What a great experience! As a first time air Bnb, my husband and I had no idea what to expect and this was perfect! Great location (easily walk to anywhere in Alpine) and the room is exactly as pictured. Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Definitely will be back! Hope all air Bnb experiences are like this!

This place is perfect for a couple and/or small family. My cottage was spotless, comfy, in a perfect location, and a one-of-a-kind value. On a weekend that was booked every where else, I could not have been luckier to find this place. The coffee machine and snacks were an unexpected treat. Thank you for hosting us!

My stay at the Alpine Guest Lodging was absolutely fantastic! The space was beautifully appointed, conveniently located, and ultra comfortable. I arrived in late, and the host was happy to accommodate. There was even a coffee maker in the room with locally roasted coffee, which I enjoyed sipping in the serene courtyard just outside my front door. The bed was quite comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows and bedding in the dresser. Although I was in Alpine on a business-related matter, it is a perfect home base for exploring this beautiful part of the state, and this lodge is a wonderfully situated accommodation at a great value. I highly recommend it and I plan on staying there again when I return to Alpine.

Alpine Guest Lodging was just what we needed! It was a short stay on our road trip but I would have been very comfortable here had we stayed longer. The loft was beautiful, cozy, convenient, and safe. The loft is just a short walk from breakfast, coffee and other shops, and the alpine murals. Totally good find! Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our way to Big Bend. These lofts offer everything you could ask for-- a comfortable, warm, spacious, and clean place to stay. Our hosts were very attentive and thorough- our room even had a super helpful guide of restaurants, shops, etc. in Alpine. Highly recommended! It is only a 30 minutes drive from Marfa and a 15 minute drive to view the Marfa lights. We were glad we stayed in Aloine instead of Marfa

The place was as described. Very spacious and we loved the super comfy bed and cable TV. It's a nice location for walking around the cute town of Alpine. We had a couple issues and our phone calls were answered and the issues dealt with right away.

Carla was very prompt with communication throughout our whole stay. We were welcomed with a personal note, snacks and great amenities. The unit is in the very center of Alpine and conveniently located to anything you'd need to make your stay enjoyable. Great place for solo travelers or a couple.

Such a great time staying at the alpine creek cottages. Host was amazing! Working with our unsure schedule of arrival time, and answering questions I had. Loved all the succulents she had all over the place. Next time I come back to alpine, just be sure to know I will be there! The front room had some amazing acoustics for any music lovers. Actually did some recording in the front room as well as the back porch. The back porch and back yard was a quaint little get away from the city hussle. I recommend this to everyone!!

As my last stop after a long journey crossing 4 states, I was enchanted by my stay at the cottage!!!! It was out of a dream. I'm inspired to deck my place out with tons of tiny succulents now thanks to you Liz!! I don't usually write reviews but our stay at The Dragonfly Cottage was so awesome that I had to! Super cute, quaint, clean cottage! The towels were huge and so soft and so was the bed, It was like sleeping on a white puffy cloud. Our host was also very accommodating. My boyfriend called her up and wanted to order me flowers since it was Valentine's Day weekend and she said she would pick them up personally if need be to make sure they would be at our cottage in time for when I got there. I also loved all the little snack and treats that were there to welcome us after a long time on the road. It's little touches like this that stand out to me and make it a memorable experience. I will definitely stay here next time i'm out this way!!

Despite a mix up with the rooms (completely our fault) management of these rooms were incredibly understanding. The room we ended up staying in was the loft which was spacious, clean and had a great minimalistic feel to it. The basket of snacks were great to get us through a long day of hiking in Big Bend National Park and the local ground coffee was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a great spot if you are heading to Big Bend!

After three days hiking and camping out at the Guadalupe Mountains, we were so happy to check in to the incredibly clean and welcoming Dragonfly Cottage. The host(esses) made it super easy to check in. There were complimentary snacks and coffee, clean linens and towels, even nice bathroom toiletries. It was a sight for sore eyes (and body!) The cottage had everything we needed for our brief stay in Alpine. The location was perfect- walking distance to all the sites and local eateries. The room is cozy and comfortable. The dragonfly cottage was such a great place to stay! We loved the sweet and clean interior and the efficiently organized small space. Although it is a small space we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and within close walking distance to all the downtown Alpine attractions. Georgie was a pleasure to meet and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor before you even read my review, book your stay. This is by far the best place to stay in alpine. We had such a blast because everything in town is walking distance to the place. Myself & another guest actually work for a hotel that just got rated best in the southwest & this place was if not up to par with its service it exceeded it. Everyone is so friendly & I loooooved the bath tub ! Lol we spent our trip thinking about when we are coming BACK to this Airbnb! Thanks everyone for such a wonderful stay!!

