NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Hello dear travelers, we live here in the middle of the forest, the lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria ! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy every day the feeling of being allowed to live in a very special place.
