It is only about a 10 min drive from Downtown, El Paso International Airport, Ft. Bliss, UTEP, University Medical Center and countless of local restaurants, bars and dives. Enjoy the convenience of a private room + kitchen located just blocks from Mesa St, Sunland Park Dr, and I-10. Lots of fast food, local dining, & elevated dining within a few blocks. There are several other guest rooms within the property, so please make sure to go to the correct door ( White door, “Angie’s Place”). This private “studio style” concept is part of a grand estate on the west side of El Paso. You will have your own private entrance with private courtyard. This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
