Terrace apartment in Geltendorf

This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

Enjoy your time off in the Ammersee area. A cozy loft with space for up to 3 adults or a family with two smaller children awaits you. The apartment is on the top floor of the old farmhouse with access through the ground floor to the wild garden to the terrace, a fireplace and adjacent mill stream with swimming area, as well as the neighboring horse farm. The charming landscape with its lakes and the Windachtal valley invite you to activities in nature. Café, shop in the village.

Take a break and unwind. This red moonwooden house is located in a completely quiet residential area. Enjoy the sunrise over the eastern shore of Lake Ammersee from your own private terrace. The lake shore is just a few steps away. Welcome to the beautiful western shore of Lake Ammersee. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Vacation home "Landglück" close to nature in Upper Bavaria

New apartment on the 2nd floor in OBB, 65 sqm. Bedroom with box spring bed, living room with pullout couch (1.40 m max 2 people) Bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, cozy balcony and parking space at your disposal. It is a non-smoking apartment where animals are not welcome. Smoking allowed on the balcony. €80 for 2 adults per night, each additional person €15. Bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and water are included in the rental price.

This special place has its own style. The view over Lake Ammersee and the entire mountain range can be enjoyed via the terrace and the conservatory at any time of the year. The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. One of them has a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin and wellness shower belonging to the master bedroom with dressing room.

The vacation apartment "Bachlauf" invites you to linger! Idyllically located by the stream and quietly on the outskirts, a vacation apartment with upscale amenities awaits you. The comfortable technical equipment with a flat-screen TV, internet access and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove and fridge contribute to the rest. The bathroom has a rain shower.
