Mike & Teresa are very warm, open & friendly. You will feel like they are friends after just a few minutes. Their home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was very nice & the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the air conditioner & ceiling fan because temps were in the 90s when I stayed.

Theresa and mike were very clear about what was provided and their expectations about the use of common space. this was great given the accommodation is a private room and bathroom in the house. the room was really comfortable and it was really obvious that Theresa and Mike had been very thoughtful in what was provided in the room and bathroom. Very comfortable room. Bathroom in the hall just out the door. Good wifi to use if needed. Full cable service in room. Very quiet neighborhood, home is on the end of dead end street. Parking in driveway off street. You will get your own house key. Suggest bringing a small pocket flashlight to use if coming in late. Don't turn on all lights and disturb your hosts sleep. Bring slippers a leave street shoes at the door. Be friendly! They are! It's not like your at a hotel, your actually in someone's home. Act like it, interact with your hosts.

We had a great time and felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels in the morning. Breakfast was served right on time and Tracy offered suggestions on places to eat during our visit. It was our first Air B&B experience and we were very pleased!

Tracy's home is really extraordinarily beautifully decorated. Her guest rooms have their own entrance,shared bath, coffee/pantry area & dressing room. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning Tracy had coffee and lite fare.

Beautifully flat in Brockton! This is the main floor of a three sorry house, and it's newly renovated. Beautiful layout and furnishing. There's a shared washer and dryer too which is very convenient! Good location if you want to visit some popular cities like down town Boston or Salem.

Frank's house is excellent!!! Brand new home with all flooring, appliances, bedrooms and bathroom completely new. There is nothing you will miss in the house, from utensils, cable, bathroom necessities; when they were setting up the house, it is evident that the owners have paid attention to even the smalles details. (Honestly, I got a lot of inspiration for my own home after visiting Frank's!!!) The house is located very close to Boston and there is a parking spot right in front of the house door. Long story short, I can not recommend Frank's house enough. Definitely one of the best properties on AirBnB.

Great place! We were visiting Boston and the commuter rail departs right around the corner. Do note that this train only departs every hour and a half or so and the last returning train departs at 22:30 from south station Boston.

The place was beautiful! Danielle was so welcoming and friendly. Although we did have completely privacy in the house, Danielle stopped by and offered to make a run to the store for us. She even bought us milk! The pantry was fully stocked with seasonings, coffee, tea, and many baking supplies. I would definitely stay again.

Purpose of stay: visiting friends in Stoughton and needed a quick place to stay the night before First and foremost, Ed and Danielle were so gracious to let us overstay until our next stop was ready and we sincerely appreciate that! This place is a gem. We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's and Ed's place. It was comfortable, cozy and clean. We used the kitchen, which was great. It is located 20min from Boston and has everything you need nearby.

Ed and Danielle greeted me when I first arrived (just in time to watch a Patriot's game!) The guest house is amazing! - pleasing to the eye, clean, cozy and spacious, including a large living room with television, comfortable sofas and two big tables (one for eating meals), a full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and stock full of foods. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the basement includes a washer and dryer. I greatly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by the hosts, always available and always helpful. Last but not least, their three great dogs. If you are a dog lover you will enjoy meeting them - all three are very friendly. (If not a lover of dogs, they are kept behind a fenced in yard so they would never bother you. I will not hesitate to book another stay if the occasion arises. Highly recommended.

The photos are accurate and give a good idea of the accomodations. The place was immaculate and all the little post-its were helpful. We just had a quick overnight stay, but this would have been an extremely comfortable place for an extended stay, spacious and well equipped.

I stayed at Tina's place for almost 2 weeks and it was great! Tina and her husband are super friendly and caring. It was really nice to be able to have your totally own space (that is huge!), but to know that they are upstairs if you need anything!

Perfect stay and experience for my first airbnb stay

This was my first Airbnb stay. I hope they are all as great as this one! Tina and her husband couldn't be friendlier, and the space was better than it looked in the ad. I appreciated the little touches like a Keurig (and K-cups), snacks (ramen) and a microwave to cook them in, and a fridge. The space is secure, and you park your vehicle *in* the garage, which is a plus. My son attends Stonehill College, which is a mile or two away. If you have a daughter or son at Stonehill, check this place out. It's also a great location for a Boston or Providence stay. I was only here for a night, but you could be very comfortable here for any weekend or longer. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, too. Five stars, and I hope to stay here again!

This was my first experience using AirB&B and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Tracy and her husband were unbelievably welcoming into their absolutely gorgeous home! I was blown away by everything about it especially the huge, gorgeous back yard. Tracy works full time and still found time to have breakfast ready every morning. The light blue bedroom I stayed in was stunning and so comfortable! Only a short drive to Salem and Downtown Boston, but far enough away to enjoy some peace. Definitely going to come back again!!!!!

Staying with Jayo was beyond a pleasure. Our room was neat, functional and comfortable. The backyard was a nice place to relax. The bathroom was clean and if I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. We were close to amenities and nearby highways; the location worked just for what I needed with reasonable parking. Everything I could have wanted or needed was met and exceeded during our stay. I would highly recommend a visit to Jayo's place. What a guy.....I cannot say enough.

Booked last minute for a concert at Gillette stadium, Jon was quick to reply and flexible on check-in time. Bed was comfy and the apartment had way more amenities than we needed (or used). We just needed a place to crash but there's a whole kitchen and huge couch that went unused during our stay. The only thing I gave 3 stars on was location because the Uber's to and from Gillette ended up taking a little while en route, but that's not Jon's fault... This was a great find for a great price on short notice.

