Enjoy this peaceful retreat with views of a mature forest and the San Francisco Peaks! Deer and elk graze across the ravine outside your bedroom window, and hummingbirds drink nectar from the abundant wildflowers. This is a really special spot! Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. Snow Bowl, Sedona, and the GC are not too far from us, along with many other day trip hikes and destinations. We love this place! Come join us!

Walk Downtown-Cozy House
Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

The Cottage
Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

Functional centrally-located space. Dedicated driveway & path to a private entrance. Small patio space, king bed, table, kitchenette, & bathroom with shower. Note: there is no dedicated bathroom sink. The shower is large and has a mirror, and there is a kitchen sink area with small mirror as well. On the road to the Grand Canyon & Arizona Snowbowl. Walk across the street to Fratelli Pizza & Flagstaff Market Station. On the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) for easy access to downtown.

Kachina Village Treehouse
While not technically a treehouse, this log cabin is 79 steps up, sits above ground level and is surrounded by ponderosa pines! Once inside this cozy and peaceful home, you'll feel like you're in your own private treehouse. Located in Kachina Village, just 8 miles south of downtown Flagstaff, you'll get to enjoy dark skies and quiet evenings while being close to all of Flagstaff's attractions. Please note that you DO have to climb all 79 steps and cross a foot bridge over Pumphouse Wash.
