Established in 1857, the Colyer Mercantile is an absolute gem. The house was originally built by William Colyer and it's in his honor that Colyer Lake was named. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has been completely renovated from the inside out. The historic charm of the house has not been lost, but instead, it has become it's most prized highlight. Home Away From Home! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath is a a great space for family and friends to enjoy their stay while visiting, it feels like you never left home. Our property offers a spacious 2300 sq. feet of living space (In a walk-out basement) just minutes from the home of the Penn State Nittany Lions! This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a Hot Tub and so much more! *please note, we do live upstairs full-time with our toddler and 2 Golden Retrievers. The airbnb is NOT pet friendly.