Great place! My husband and I came from Providence and this is a good location to be in between Providence and Boston. The place is clean and welcoming. It was spacious for both of us. We didn't utilize the kitchen but it's great to have in case you're there long enough. We'd stay again if we need a place in the area.

Jon was a fantastic host, he was always super fast to get back to me, and was extremely flexible when it came to check in times. The space is exactly as pictured and was clean and comfortable.

Gary is a gentleman and honorable. He made extra efforts to make sure I was safe, comfortable, and had privacy. His wife was also very friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate. The yard lovely. The deck useful. The bedroom comfy. The proximity was great for me. And I had full access to the lovely kitchen. The house was fully renovated, and is very charming. This is a big house on a big acreage south of Boston. I wasn't driving so traveling to Boston and back was a bit of a challenge while I was staying there. Otherwise, Gary and his wife have been polite and generous hosts. I am appreciative of their hospitality.

Gary's house is lovely and very spacious. Decorated cleanly and not fussy, which I liked. He and his wife are really, really gracious people. The back deck and view of the yard and trees was my favorite pastime.

Gary was a very helpful host as we booked our airbnb last-minute. However there were some very crucial items that were left unmentioned in the description: 1. Likely the most important to note is that the bed was an AIR MATTRESS. My husband and I could barely sleep on it for it's great discomfort. 2. There was no AC and being summertime, it was humid and stuffy. There were also quite a few bugs. 3. The house is shared, not with Gary and his wife, but with other guests. This would have been nice to note for many reasons, one being that the other guests walked into our room unannounced during the night whilst we were sleeping. 4. It's a bit further from Boston city than anticipated, albeit with traffic. The train takes significantly longer. 5. There was only lukewarm water running in the shower. Apart from the bathroom, the space was clean. But again, for the reasons listed above, I wouldn't likely stay again, though it was certainly budget friendly and Gary worked with us for last minute arrangements which we appreciated.

Frank is an amazing host with a beautiful and comfortable home. The house is clean and nicely equipped with most of what you need ahead of time. It does only have one shower but it must have a great hot water tank because we never ran out of hot water. It is about 30 minutes out of down town Boston but an easy off freeway close by. Frank was easy to contact if needed and is just the nicest guy to talk to. I would definately stay here again. Deana

Lovely little studio - good location, we used it as a base to get down to cape cod mainly which is around 50 mins away. Checking in was easy although coming late at night. Would def recommend!

This was a perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. We were going to a festival about 15 miles away and this was a perfect home base for us to stay and be close to both our concert and the beaches of upper cape cod. Wonderful space for a couple. Comfortable bed, nice little kitchen and bathroom. Lauren is extremely responsive and helpful. Great suggestions for eating, amazing coffee place right around the corner! Wonderful suggestions for local places to visit, we went to the Scituate lighthouse on Lauren's suggestion and had a wonderful time exploring the jetty and the quaint little town with a great lunch of oysters and fresh fare from the ocean. We will definitely be back!

We drove in pretty late and although I didn't see him the first night he was very generous offering towels and water for the stay. Eugene and his wife made it very welcoming for us in their home. They were social, kind, and helped with some ideas to explore in Boston. The home is very convenient to the red line which makes traveling very easy! Its an older house but they are updating it and I had no problems with any of the amenities. They had a.c. which definitely helped because the room can get hot on warmer days. I would highly recommend staying in their home. ..plus they have beautiful chickens!

Wenlong was great and very welcoming. He was there and ready for me as stated upon my arrival. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom; plenty of privacy for a shared house. I loved the fact that there was a refrigerator for use as well as a microwave and table space. I was on a business trip and really this was the perfect place for me. The neighborhood was quiet and within a mile of I-95 as well as restaurants and the mall. I would stay again in a heart beat.

This was in fact my first ever experience as 'airbnb' guest in Boston. And Wenlong made my stay nothing but one of the coolest. I arrived late that day but he waited up until I get there to assist me with my luggage and to make me feel like I get the comfort of home after a long ride. He took time to show me my place around and even offered me a dinner. As his house is very clean and located in a quite neighborhood, I enjoyed coming back from class and sit in my room which is adjacent to his huge yard. When I check out, Wenlong gave me a ride to where I was heading just out of courtesy (which in fact was not very close to the house. Well it is closer to 25 miles which I have and will never have get if I stayed....never mind.) Anyways, my entire stay made me feel like I am not far from home. Hope to come back again.

Long kicked out a guest I had over. The guest was my fiance. The reason for kicking her out that he gave was: house rules and common sense. I am not sure what is common sense about not having a conversation with your fiance so quietly that we were whispering to each other. And house rules didn't say anything towards no guests. If he really does not want guests, he should write that in the house rules. He was very impolite and disrespectful. I had to leave the next morning. He respectfully refunded me the two nights that I didn't stay there.

The place is not really bad at all. There were spider webs around thE light on the sealing. It means that it was not cleaned. It absolutely need air-condition.

Long's place was a perfect place to stay for my week visiting Boston. It is a close 20 minutes to the city and the house is right off the highway. There is a separate entranceway and access to a fridge and microwave. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was a like sleeping on a pillow of clouds. The room was clean and Long was helpful showing the room and amenities and was available when I had a problem with the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay and I totally recommend staying here.
