A great experience to sleep in a tepee. We slept very well to the sound of cow bells. Patricia was lovely and provided a nice simple breakfast which we appreciated. We loved her dog John who is very mischievous. Very clean Basic accommodation at its best in a gorgeous location.

What a great place! Loved staying in this teepee! Despite the heavy rain, we stayed perfectly warm and dry inside and it was more spacious than I expected. It's in a gorgeous location, with views of the mountains all around. Patricia was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia's mountain top! The first night we slept at the tipi. We arrived late when it was dark. So when we woke up. We got overwhelmed by the panoramic view in the morning. The second night the weather forecast said there was a thunderstorm coming, so we moved our stuff inside 'Le petit maison dans le prairie'. The thunderstorm was amazing;) Patricia is a great host and was always there to help and answer our questions. We also loved the sock eating doggy John ;)

Highly recommend staying with Patricia at her magical home which overlooks the spectacular Pyrenees mountain range. Not only did we feel at home in the comfort and the peacefulness of the Tipi but also the overwhelming kind generosity from Patricia made this stay terrific. Our motorcycle broke down on arrival and Patricia offered us the use of the car to go to the nearest town to get food-this generosity and trustfulness is so rare to find in the world and is above and beyond what most would do. All around her home are great walks with stunning views, the stars at night were so clear you could see the whole milky way and shooting stars. At night you could hear the sounds of a distant river, owls and the distant jingle of mountain cows, it's a living dream. Thankyou so much Patricia - Luke and Katie xxx

Marie-Anne's home is a perfectly charming and relaxing oasis in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Our group had a wonderful stay, exploring the area and taking in the beautiful scenery. The best Airbnb hands down. Extremely clean, very well stocked kitchen, beautiful location, responsive host. This is a perfect place for families and is in a fantastic location. It is 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store, close to great walking trails and has a beautiful garden and view of the mountains. The only thing to be aware of is the amount of flies. It is in the country and there were so many flies that came in when we left the windows open. It would not deter us from staying here again. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Marie-Annes house was convienently located for exploring the mountains and and cultural sightseeing. Light, spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. It was very easy to communicate with Marie-Anne and she renovated this house with a lot of care and taste.

As others have said before me, Marie-Anne's house is lovely and the perfect base for exploring the Midi-Pyrenees. I stayed there with a friend for a week and we loved it. We didn't go cycling but explored neighbouring towns, went for hikes and generally enjoyed driving through and exploring such a picturesque part of the world. Marie-Anne was also very accommodating and patient in answering the many questions I had prior to arrival. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her house to anyone looking for an enjoyable break. We had a wonderful time, with great weather and we felt at home. The view is great, there are lots of wildlife (Falcons, deers, wilde orchidees,etc) Marie-Anne and her mum were very attent to our needs. Hopefully will come back again.

Beautiful location and house... We really enjoyed our stay.

Located in a beautiful and peaceful area at the foothills of the high pyrenees. Surrounded by forested mountains. we were greeted warmly by the owner's mother who made sure we were ok. The gites has been tastefully and simply converted in a modern style with all the facilities you need. It was clean with towels available and all the kitchen utensils. Theres a large supermarket around 10 minutes drive away which stays open until 8. The gites has a pretty terrace with a great hot plate barbecue. The owner has left many maps and recommendations for hiking trails and places to visit. There was a baby cot and a piano which we enjoyed playing. The only slight downside is wifi (which is only attainable going outside and close to another farmhouse) and the soft mattresses (which others may prefer). We had a lovely stay and would recommend the gites to others.

Très jolie grange aménagée avec goût et confort. Un très grand séjour donnant sur un joli jardin. Marie-Anne Escalet et, sur place, sa mère, ont été des hôtes parfaits, aimables et serviables. Le village aux alentours est magnifique.

