Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. Bernried, einst als schönstes Dorf Bayerns ausgezeichnet, ist angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und ist deshalb der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um schnell die Berge zu erreichen oder einen Ausflug nach München zu unternehmen. Erleben Sie unvergessliche Urlaubstage am Wasser und in der Natur.

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