Everything was great! Enjoyed the tub! Loved the wall that gives it some kind of separation from the "living room". The courtyard area was cleaned up and I got to enjoy it. I love staying in the lofts. Loved it and plan on staying again. Hopefully this loft will be available because I think it's the best one so far. Love them all though.

Mattie's place was an excellent home base. The fridge was full of treats (and carrots for the horses), the air conditioner worked great, the hot water stayed hot and it was peaceful and quiet. It was only 30 minutes from Marfa and about 15 to the Marfa lights viewing area so it was an easy drive to get from place to place. We'd definitely recommend and would come back.

Mattie's place was perfect when we arrived. Very clean and accommodating we could not have asked for more. Mattie was very nice and easy to communicate with about all of our questions including our check in time. The ranch is so pretty in the morning I wish we had more time to explore the land. If passing through Alpine or Marfa this place is such a serene place to stay.

Even after reading all the 5 star, raving, reviews, Mattie's place still exceeded all my expectations. Comfortable, fully equipped , and a great location. I stayed 3 nights, using Mattie's as a "base camp" for my day trips to nearby Marfa, Fort Davis, and the highly recommended McDonald Observatory. I also did a day trip down to Big Bend National Park. My June visit featured hot days and cool nights, but Mattie's place has a user adjustable A/C unit that made it easy to keep the unit comfortable. Full bath with shower, and plenty of hot/cold water. The well water made my morning coffee just that much better, and I must confess that I filled up a few bottles with her well water to use with my "sipping whisky" at home.! This area is just about my favorite part of Texas, and wish it wasn't 500+ miles from my home north of Dallas. I will definitely be a return guest. (Note: If you are using Mattie's for a 1 night stay before you head down to Big Bend, I'd recommend adding a second day to explore Alpine, Marfa, and Ft Davis. Also.....make sure to have some carrots on hand for the horses!)

Mattie's details are very accurate, the privacy and quietness of her property makes anyone's experience unbelievable. The cottage is adorable very clean anything you should need to cook and clean is there. We were there 4 days saw beautiful sunrises and sets and deer. The stars are an incredible site to see on her property. Her welcoming pamplet was very informative regarding the spiders which was expected due to the environment. Just an amazing experience way better than a hotel. Definitely am recommending to my friends who are interested. ॐ peaceful

Mattie's cottage was such a great place to stay before our trip into Big Bend. The drive on the property is gorgeous, the stars at night are truly impressive, and the cottage itself has everything you need and is styled with eclectic, desert-chic charm that made me feel instantly comfortable. At first I was a bit nervous to see the AC unit was a window unit, but it cooled the entire cottage perfectly and quickly, and we even got a bit chilly through the night! Mattie was super responsive and gave great recommendations for dining options in town. She even left bagels and coffee for our breakfast in the cottage which were delish! Can't recommend it enough. Perfect for a night in Alpine under the stars!

If you are heading to Alpine then this is way to go. Myself and 9 friends rented both homes on this property for a music festival in July. The home is in a quiet part of town but very close to the action of main street. The full kitchen made it ideal for guest with dietary needs and need to meal prep. Kelo and her family are incredible resources of information for the area and very approachable. If you are planning to take the trip to west Texas I encourage you sang this gem and pack your bags. Head out to Mountain View Road and relax in Alpine for a few days.

Late October is not a bad time to make the drive from Dallas to Alpine. The weather was perfect, a warm and sunny 75 during the day and flirting with the 40s in the late night hours. When we first arrived in Alpine, there was an immediate change of pace from big city life. It was EXACTLY what 3 overworked girls from Dallas needed. It was cute, it was quiet, and it was full of character. The house feels like home. We almost missed the turn into the driveway, but Kleo did a great job marking the driveway with signs leading to the front door. The house is perfect. There is a cozy living room, where we spent the evenings without our phones and reconnecting with each other or in the backyard with the chiminea burning under a blanket of stars. In the morning, the kitchen was great for making breakfast before a fun day exploring the art of Marfa or Valentine, TX. Make sure you go to the Prada Marfa store, because... why not? Honestly, when visiting Marfa, we are so happy that we stayed in Alpine! Kleo was an amazing hostess, leaving us local roasted coffee for the morning and giving us tips about the events and attractions going on around the region. The house is an hour and a half drive from the McDonald Observatory (don't skip this.. it's amazing) and about 1 hour and 45 minutes from the stunning Big Bend National Park. We enjoyed every moment together in this house. We will be coming back over and over again!

