast. Definitely a place to remember, very recommended!! Thank you.

The pigeonnier was really nicely decorated, clean and cosy. We really felt like at home. Armelle was an amazing host. She was really kind and talkative. She helped us with everything. And the breakfast was really good!! Thanks Armelle!! We'll definitely come back!

Accueil très sympathique et sans manière de la part d'Armelle et son ami. Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti très à l'aise. Le pigeonnier est une chambre où il fait bon dormir, rénové avec goût et simplicité. Le jardin et l'abri du vieux chêne offre une table où le petit déjeuner était parfait: Du bon thé choisi et pas le vieux LipTon insipide, du vrai pain, de la confiture maison délicieuse, des fruits... Bravo à Armelle pour son accueil sympathique dans un endroit de quiétude qui permet de "se vider la tête des soucis quotidiens" Merci encore à Armelle pour sa disponibilité et sa bonne humeur communicative. C'est un endroit merveilleux qui mérite le détour. N'hesitez pas, allez-y, vous aurez le plaisir de goûter au charme du coin pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité et au confort du pigeonnier décoré avec goût et bien évidemment de vous régalez avec les confitures "maison" et le miel du pays (le meilleur de France) qui vous est servi au petit déjeuner. Cet endroit donne l'envie d' y revenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Armelle. Tout était parfait: le pigeonnier est un vrai nid douillet et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Le déjeuner était copieux et servi avec de très bons produits. Nous avons adoré déjeuner et passer une soirée sous le vieux chêne. Pour finir, l'accueil d'Armelle est très chaleureux et nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise, et ses conseils pour visiter la région ont été très appréciés.

Quelle belle rencontre auprès d'Armelle Une belle personne qui de suite met à l'aise ses hôtes. Un endroit magique et tranquille. Au milieu des vignes nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un coucher de soleil extraordinaire, une belle nuit étoilée, et une nuit bien paisible. We Highly recommend Karina Knight's Airbnb. We were warmly received after a long day of travel. The setting is wonderful, the room and amenities were superb. Karina and Philip couldn't have been more gracious. Breakfast was delicious and comprised of local fare. We enjoyed our conversations and appreciated seeing Karina's paintings. Their recommendations for regional exploration and area gastronomy was spot on. They were known and well respected in the area. Don't hesitate to reserve your room, it's wonderful.

We had a great time in the charming house of Karina. The surrounding is authentic and quiet, yet close to a lot of interesting places worth visiting. The room was spacious and beautifuly decorated and we had a private bathroom to our disposal. Karina and her husband are both of them very kind and generous hosts. They spoiled us with a copious breakfast, and gave us plenty of information about the region. Highly recommendable!!

We were warmly greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. The bedroom and shared spaces were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The house is well situated in a lovely, quiet village. Our host was exceptionally helpful and attentive and willingly shared his local knowledge. The bed was comfortable and the breakfasts very enjoyable. We would be very happy to repeat the visit. A great play to stay!

Karina lives in a beautiful home in a lovely setting and she is a generous host and very helpful to give information about Cahores and the region she lives in; Thank you for a great stay; I recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a car to get around to all the interesting places in the area.

We had a really lovely time. Karina made us feel really at home, a lot of space we could use like our own, everything we needed for our (URL HIDDEN) about what to see in the area was really helpful, so only good things!

What a treat it was stay in Marina and Philip's beautiful heritage home. It was a feast for the senses with lovely artwork and fragrant, fresh flowers in every room. We appreciated the spaciousness of our room and the use of a large sitting and dining area. Breakfasts were ample and delicious. There were many thoughtful extras such as having hot water and a tea selection. Our hosts were welcoming and most helpful with directions and suggestions for day trips, as well as providing maps. The region has much to offer in terms of walks, cycling, historical sites and wine-tasting.

When it comes to airbnb there is the average, the good, the very good and the exceptional. Karina's place is in that latest category. First the Lot region is so spectacular, rich and interesting. The house is located close to major sites, but in a secluded and peaceful area. It is a very old home, decorated with great taste by Karina and her husband. The cats stretch on the sunny patio or in the garden, the friendly dog will take you for a walk, if you are so inclined. Karina combines the reserve of an English woman with the warmth of the locals. She greets you as if you were family, she is attentive to little details, but will not invade your private space. The general feel is that you are a special guest. Don't miss the generous breakfast on the terrace facing the old castle in the morning!

