Tina's place is very easily reached by foot from the train station. Room with double waterbed in her ground level apartment. Clean and opens directly onto a park, good breakfast option also available.

We were 2 people and for one night guest. The welcome was warm and we felt very well. Breakfast we have also booked. All the best. Gladly again!

Railway station, lake and restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment. The accommodation is very clean and comfortably furnished. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe here. The highlight is the beautifully-landscaped garden with hammock and lounge furniture (here we had breakfast - with delicious smoothie, cereal, etc.). The waterbed is, in our opinion, very comfortable and the room size is definitely enough for two people. The hostess is super friendly and around the guests very hard (as we were invited to a wedding, we could check in already at 13 o'clock). We have felt very comfortable here and recommend the property you. Tip: The night sky over Bernried is just amazing :)

For our family this place was perfect, equipped will everything you can wish to have on holidays. Even the toys for our little son were prepared and small chocolate rabbits were waiting us on the next day. He was happy and we all does not want to leave. We (me and my wife) recently stayed 6 days at the beginning of October at the the Ferienwohnung am Starnberger See run by Christine und Michael with great pleasure. We arrived very late (due to Munich traffic works) at Thursday night which was not a problem. Michael welcomed us warmly (the weather suddenly had turned very cold at that time by the way), gave a quick tour in the house and showed very useful documented information about the first things you need. We than slept very well in a quiet and calm big sleeping room. After waking up we could better view the house, which is on the first floor in daylight with a beautiful bright and relaxing living area due to the huge glass front (see Airbnb pictures). The house felt directly at home and suited all our needs for comfort perfectly. Christine and Michael respected our privacy but are also very friendly, easy approachable, helpful, open minded and easy going. I had a few nice conversations with them so I could practice my German but they speak English very well. But most lovely was the seasonal pumpkin soup Christine prepared for us and the first needs (shopping) she had done for us by asking in advance what we needed. So there was espresso, bread, pumpkin soup, drinks and delicious homemade jam to start our day J. Although the weather was not too sunny we visited the surroundings by walking, touring and sightseeing. Bernried village and park is well worth walking around, its near environment as laid out in the documentation like Andechs and an hour or so drive to the pre-Alps too. Don’t forget the ‘old style’ Ziegler bakery in Bernried, which has delicious bread and pastry. My wife had to go two days to Munich and had a perfect connection from Bernried Bahnhof at 4 minutes walking distance from the house. Overall we had a great time in a peaceful, quiet and spacious warm feeling atmosphere with nice hosts in a comfortable house. It goes without saying we would love to stay there again but then with our bikes to do some tours.

The unit is very spacious and very cosy. It really made me feel at home. Christine took the effort to take care of the small little details that made my family felt right at home, especially for my 9 month old baby. Baby chair, bathtub, rubber ducky & toys ! Christine made Christmas cookies for us & a special candy cookie for my little one. I felt sad that I had little time to catch up with Christine as I spent my 9 days exploring all the nearby attractions. This apartment is a gem especially with a wonderful host like Christine !

We arrived late at night and the hosts were there to meet us. The showed us around the apartment and made us feel very welcome. They had even left us breakfast items for the next morning. The apartment itself is was exactly as described, but much larger than the pictures. It was a wonderful space, light, airy, and warm (even though we had turned the heating right down. The location was extremely quiet and tranquil, 8 mins to the lake and 20 mins to the famous Stanberg town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

Christine and Michael were perfect hosts and their apartment is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. We were greeted by Christine at the train station, and she left us some beer, eggs, oj, and bread in the kitchen. She allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer, and even left us some sweets and wine on christmas. The town is beautiful, easy walk to the grocery, bakeries, cafe, and train station. It's an easy trip into Munich. I would enthusiastically recommend this listing.

Lovely hosts, lovely apartment, and perfect location! We were a train ride (45 mins) from Munich and about a one hour drive from the Alps in southern Bavaria, including Neuschwanstein Castle and the lovely town of Fussen. There is a beautiful walk alongside Starnberger See (Lake) and through the village of Bernried...all in all, an amazing Airbnb experience. Highly recommend!

We immediately felt at home. Sophia and Dieter welcomed us so nice and open. The filled with goodies refrigerator has crowned us dinner and breakfast. We were the second time in werk15 and the second time we were completely satisfied. The apartment is really nice, designed with attention to details and great furnishings - including most comfortable beds. From coffee on Blumendeko to hiking maps and reading everything is there what you need and more. Even the refrigerator held every time some surprises - thank you very much again for this! The location of the apartment is great. Lakeside is one in less than 2 minutes and enjoy the view; Excursions to nearby or further afield you can go on just as well from here. From Sophia and Dieter is there secrets for hikes, restaurants or beer gardens. The two are very sympathetic, totally uncomplicated and were from the very beginning very helpful and friendly! We had a lovely stay at Sophia's apartment. From the start, where she collected us from the station and took us via the supermarket as it was getting late, to the arrival with lots of suggestions of where to go and juice and biscuits waiting for us, to the stay where she drove us to the farmers market and also let us borrow her and her husband's bikes. Both Sophia and Dieter her husband were very approachable and welcoming and went the extra mile with hosting. The flat was lovely, clean and modern. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