Mountain View is a truly wonderful space to stay when traveling through West Texas, it felt like a retreat. The neighborhood is calm, beautiful and full of wildlife. Kleo is very helpful with directions to her space, responsive and also allows you privacy if you wish. In fact we forgot a camera lens and she went out of her way to reach out and let us know it was there! Everything was very clean and how it is pictured. Would highly recommend this space to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway, I would definitely stay again if Kleo would have us!

Very comfortable lodging for the four of us. The apartment is well provisioned in general (we could have used a few more pans, especially a skillet!) but the beds, furniture, etc we're all quite comfortable. Our hosts answered all our questions. We didn't have time for the yoga class, but the space was large enough for us to do our usual yoga practice each day!

Wonderful experience! The casita was absolutely perfect, and exceeded our expectations! The host had flowers, regional coffee, and helpful information about the area waiting for us. The complimentary yoga lesson was the perfect ending to a perfect weekend! I will definitely stay at the Om Casita again, and highly recommend Kleo/the Om Casita.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting the Alpine/Big Bend area. Very comfortable, clean and spacious for 4 to 5 guests. Kitchen is ample and dining area sat everyone comfortably. We originally planned to stay in one of the local hotels. This place may have not had a pool but I'd stay here before any hotel.

Staying in the Dark Skies Guesthouse was great! Very, very clean. A lot of attention to detail. Directions were accurate. A great experience and I would definitely recommand this to others.

Dark Skies was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful details like water in the fridge, bagels for the morning, and extra blankets. A lovely, secluded spot to spend a night between the Fort Davis Observatory and Marfa.

Alberto was an excellent host. He was professional, was prompt in his communication, allowed us our space and yet was open to more interaction. The Dark Skies Guesthouse had all the amenities we needed. The place is spacious for two and looks like it could easily accommodate four guests. We also enjoyed the location of the guesthouse (tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown or other neighbors). Thank you Alberto for your hospitality! We will visit again we we return to Big Bend!

This place is very lovely and decorated very nicely. It was super clean. It was well stocked. Washer & dryer!!! Which is much needed when travelling. It is 1.5 hr from Big Bend NP. Highly recommend to travelers.

Kleo's home is beyond beautiful; spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen, a lovely screened-in porch, and a yoga studio (!!) are a few of the wonderful features. Communication was clear, responses always quick, and my partner and I arrived to a clean home with tons of natural light, plants, and lovely decor. The views from the house are amazing, so close to the mountains! If you're a lover of animals, make sure to drop on by---the numerous chickens and two cats in the backyard were very sweet to us. :) Kleo welcomed us to pick apricots off a tree in the backyard, a prime example of her sweetness and hospitality. The house is also a short drive from a well-stocked Porter's---we did a quick grocery run at the beginning of our stay, and enjoyed cooking most of our meals there.

Kleo's house was great for a brief one night stay to break up week long camping trip in Big Bend. The house had everything we needed. Kids loved playing in the backyard and loved the chickens. My wife loved the kitchen. It was great to sit and relax in the front room with the breeze blowing through the house, sounds of screen doors, kids playing, view of mountain through large front window. A very relaxing place. We loved our stay!

My husband, daughter and I loved Butterfly House. Comfy beds, great books, fun art, two sitting porches. Nice rural setting with a pretty view. We loved morning coffee on the front porch with a visit by friendly chickens. The house was very clean and Kleo and her husband were friendly and super hosts. Greg says thanks for the local brewski in the fridge! We arrived in the evening and enjoyed a late dinner in town at Guzzi Up (homemade pizza). This was a wonderful airbnb experience. We hope to return!

Wonderful place to stay in Alpine! The home is charming and cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and even has a top of the line stove. It's close to town but far enough away from the lights and noise. There's a fantastic view of the mountains from the front porch. There's enough hula hoops for the entire family and adorable kittens to love on. Kleo was wonderful about communicating and providing us with information on the house and things to do in the area. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next stay at the Butterfly House!

