Small guest house in Constance | Seerhein
We rent a small guest house (approx. 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - all easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city center of Constance, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min. to the bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

Holiday Appartement Rüland
Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

If you want to relax for a few days, or you are looking for an apartment for a longer period of time, you will feel comfortable in the 2-room apartment. It is centrally located in a quiet location in Constance, below the vineyards. In just a few minutes you can be on foot, by bike, or bus to the lake, city or university. All the shops for your everyday needs are close by. The 3-m-wide dormer in the living room is on the south side and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

Und zum Waldspaziergang musst du nur die Strasse überqueren! Abends geniesst du dann auf dem ausgebauten Treppenabsatz einen Bodensee-Wein oder unsere Panorama-Küche. Wir freuen uns auf dich!

It is on the 2nd floor of the listed half-timbered house from the 16th century, which was lovingly restored and renovated in 2010. Easy access to the village square in the Wollmatingen district, downtown and lake. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket right around the corner. Parking spot outside the house. Includes free use of public transportation and further discounts with the Bodenseecard.

Idyllic lakeside
Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (approx. 20 min.) leads to the old town.

Small studio-apartment, new and charming
A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity.