It was a great experience to visit Sophia in Tutzing. We arrived late but Sophia was ready to show us right in the very cozy apartment, which more than lived up to the pictures. It was a pleasure to study the many thoughtful, homemade details in the apartment - smart shelf system, creative storage options, good decor etc. The location is very good, a short walk from Lake Starnberg. The walk to Tutzing S-Bahn station is 2-3 kilometers long, but absolutely beautiful. We can give Sophia the best recommendations and there is no doubt that we are going to see her again.

Already on my arrival Sophia has shown very friendly. The apartment looks just as beautiful as in the photos. Everything is spotlessly clean, the decor is simple, but very tasteful. The selection of fresh herbs & teas shows the attention to detail. I had the feeling that it is the hosts important that the guest feel comfortable.

A stay at the factory 15 - in this so wonderful apartment- is thoroughly recommended. The apartment is ideal to feel good! Who spend a few relaxing days on the breathtaking Lake Starnberg and would like to be surprised every morning with a delicious breakfast for the "sprawl Garden Cottage" just right. The beautifully furnished maisonette is thanks to cozy wood stove for rainy days cuddly as well as for balmy summer evenings on the terrace - we will be back. Alice is a great hostess. We had a very great time at the cottage. Everything is very clean and stylish. It really was not missing anything. A large tub and modern shower make the bathroom spacious spa oasis. A fireplace in the living room a cozy feel while lying on the comfortable sofa. The bedroom on the first floor in the attic is very romantic. The very creative and sumptuous breakfast creations of Alice leave nothing to be desired. When you have fully beaten the abdomen can make yourself in the hammock under the trees in front of the cottage cozy. It was great and we thank Alice once again for the wonderful time in Bern Ried.

Very friendly Alice answered questions and gave us a detailed description. We quickly felt at ease. In the house there was fortunately a lot of useful information about the area and we chose from the variety, the right one. The house is very idyllic, next door grazing horses, the beautiful garden is inviting. The house has many beautiful, special place for reading, writing, resting. Even the small village has charm, the large park and the museum we enjoyed fine. Thank you, we love to come back!

Recently stayed in this cottage for 4 nights. We absolutely loved the house and Alice is a wonderful host - helpful, attentive and a very talented cook but also gives you as much privacy as you could wish for. The cottage is really beautiful and perfect for 2 people or perhaps with a small baby. The garden is yours to enjoy and we did - there are plenty of sunny and shady spots as the mood takes you. And the breakfasts Alice provides daily were out of this world!

We were traveling with our young daughter (6 months) for a weekend in the incredibly tasteful cottage guest and gave us more than comfortable. Alice is a great hostess who manages to make you feel absolutely carefree without one to take the desired privacy. Above all, the loving and super delicious breakfast we will miss. Thank you Alice. Alice is an extremely great host, she proves every morning with a mad lovingly made breakfast. The breakfast every morning was completely different and great every time, so if you're at a friend's guest. The cottage is beautiful and if one night turns the fireplace is only the right mood for ... a dream - the must-have experienced great .... The bathroom is pure wellness with floor heating. The location is 10 minutes walk away from Lake Starnberg and achieve extremely relaxed. If you even want to unwind it's right here in any case. Each time I will go back again here.

The Aufhalt was great. Really great hotel and great location great. These for occupational travelers is the lightning-fast connection with the train in downtown Munich, about 30 minutes. I would want aufjedenfall book again.

We LOVED staying at Fritz and Felix's place. It was a great location near the train station, very modern , comfortable and quiet. Perfect size for us, a couple who slept in the loft, and our 5 year old who slept on the pull out couch down below. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only note is that stairs to loft could be quite steep for older or younger guests.

Irene is a warm and hospitable host. The house in Tutzing is full of artwork which reflects the taste and travel of the host around the world. Strongly recommend this home for anyone who want to stay in the lake district in the South if Munich and has an appreciation for tranquillity and art.

It was a wonderful 3-day stay for us, great aunt with two hamburgers children from 6 to 9 years, who were the first time in Bavaria and have felt also very welcome and not a stranger in the sympathetic Villekulla with beautiful park-like grounds. On the manicured lawn they were even allowed to play football. A children's paradise! Very friendly welcome from hosts uncomplicated. Beautiful large balcony for a picnic in the evening. The sounds of the occasional rushing by train I have for love accepted. Recommended! Thank you, Mrs Irene with family.

