Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful shore park and the lively promenade. Breathtaking views are guaranteed here. It is in an ideal location between the train station and downtown, right on the Lake Constance bike path. Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. The fair is 4 km away. With private parking space, lockable bicycle basement and air conditioning. Fast internet & NETFLIX.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is within 5 minutes walking distance and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

The approx.50 m² 2-room apartment is located on the edge of fruit orchards, very quiet, in a newly built residential area. The house was built in 2019. The apartment is located in the attic and the amenities are largely new. In good weather you can see a beautiful alpine panorama and a small part of Lake Constance. The nearest shops are about 3-4 km away. Messe Friedrichshafen is 5 km away. Lake Constance is about 8km away.