Liz's place is probably considered a hidden gem. If you are staying in Alpine this is the place to stay!!! We were able to walk everywhere we went, the cottage felt like home and Liz was so helpful and quick to respond if we needed any help or advice! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!

Wow! I've always had great experiences with Airbnb, but this place went above and beyond! I had an unexpected delay in my trip to west Texas, so I had to book a stay at the very last minute. Liz was very kind to accommodate me on such short notice. When I walked in I immediately wished I had booked this place for my entire stay. It's even better than the pictures and that is saying something! The cottage is clean and absolutely beautiful! It comes with a massive kitchen and an awesome patio and yard. It is also within walking distance of pretty much anything you could need in town. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe. This is a wonderful place to kick back and relax. I really can't say enough about how great my stay was, even though it was only for a day. It was such an unexpected surprise. I will keep it in mind for future trips and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Liz's place is warm, welcoming, and well-stocked. The bedroom is small but ample; the adjoining bathroom is clean and well-apportioned. The large communal kitchen looks out on the backyard with its fire pit. It's only a few blocks from downtown Alpine and a grocery store. I could not have asked for a better place to stay and hope to return again.

A perfect stop on our way to Big Bend! Liz's cottage is spacious but still feels quaint. The back yard and deck is comfortable and perfect for stargazing. I loved all the plants and the homey feel. It is really nice that it has an old fashioned vibe, but also clean and fresh. Liz was communicative, and check in was super easy too. Will definitely stay again next time we travel that direction!

We pulled into Alpine after a long holiday weekend at Big Bend, and we used Kiowa's emailed suggestions to spend some time in town before checking in. Once we got to Casa Blanca, it was everything we'd hoped for--comfy and cute and so refreshing! That shower felt amazing after being gritty and sweaty in the park, and we sat on the porch with a beer while a thunderstorm rolled through. That night, we cooked some dinner and then watched an Alpine Cowboys ballgame and fireworks before sleeping (that bed was like a cloud!) like babies. While we left early the next morning to head home, I hope we get to spend more time in Alpine soon and would love to use Kiowa's place as a home base again!

The place is adorable! Nicely decorated and very comfortable! Kiowa had Big Bend coffee that was amazing. Cute and private little back yard with table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch/day bed in living room. Close to town, although we did not walk to town. We did walk the neighborhood in the mornings and it was wonderful. The kitchen was equip with all needed to cook. We ate breakfast there daily. We would stay here again.

Alpine is conveniently located relative to Big Bend, Marfa, Fort Davis, etc. which made this a good base for our stay.

Great, great stay at the Casa Blanca. Brand new renovations, very elegantly done, yet very cozy--we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay tremendously, wanted to stay longer. Block was very calm and quiet, which Alpine in general is; small town charm (recommend over Marfa for sure). Kiowa was also an excellent host--great communication, above and beyond helpful with local advice, prompt. Highly recommend!

The place was very cute and comfortable. I felt like I was on vacation in some little hip apartment that was personalized to fit just about anyone who walked in. It was quiet around town but both Marfa and McDonald weren't far away. Everything was closed on Sunday it seemed like, I guess that's a West Texas thing, but we dealt with it and cooked dinner at home. The kitchen was stocked with just the right tools for cooking. There's a TV in the living area with a ton of DVD's. I can't wait to come back!

I found this rental to be inviting, comfortable, clean and contemporary. These are all great things to feel when you first open the door and put down your bags. It was very convenient to walk into town for dining & shopping. I did not use the outdoor patio areas, but found them to be a great amenity that certainly bolsters the attractiveness of this unit. I also appreciated the fluffy white towels and great tub & shower head -- not always a "given" in rentals of this size. I had opportunity to meet one of the neighbors, who was very friendly and helped make me feel very much 'at home' during my stay. Kiowa was very responsive to the few questions I had on arrival, and I very much appreciate having early access to the unit, as I arrived much earlier than the posted 4PM check-in. All in all, a great place to stay during my weekend in West Texas -- and I look forward to returning soon!

This was a very nice house. We are a family of 5, so have a hard time finding suitable accommodations, but this was perfect, Had plenty of room, a nice kitchen and lots of space for us to sleep and spread out as needed. The house was super clean and in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Ryan was great about answering any questions we had in a timely manner.

