A roomy bathroom comprises of a large walk in shower, loo and sink with a window overlooking the garden. The room has a double bed, area to sit and relax and a novel additional bed in the eaves - perfect for two small children or one larger child.

  • About a 15min walk from the Tube. Stylish, Clean, Comfortable. Great amenities, cooked every meal in. Depending on timing, the flat above can be a little loud, but that’s common for having neighbors upstairs.

Due to the COVID 19 crisis we have drastically reduced our prices to enable people to isolate more easily. We hope this helps. Unwind in comfort in this beautiful apartment, just a 25-minute walk from the historic Hampton Court Palace. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace, looking across the River Thames, nestled among the trees, before heading there for a boat ride.
The apartment has been recently refurbished with beautiful new floors, kitchen, bathroom and carpets. The views from the apartment as you can see from the gallery are beautiful. So, whether you are here for leisure or work you will be starting and ending your day in a calm, peaceful environment with everything you need to hand.
The flat is located close to East Molesey Village, with cafes, restaurants, and antique shops. It's a five-minute bus journey to Hampton Court Palace, and 30-40 minutes by taxi to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
  • The place was very quiet, clean and with a Tesco at 50m. Vanda was very helpful and responded very quickly when I had a problem with the light. Would definitely return.

    Rafael2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great bright modern finished apartment, big tescos just around the corner. The host super easy to reach and provide me with excellent details how to get to the property. Will be back again when in the area. Thank you

  • Excellent location for suburb lovers. May reach to many tourist attractions outside London easily and quickly. Of course rent a car would be the best option in that case. This apartment has a good parking space. I spent 3 weeks here and moved around Kingston, Richmond, Richimond Park and River Thames often with great pleasures. Would not be an ideal place for short stay travelers whose main interests are in London downtown area as it takes times and costs. Vanda is very informative and responsive. Kitchen is fully equipped and convenient. Additional credit of this premises is very near to lawn ground park and River Thames together with a big TESCO supermarket. I am already missing there.

    Kil Soo2019-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time at Riverview and it was the perfect location for a Hampton Court wedding! The fact that Vanda had thought to provide multiple fans was hugely appreciated given that our stay co-incided with the hottest day since records began! Everything we needed was there and the information pack was outstanding - Vanda had provided so much information on things to do. Our children loved the view of the boats on the river and having a supermarket within walking distance was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to rebook - thanks for hosting us Vanda.

    Samantha2019-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • This property and the host was absolutely the best. Just amazing!!! My host was very attentive to my needs and was able to assist me in every way possible. When I arrived at the location it was very very late. The host gave me instructions to find the key to be able to get into the apartment. I had a young child with and upon arrival I realized that there was some milk and a snack for my child. I thought that was so thoughtful because again with arrival so late in the Nate everything was already closed. And the milk and snack was perfect. Vanda had absolutely everything that you could possibly need to make you feel right at home. You didn’t have to buy anything other then the food you wanted to cook. Everything else was already there even the spices you may need to cook. There was Netflix on the TV and that was great because my baby was able to watch the shows he like just like if he was home. The home was beautifully decorated with lovely artwork on the walls and was sparkling clean. Ms. Vanda even had a book with all kinds of information to help you throughout your stay. Now let me tell you the view from this apartment is absolutely amazing so beautiful from every angle. I will be reaching out to Ms. Vanda the next time I visit and will refer her to anyone that ask me about a place to stay while visiting. Thank you so much Ms.Vanda for making your home available to my family and I for our vacation.

  • We stayed on the Baboo, it was clean, had everything we needed. There was no oven but we had a hob, toaster and kettle. There were pots, pans, glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletres and towels. Natasha the owner had decorated the boat with Balloons and a banner as it was my birthday, that was a nice touch. Kelly the housekeeper and Josh that worked for Riviera was really nice and infomed us about local places of interest. There was plenty of leaflets about things to do and places to eat including takeaways on the boat. We had a floating hot tub which we sat in gazing up at the stars. We will definatly be coming back but next time we will try one of the bigger boats. Natasha and kleus went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing.

  • We stayed in Serenity for a night, the boat was snug but had everything we needed - cooking equipment, utensils, coffee machine, body wash/shampoo... we also rented the hot tub so after dinner we spent the rest of the evening star gazing and Netflix-ing in it. The boat was also sparkling clean. Natasha was so thoughtful with putting up a surprise happy birthday banner and balloons for my partner. Overall a very special Air Bnb experience.

  • This place is truly home from home. Lloyd is a fantastic host and the accommodation is first rate. Exceptional value for money; great location; great apartment living. Would thoroughly recommend.

    Jonathan2019-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • I had a wonderful stay of over 2 weeks at Lloyd's place. I felt very at home and the room is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean (with excellent shower pressure!) and a separate boiler so no running out of hot water! The bed was comfy and with enough basic storage areas for my longer stay. The little kitchen was an added bonus with all the necessary items to make a basic breakfast or dinner. There is a separate side entrance which also makes coming and going without disturbing anyone easier. Lloyd and his wife were really friendly. I was busy with work during my stay and they left me to it but I have no doubt had I needed some guidance for the area they would have been more than happy to help. I would highly recommend staying here. The area is ideal for getting to and from London and there are some lovely shopping areas and walks nearby. All in all, 10/10! :)

    Tam2018-12-16T00:00:00Z
  • Lloyd’s place is quite lovely. Very clean, comfortable and many nice thoughtful touches. It was quiet I had a great nights sleep. I shall certainly stay here again next time I am in this area.