Nous avons été vraiment bien accueillis dans cette petite volière au milieu des collines par Alain Baudesson, qui dispose d'un vrai sens de l'hospitalité!! Calme absolu, tranquillité, un départ de randonnée à proximité immédiate (on peut s'y rendre à pied), quelques bonnes adresses dans les alentours pour du fromage de chèvre d'exception et pour parfaire le tout, l'autorisation de cueillir des pommes dans le jardin ou d'utiliser le barbecue du propriétaire... Dans le gîte tout y est, la salle de bain est très agréable et le coin salon à l'étage nous a offert une bibliothèque intéressante au milieu des petits bibelots familiaux. Un goût certain d'authenticité. Pour nous un excellent séjour, encore merci.

agréable séjour passer au sein de la volière! l'appartement était très bien aménagé et très spacieux! très beau point de vue sur les Pyrénées (par beau temps ça doit être encore plus jolie) et situation au calme! il a fallu faire un peu de route pour rejoindre les parcours de randonnées que nous voulions faire mais il doit y en avoir à proximités! hôtes très accueillants et très sympathiques! ils nous ont très bien conseillé sur les choses à faire, à voir et donner quelques adresses de bons restaurants... dommage que nous ne soyons restés que quelques jours! adresse que je garde précieusement pour un prochain séjour!

La volière d'Agnès et Alain est une très jolie petite maison, dans une campagne verdoyante et très calme. Le jardin est très agréable, nous avons mangé dehors tous les jours, matin, midi et soir. La maison n'est pas très grande mais suffisante pour un couple avec deux enfants en bas âge. La cuisine est petite. les alentours sont superbes, vue sur les Pyrénées, rivière où l'on peut se baigner, des fermes un peu partout. Agnès nous a emmené avec elle pour la traite des vaches chez une amie, nous a conseillé une ferme pour le fromage de chèvre, nous a fait visiter une pisciculture, et donné plein de fruits et légumes de son potager. Autour de la maison, de nombreuses balades et randos, beaucoup d'activités aussi pour les enfants (zoo d'Asson, grottes de Betharram, marché, piscine et location de vélos à Nay). C'est le calme absolu. La nuit les étoiles sont magnifiques et on entend seulement l'âne et la chouette dans le bois derrière. Un très agréable séjour, très reposant et intéressant. Merci à vous deux, et à une prochaine peut-être!

We had a very pleasant stay at Patricia's place. She is very friendly and open but also discrete. Everything was clean and comfortable, we even got a baby bed and recliner for the baby. The place is located in a very calm and beautiful area, very close to the mountains. Nous y avons très bien dormi et les petits-déjeuners servis dans la grande salle sont copieux et succulents. Patricia est une hôte formidable, attentionnée et discrète à la fois, elle a le sens de l'hospitalité et de la convivialité. Connaissant parfaitement la région, elle est également de très bon conseil. Situé non loin des points d'intérêt et des lieux touristiques des Pyrénées, c'est un lieu calme et préservé dans lequel nous reviendrons!

Arrivée en voiture, on se sent déjà au calme sur la petite route qui mène à la ferme depuis le village. À mon arrivée, la maisonnée était àl'aperitif partagé par Laurence et les woofers européens. La soupe était prête, la tortilla aussi et Laurence avait préparé une magnifique ousse au chocolat. Repas tout en discutant du lieu, des langues et de tout. Dortoir impeccablement douillé, très bonne douche et grande cuisine. J'ai pris mon temps le lendemain après un bon petit dej avec le petit lait! Avant de passer à la ferme où ma tome est en effet excellente. Belle journée découverte à partir de Asson en suivant les monts pyrénéens à distance suffisante pour les admirer sans les arpenter ardument! Merci pour ce bel accueil et bonne continuation!

Le chemin pour arriver chez Laurence annonce déjà l'ambiance sereine et calme du séjour. L'accueil de Laurence et la maison dans laquelle nous sommes reçu est simplement super. Tout y est pour nous sentir bien à l'aise. La simplicité, le naturel, le calme, le confort, l'espace, le sourire et les conversations soit en terrasse ou à coté du poêle avec Laurence et Trari , la woofeuse très sympathique du séjour. Je suis très heureuse d'avoir découvert ce bel espace de vie crée par Laurence. merci très sincèrement de nous offrir un lieu paisible et accueillant au pied des belles montagnes du pays de NAY.

