First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Top floor: Closed bedroom with box spring bed, plus second cozy upholstered bed for one to two more people with curtains as privacy protection. Daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor: entrance, living room and balcony. Accessible via an external staircase with 16 steps. Not suitable for children. Conveniently located: 30 minutes to Munich or Garmisch.

Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

Auf der Südterrasse im Garten können Sie morgens ungestört ihren Kaffee trinken. In 5 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuss den See und den Bahnhof sowie in 10 Minuten das idyllische Dorf mit Bäcker/Zeitungskiosk.

Unser stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienappartement liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ufer des Starnberger Sees, dem Bernrieder Park und ist umgeben von zahlreichen Ausflugszielen. Bernried, einst als schönstes Dorf Bayerns ausgezeichnet, ist angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und ist deshalb der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um schnell die Berge zu erreichen oder einen Ausflug nach München zu unternehmen. Erleben Sie unvergessliche Urlaubstage am Wasser und in der Natur.

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Modern vacation apartment for 2 people in the ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. The 50 sqm apartment with separate entrance has a spacious kitchen-living room with south-facing views of the forest edge, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Studio - flat with breathtaking views

This studio apartment on the 3rd floor offers a breathtaking view of Lake Starnberg. It features a double bed (180 x200), a 70s-style kitchen (with oil, vinegar, coffee, etc.), and a retro bathroom. Perfect for hiking and skiing trips. Seeshaupt train station (1.5 km) connects to Munich in 45 minutes. The pier for boat tours around Lake Starnberg is just a few steps away.

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