This house is everything described and more. The communication was simply amazing and check-in and out the easiest process you could ever think possible. We had a issue with a light and one simple text to Ralph and he was there in less than an hour to fix it. Also he was very helpful with questions I had about the area since we aren't familiar with it. This was a absolutely wonderful experience for my family and I and we will most definitely look up Ryan and his place to stay again I'd we are ever blessed enough again to be back in the area. Thank you so much Ryan and Ralph for such a awesome experience.

My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary while exploring Big Bend National Park during the days. The house was great and very close to eating and shopping in Alpine. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Big Bend.

Liz was a great host. Very communicative and acommodating. She gave us tons of local suggestions. The Alpine Studio was adorable and comfortable. The train is directly across the way and loud, They do provide ear plugs which is great. It rained pretty hard and there was a small leak in the roof, Liz responded very quickly to my notifying her. Over all I loved it here and would stay here again.

Liz's place is just the best. I wish I could've stayed another week and I truly mean it. The studio is a special and historical place in Alpine. Everything from the colors of the studio to the artwork make it feel welcoming.

We first spied Liz's place when we were in Alpine last year around wintertime--a quirky B&B with purple shutters next to a restaurant we ate at. This year, when I made another trip to Big Bend National Park and Marfa with some friends, we decided to try Liz's place out. The four of us had spent the past two nights sleeping in a tent in the mountains, so we were grateful to be back in civilization. We were impressed with the room upon entering--it was spacious, had two large beds, was decorated with rugs, and had many different types of art hanging on the walls (with the contact info available for those interested in buying). Liz was helpful in her instructions and posted instructions throughout the room in case guests had any trouble. We ran into a few problems when we tried to use the refrigerator and found out nothing in the kitchen was working/turning on, but Liz's husband arrived to fix the problem very quickly after I texted her about it. We also ran into a few problems with the WiFi, which wasn't working for us. However, I learned that they recently installed a new WiFi system and it was glitching and performing poorer than expected, which is understandable (although we were a little bummed--we've had to go without internet access for three days while camping!) Liz's husband worked hard to fix the problem, but ultimately he had to wait until the next day (after we left) to call someone in to fix it. Liz was very apologetic about the events happening and kindly offered to refund me a bit for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Ultimately, Alpine Studio was very nice and unique, within walking distance from most of the hotspots in town and a great value for how spacious the studio is. The WiFi problem was a bummer, but we got over it and put down our phones, instead playing card games into the night.

I would (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)% recommend this to absolutely anyone taking a trip to Alpine, Marfa, Fort Davis, or really anywhere in the area. It's the PERFECT central location and the house is just gorgeous.

The apartment is spacious and super clean and absolutely wonderful. My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience with Liz. A couple things you should know -- the train runs right by the apartment and woke us up multiple times both nights we were there. Also, the wifi is a city-run connection. We had no problems getting on late at night, but it was slow during the day. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Loved making the Alpine Studio a part of our long weekend. Great space and when we arrived after midnight it was so nice to find a needed extra bed already made up. Thanks so much!

This place was super charming and the perfect size for a quick West Texas getaway. It's within walking distance of all the cute shops in Alpine and right up the road from Sul Ross University, which was great to check out. Nicole was also great about making our stay comfortable and was quick to communicate with us. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nicole's casita! It was very cozy and quiet--just perfect for our trip to Alpine. If you're looking for an authentic and homey place to stay, to get away from all the hustle and bustle while you explore this fun, little west Texas town, then this is it!

This rental worked out perfectly for our quick weekend getaway for 2. The location was very convenient to town and several of our day trips to Marfa, Ft. Davis, and Marathon. I originally really wanted to stay in Marfa, but I found Alpine to be much more affordable and pleasant than Marfa. Despite the casita being so close to the main house, we still felt that we were able to come and go as we pleased with no lack of privacy. While cozy, the room is perfect for 2 people with a small sitting area to watch TV and a bistro set outside. The room is cute and clean. Great bang for our buck!

This was such a fun place to spend our anniversary weekend! The casitia was so homey and welcoming. Although it is veryyy close to the main house, it was still private. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice! There's not a hair blowdryer so make sure to bring your own (I forgot mine). The location is very close to town. Within 4-8 blocks depending on where you're going. We drove everywhere but you could easily walk. Great town and great stay!

Great location for the Viva Big Bend Music festival. Walking distance to all Alpine venues! Will totally book here again next year!