3 jours passés chez Laurence et des souvenirs plein la tête. Laurence est une hôte très accueillante. Tout d'abord le premier soir, malgré l'heure tardive, elle est venu nous chercher, avec le sourire, au point de rendez-vous pour nous conduire à sa demeure. L’intérieur de la battisse est très spacieux et chauffé très largement grâce au poêle à bois. Une demeure pleine de charme qui se révélé lorsque le jour se lève et que la brume se dissipe, dévoilant petit à petit le jardin, ses vestiges, les collines, les fermes avoisinantes et les montagnes recouvertes de neige. Bref on se sent bien chez Laurence. Un petit déjeuné plein de fruit ou de produits locaux délicieux, rien de mieux pour commencer la journée et faire le plein d’énergie avant de partir visiter la région. Nous avons passé le soir du jour de l'an chez notre hôte qui nous à très gentiment invité. Au programme musique joué par Laurence et ses amis, à coté du poêle à bois; puis discussion sur la façon de refaire le monde. Ambiance chaleureuse et joyeuse. Si vous aimez la nature, que vous êtes écolo bricolo ou aimez la musique, vous serez les bienvenus chez Laurence. Aussi je vous recommande le fromager à coté de chez Laurence. Sa tome de brebis est délicieuse. J'ai aimé l’accueil de Laurence, sa confiance, le respect d’indépendance, l'autonomie, le partage, l'ouverture d'esprit, le lieu, l'espace, la nature, la vue, la bois, la pierre, les produits locaux, la chaleur, le calme. Encore merci a Laurence pour ce séjour et le partage de ce lieu !!

L'accueil fut très chaleureux, Patricia est une hôte très attentionnée. La région est très belle, l'hébergement atypique et charmant. Idéal pour des vacances ressourçantes.

A cause d'une météo mauvaise nous n'avons pas dormi dans le tipi mais Patricia nous a immédiatement proposé sa chambre d'hôte. Patricia est très accueillante, attentionnée ! Une nuit dans un site exceptionnel au coeur de la montagne

A la découverte du teppee, nous étions un peu déçu de ne pas retrouver le charme de l'agencement présenté par les photos... Toutefois le site est remarquable et époustouflant par la beauté de la montagne. L'accueil et la gentillesse de Patricia est super et irréprochable. Nous avons finalement passé un très bon séjour et nous en gardons un bon souvenir.

Una experiencia muy recomendable. Lugar precioso, pasar la noche en el Tipy muy divertido y Patricia muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

We had an awesome time at Patricia's cottages. The view and location is simply superb. It is quiet and pure and very peaceful. Patricia was very welcoming and helpful, checking in with us each day and offering some local food and drink that helped set the mood. This is as beautiful and peaceful a setting as we can imagine. Use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps and you will find her house fine. Note that WiFi is only available in a special room of the main house that is always available to guests. It has good service in that location. We hope to return for a full month at some time in the future. This is the perfect location for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Le "Santa ana" était formidable! Très confortable pour trois personnes. Deux grands lits et le canapé si nécessaire ( on n en a pas eu besoin). Une cuisine avec tout ce qu il faut. L emplacement est spectaculaire. Un panorama de sommets et de champs dans toutes les directions. Le jardin fleuri est reposant et magnifique. J espère revenir!

L'endroit est magnifique avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes et de superbes coucher de soleil! Nous avons séjourné dans le dernier cottage ( le jaune) qui était vraiment super avec un grand jardin, une table et un barbecue pour manger dehors et une vue très dégagée sur les champs. Le cottage était très propre et bien équipé. La région est très jolie avec pas mal d'activités pour les familles. Bref nous avons passé un super séjour et nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit si vous cherchez de beaux paysages et beaucoup de calme (pas un bruit a part les cloches des vaches au loin dans la vallée!) Pleasant little holiday spent at Marie-Claude and France. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The cottage is cozy, well decorated, very clean, well equipped and "connected"! Although qu'adjacent to the main house, it has a separate entrance and a parking space. Very valuable for this type of housing! We had a great time at Marie France and her husband. The apartment is perfect, even if it is sloping ceilings, no Pb for large because it is well designed. The location is ideal for those who want to take a ride on Lourdes and the surrounding area. (Note available with big binder full of advice) We also appreciated the attention paid to our child 2.5 years (next to books of bed on arrival!) Toys available ...
