Welcome to stay next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Take a boat to surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna at the sunset in your own wood-fired sauna at the end of the jetty or swim by the beach, it's nature experiences at their best. Shop is on the island so you can pack lightly, get out into the archipelago with the ferry that runs several times a day and just enjoy! Small motor boat included in the reservation. Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the sound of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycle can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The largest villa has 6 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and sauna, fully equipped kitchen with hot water and dishwasher, a living room with a fireplace and dining table. A large deck faces south of the villa with a fantastic view of the sea. The lake house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a large deck outside. Getting there by car is easy.
