Bas Kötzting is only 2km away, where you can find all the big supermarkets, as well as restaurants, an aqua spa with sauna, a yoga studio, a beautiful spa park with mini golf, chess, sandpit and much more. The leisure center Hoher Bogen (10 km) and the Churpfalzpark(25 km) are an Eldorado for children. The Osser (22 km) or the Arber (35 km), as well as St. Englmar (25 km) are within easy reach. Directly from the front door you can hike, for example, to the Hoher Bogen (to the towers) or to Kaitersberg.

We have long built and worked on it, now it is ready: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wooden beds from the carpenter with top-notch mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and sauna for the grey days.
