The apartment is on the top floor of the old farmhouse with access through the ground floor to the wild garden to the terrace, a fireplace and adjacent mill stream with swimming area, as well as the neighboring horse farm. The charming landscape with its lakes and the Windachtal valley invite you to activities in nature. Café, shop in the village.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Dear guests, welcome to our rustic vacation home in Riederau am Ammersee with huge property and direct lake access. NEW from November 2022: We offer you from November 2022 a private garden sauna with wood stove and panoramic windows with magnificent views of the Ammersee. Please note: Should you wish to use the garden sauna there is an additional sauna fee, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. You will find more information below.

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!