Superbe endroit. Hôtes très accueillants. Les Yourtes sont conçues de manière très intelligente. L'intérieur est agréable, propre. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et rien ne manque. Bref, à recommander !

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment sympa, l'accueil est chaleureux, les yourtes sont très agréables et le coin est tres reposant .

Alles pico bello. Je werd op de parkeerplaats opgewacht en met je bagage in een golfkarretje naar je yurt gebracht. Nadine en Bernard zijn super aardige en behulpzame mensen. Service is hun ambitie, niets ontbreekt en ze hebben een lieve border collie. Elke dag zwemmen in de meest schone omgeving en dat zelfs al begin mei. De yurt is prima, kamperen met de luxe van een vier sterren hotel. Helaas is er weinig beschutting tegen de zon op het terras, twee grote parasols, in plaats van een kleintje zal wonderen doen. Ook iets meer comfortabele terrasstoelen kunnen het verblijf nog verder optimaliseren. Ja, de Lot is natuurlijk een prachtig departement met mooie wijnen, daar komt bij dat de yurt misschien wel op het mooiste plekje ligt, midden in de bossen met veel bloemen, wilde orchideeën enzovoorts. Séjour très agréable dans maison propre et charmante, calme, espace, chambre avec balcon et paysage magnifique. La piscine aux pieds des vignes est un vrai plus. Griet et Bernard nous ont accueillis avec joie, partage et gentillesse. Petits dejeuners délicieux et copieux. Repas savoureux, chaleureux. En somme excellent séjour.

Our gracious hosts went out of their way to see we arrived safely and were extremely accommodating in helping us get back luggage from the airline. Claude and Christian are two lovely people and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house and all our dealings with them. The house is charming and peaceful - exactly as advertised.

Claude est très sympathique et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Elle est disponible en cas de problème. La maison est charmante, toute en bois, nous avions parfois l impression de vivre dans une yourte ! C est donc un vrai dépaysement dans une belle région. Le bémol pour nous a été le terrain qui n était pas bien entretenu (jardin en friche et débarras à l entrée). Nous garderons néanmoins un très bon souvenir de cette maison du bout du monde !

La cabane est charmante et très accueillante. C'est un bel endroit pour les amoureux de calme et de nature. C'est ce que nous cherchions et nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour. Le terrain est un peu à l'abandon c'est dommage...

charmante maison surplombant la vallée dans un endroit on ne peut plus tranquille. Déco contemporaine et soignée. Logement très bien équipé, super propre. Les propriétaires se font très discrets et en même temps sont très disponibles. Nous y avons passé un excellent moment et espérons y retourner !

Sjoerd is een super verhuurder die altijd klaar staan met goede adviezen! De gite is enorm smaakvol ingericht vol alle voorzieningen. Alles is aanwezig om een heerlijke vacantie te beleven! Bij aankomst stond Sjoerd klaar met een heerlijke wijn - wij voelden ons heel erg welkom! Dankzij Sjoerd en zijn mooie gite en de super rustige omgeving hebben wij echt een super vakantie beleefd! Echt een aanrader!

La peña Encinas est une merveilleuse maison au coeur d'un village charmant et dynamique. Avec sa piscine et son patio à l'ombre d'un splendide olivier c'est un délicieux endroit meublé contemporain avec goût et charme. Patrice, notre hôte, nous a sauvé notre week-end en nous aidant à résoudre un problème de voiture alors qu'il n'y était pas obligé, preuve de sa disponibilité et de sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour fêter notre anniversaire. Vive le Lot, vive Luzech et vive la peña Encinas !

Wouter ha sido muy amable con toda mi familia y nos ha ayudado a la hora de realizar las reservas en restaurantes, alquiler de bicicletas, etc. Nos ha ofrecido unos magníficos desayunos, donde no ha faltado fruta de la propia finca. La habitación (salón) es suficientemente amplia para alojar 4-5 personas, y, además, nos han permitido el uso de una sala adyacente a la habitación.

Très beau logement et hôtes attentionnées. Il est néanmoins dommage au vu du prix demandé et alors qu'il était précisé que nous nous déplacions avec nos deux filles de 15 et 20 ans que nous n'ayons eu qu'une seule et unique chambre.

très belle bastide bien décorée, et très bon accueil de nos hôtes, nous étions dans une grande chambre spacieuse avec plein de place pour poser toutes nos affaires et pouvoir loger en famille à cinq (et la vue est magnifique pour prendre le petit-déjeuner !)
