Self contained studio apartment set in rural location but still within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, Easter Compton and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is a 1km walk door to door. Please note that the nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village of Almondsbury so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car 😉

The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