The casita was perfect for our West Texas road trip. Cute, cozy, quiet, and very clean. Nicole and Marcus provide all the amenities necessary to feel welcomed and right at home. Checking in and out was a breeze. We traveled to Marfa, Fort Davis, Marathon, and Big Bend with ease. This was our first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have been better!

I am so glad we were able to snag this spot during spring break. The space was amazing: decorative, clean, functional, and wayyyyyy better than any experience we would have had at the local motel. My partner and I suffered a flat tire and Nicole was a great thought partner in coming up with backup plans for how to retrieve our vehicle from big bend -- went above and beyond as a host and Alpine resident. Spot is centrally located so that we didn't suffer at all from the momentary interruption in transportation, Alpine is easily walkable and has lots of neat destinations within walking distance. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the the supreme hosting we found at la casita and will definitely hope to book again when we venture west.

It was our first time to the area, and we loved it! The house was in the perfect location to walk around the cozy downtown area. We were driving to Marfa for a music festival, and it is only a 25min drive. Cristina was an excellent host, and very sweet!

The Las Casitas Green Door was a comfortable stay. It is simple and cute. We loved that it was within walking distance of Main St and restaurants. Great value, and Christina was helpful when we had questions.

Alpine is one of our favorite sleepy Texas towns and this house was perfect for our weekend getaway. From your front porch you're able to walk to all the restaurants and bars and it's a short drive to the brewery. There's no tv but what do you need television for when you are on vacation!

New owners since we have been here last and really liked the upgrades ... fully functional kitchen and coffee set up.. love the outside areas and of course the location is perfect. You can walk everywhere in this wonderful part of alpine.

Plus, Alpine is centrally located to visit Big Bend, Fort Davis, Marfa, the McDonald Observatory, and Balmorhea Springs. This house was exactly as advertised! We were able to walk to the main street in Alpine to some great shops and cuisine. The house was comfortable enough for the three of us and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

10/10 would be coming back to this cute home. Ryan and Ralph were amazing and hospitable hosts, while the house itself was really comfortable and quiet. The location is also prime, where we could walk into the market area of Alpine and have a beautiful view of the West Texas landscape.

We loved our stay in the Peach House. It's cozy, functional and clean. Great location for exploring Marfa and Big Bend. And Alpine is quite a cute little town too!

We loved staying at the Peach House on our trip to Big Bend! Only negative- the address on the map is not correct and if you are using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps, you will get lost. Once we called Mesquite, we finally found the house by using "Peach Street" in the map. Other than that, our time was great!!

Mesquite's place was a perfect match for us. We were lucky it was available just a few weeks out, and at an affordable price point. Although it's near the edge of town, it's in a quiet neighborhood and an easy straight shot just a few miles back into town, and already on the way out to Marfa. It was a nice place just to be, to relax and enjoy the company of family. The perfect accommodation for my dad's 70th bday weekend. Mesquite is a great host, very attentive and it's evident she's put a lot of care into providing a comfortable clean space.

The Peach House was exactly what we needed/wanted for our quick family trip to Alpine and the Davis Mountains. The location of the house was perfect and everything was as described, very clean and welcoming. Comfy living area, kitchen, and bedrooms, and a fantastic little patio, perfect for cuddling around the fire while star gazing on those clear Alpine nights! We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip! Thank you Mesquite!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at The Peach House. Alpine, TX is a beautiful town with great people. The Peach House is in a great location, right on the edge of town, and far enough away from the train tracks to not be disturbed. There are many things to go and do, like hiking, shopping, and even a fun place to go at night with live music called Railroad Blues. For breakfast, we enjoyed eating at Judy's Bread and Breakfast. It's a short drive to Marfa and the Marfa Lights, and only a 45 minute drive to the McDonald Observatory. The drive to the observatory is gorgeous at sunset. The house itself is nicely decorated, has everything you need to cook with, a comfortable bed, and the shower is awesome! It's really nice to sit on the porch at night and look at the stars. Mesquite made our stay one to remember.

Mesquite called us after we checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The house has everything we needed including wifi! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and plan on coming back!

I stayed at The Peach House with a few friends this last weekend for the Marathon2Marathon race. Mesquite was very nice and accommodating. The house is very cute!! Loved the art, and little touches to it. We enjoyed the outside sitting area in the evening as well. It was also in a good location, very close to everything. We are planning on making this race a yearly trip and will stay no other place than the Peach house!
