NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without transit traffic. It is only about 4km to the next motorway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8). From here you can go hiking and biking straight away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool is 5 minutes' walk away
