Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. 2 1/2 room apartment in a beautiful location on the outskirts

Wir vermieten unsere 2 1/2 Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand in Schopflenberg mit unverbauter Aussicht auf den Hohenstaufen. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.

There is a modern bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine in a small intermediate space. A dryer can be used if needed. In the kitchen, there is a coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave.
