The Colyer Mercantile

Established in 1857, the Colyer Mercantile is an absolute gem. The house was originally built by William Colyer and it's in his honor that Colyer Lake was named. There's one bedroom with a queen-sized bed that's located in the upper level, and the lower level has a kitchen/living area, bathroom, and a laundry room. Outside is a patio with a hot tub with a lovely view of Penns Creek, and a firepit.
