Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (approx. 20 min.) leads to the old town.

Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.