This is the a perfect airbnb accommodation for families and for couples who want to feel home far away from home. Extremely well equipped kitchen and living room (machines, spices, games, chess, wifi). Nobody used yet but Roswitha even provides plug protectors and extra fire alarms for families travelling with kids. These are small details what shows that Roswitha exactly knows what guests might want during their stay.

Our stay here was fabulous. There was heaps of space for our family of 5. There was so much food provided by the host on arrival. Thankyou so much. Large and comfortable lounge, dining and beds. Great wi-fi. Kids loved the snow in the yard. Close to the beautiful lake. Only 1/2hr drive to Munich and and 1 hr to the beautiful Neuschwanstein castle. Highly recommend this place for a great stay.

A perfect flat for a family or a group of friends seeking a short break close to Munich. We stayed just a night in the area, and enjoyed a sunny day on the lakeside, which is a comfortable walking distance down the hill (tip: try the beergarden in Tutzing). Rosi gave us a friendly welcome then left us to our own devices – she lives in the same building so is always on hand should you need her. Amazing bonus: Rosi had fully stocked the fridge with butter, milk, eggs, juices and cold cuts and also left us some bread, preserves and krapfen (aka Berliner – a kind of German jelly donut), coffee and tea. There were even sweets and chocolate on the coffee table. So kind! The flat is very clean, spacious and well decorated, with a nice, sunny little garden. We really enjoyed our stay. Oh, and the curious neighbourhood cat is very sweet, too!

We arrived to a clean and bright apartment. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and a dishwasher, too! Having a garden to relax in was a nice addition. The location was wonderful. An hour drive to Newschwanstein, Partnach Gorge, and Dachau. We were less than a ten minute walk to the train station for a quick zip into Munich. It was a wonderful home for our family during a week of discovering Bavaria.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is clean and bigger than the pictures. The situation is quite nice: only 25min from Munich and 1h from Ludwig's castles. We felt like home :) : the fridge was full of food and there was everything for a first breakfast. I would definitely go back to Roswitha's

Roswitha made us feel immediately welcome. She was very accommodating and the flat was very clean, lovely and well-equipped. Tutzing is perfectly situated between Munich and Hohenschwangau so both Marienplatz (Munich) and Neuschwanstein (Hsch.) are easily within 1 hours reach in either direction. We would definitely recommend a stay with Roswitha.

Roswitha was extremely kind and welcoming. The house is just fabulous with everything you could possibly need, without a doubt it is the best Airbnb we have stayed at to date. The lake provided excellent swimming, there are lovely walks in the local countryside area and Munich is in easy reach. The only problem we had was that the house and local area is so nice we found it difficult to persuade the children to get out of the place and venture further afield. We all loved the place and Roswitha helps to make it the perfect holiday location.

Die Unterkunft erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen, ist sehr geräumig, alles ist picobello sauber, hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Unseren Geschmack hat es jedenfalls zu 100 % getroffen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man das Frühstück auf der herrlichen Terasse genießen. Alles drumherum ist schön grün und herrlich ruhig. See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Umgebung eignet sich zum  Wandern, sowie Radfahren und auch bei schlechtem Wetter finden sich gute Alternativen. Wir hatten sehr herzliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeber, die uns mit reichlich Tipps und Informationsmaterial versorgt haben und denen wichtig war, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Die Kommunikation war bereits im Vorfeld völlig unkompliziert und auch vor Ort wurden Nachrichten immer zeitnah beantwortet. Nach der langen Anreise am Sonntag, wurden wir mit einem kalten Bierchen und Wasser im Kühlschrank begrüßt und auch ein kleines Betthupferl zwinkerte uns entgegen ;-). Das Antimückenspray nicht zu vergessen, dass uns den 1. Seeabend die kleinen Ungeheuer vom Leib gehalten hat. Vielen, lieben Dank unseren tollen Gastgebern Markus und Simone

Very nice, cozy terraced house with a small garden in the outskirts. Accessibility for us were the large living room with comfortable seating area (can be converted also to 2 sleeping places) and access to terrace and small garden, the bathroom with tub / shower and the bedroom with 140s bed, balcony and lake in the DG. Tutzing is a nice place with nice beer gardens and swimming holes. We would definitely return!

Single issues we have clarified in advance directly with the owner. The house with plenty of room and the garden we liked. The lake is within walking distance if you were good on foot, partly goes downhill and -on's.

Very neat and clean accommodation in central Seeshaupt. All shops are in approximately 5 min walking distance. Even the Lake Starnberg is just a short distance away. Sonja is a warm and welcoming host, as I would like to see everywhere. We would always come back

This was a great place to stay, and Sonja is a great host. The rental is a one-bedroom apartment in a small modern apartment building. There is a little dedicated parking lot, but street parking is also abundant and free. It is a 7 minute walk from the lake in a very lovely town, and a short walk to a few nice restaurants. The apartment is a good home base for day trips to Munich (40 minute drive). The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. The wifi is very good. The bed was quite comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets. Good water pressure in the shower. Very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again.
