The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The apartment is on the top floor of the old farmhouse with access through the ground floor to the wild garden to the terrace, a fireplace and adjacent mill stream with swimming area, as well as the neighboring horse farm. The charming landscape with its lakes and the Windachtal valley invite you to activities in nature. Café, shop in the village.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Very idyllic apartment with direct access to a 2000 m² garden. For those seeking relaxation who prefer absolute peace and quiet in nature. You can reach Lake Ammersee in 10 minutes by car. Munich is 35 minutes away via the nearby highway. In addition, a well-developed bicycle network around Lake Ammersee to Pfaffenwinkel and the other lakes of the Five Lakes region awaits you. In Windach, 1 km away, you can buy wonderful regional organic products.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Only about 5 minutes' walk to the train station (BRB Garmisch-Geltendorf) and about 7 minutes to the lake.