  • Lloyd and his family gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable with a thorough check-in. The communication leading up to and during our stay was good, with no delays at all. The apartment was well presented and very clean. The bathroom is very good, in particular. The apartment is well located - about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops, 20 minutes to the nearest station and about 15 minutes to the lovely Bridge Road. We had a great stay.

The location is unique and beautiful and has easy access not only to the many local sights but also to central London. Diane is the perfect host: warm, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough.

    Marion2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • You will not be disappointed with this unique and comfortable houseboat. Just go!

    Lynda2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • This beautiful little spot is exactly as advertised in the pics. I couldn’t have asked for any more from Di who responded incredibly quickly to messages when I got in touch, and even called to warn me about traffic when I let her know I was en-route. I stayed for one night ahead of the Hampton Court half marathon and the cute room offered absolutely everything I could have needed. Do even offered late checkout and a place to keep my bags following the run if needed, which of course she didn’t have me to. I have already recommended Milestones to several people and have been showing off the pics of where I got to stay. Taggs island is a unique little community I feel lucky to have had the chance to spend a night in. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

  • It felt like a bit of an adventure finding Diane's houseboat in the dark last night. We love staying in different places, and getting the full view from the boat this morning was well worth it. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. We will definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

  • Tom has been attentive at all times that we need your help. The apartment is perfect and there are all kinds of services around it. The location has quick access to public transportation. 100% recommendable!

    David2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • We are a family of 4 who stayed at Tom's place for a 10 day vaca to London. The flat is in an excellent location. Close to a fish and chips place, pharmacy, bakeries, Indian cuisine, pubs. We were able to easily walk to the bus and train stops which made it easy to get into the heart of London. It was very easy to check into the flat, Tom responded very quickly when we corresponded. The flat had a large TV with cable, wifi, comfortable bedding. We would wholeheartedly stay there again if we ever get the chance to go to London again!!

    Kimberly2019-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • Our second stay at this wonderful flat! Wonderful location - close to the village, close to the station (but not so close that it’s noisy). Great quality linens and towels and well stocked kitchen makes for a wonderful stay Very easy check in and fantastically fast communication with Tom makes it really easy to stay here

    Natasha2019-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • A warm, cozy house above a shop. Was exactly what we needed. Train station is just a minute away, Hampton court place is just 30 minutes away by car. Tom was also great, quick to respond to messages. Was kind enough to let us check out later. Definitely recommend! Thanks again

An island cabin newly built in our garden alongside our river home Seahorse, which overlooks the River Thames, with views of Ash Island. You will be welcomed into a tranquil, comfortable, unique retreat with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay with us.
Situated on Taggs Island, off the Hampton Court Road, you can drive over the island's bridge and park in our gravel driveway next to this delightful guest cabin. It has wonderful views of the River Thames, and the sun pours in through the windows all day. We have an enchanting garden and the wildlife of the river is all around us. As well as offering exceptional contemporary living space, you will have exclusive use of the adjacent patio area in the garden, with outdoor seating, to sit and contemplate the river or just read and relax. Our guests have the entire cabin, which includes a bedroom, bathroom and living room. There is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and fridge too (Please note there is no hob or oven) There is also a smart TV with internet connection. The Cabin is entirely electric, there is no gas boiler. (Please also note that the £10 cleaning fee is for up to a 7 day stay and thereafter weekly) Make the most of your stay by visiting one of the many places of interest around Hampton Court. The Cabin is just a five-minute walk to London's second largest royal park, Bushy Park, and only a fifteen minute walk away from Hampton Court Palace. Central London can be reached by train from Hampton Court or Kingston stations, into Waterloo. There are regular buses - the 111, R68 and 216, which stop just by the Taggs Island bridge. We also have many festivals and concerts locally, both at Hampton Court ( including the annual Flower Show) and Hampton Court Pool open air concerts. More information on the local area, restaurants, pubs and cafes will be provided on arrival. We are happy to help you with any information you need. Kingston is also a great shopping centre and more riverside restaurants.
Taggs Island itself is totally unique and has a fascinating history. From the days when the sumptuous Karsino Hotel was built here in 1913 to iconic films like Clockwork Orange being filmed here and Pink Floyd performing here. We are now a community of 'floating homes' with a delightful lagoon in middle of the island, where the hotel used to stand, as well as a 'Sunken Garden' where all the islanders and their guests can go to relax. We would be happy to tell you more and indeed show you around!
  • We had a fantastic weekend! Highly recommended to all, a great little place in a great location!!

    Ethan2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house itself was a dream, very cosy and clean and well equipped. Also being located on such magical and private part of the island. Sarah was the perfect host - communicative, friendly, welcoming & helpful. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to return myself one day soon!

    James2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great modern cabin in a unique, pretty and peaceful location, yet very close to transport links into London. We hope to stay again!

  • Very nice place, quiet, with all amenities.

    Martine2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • A homely, modern, and spotlessly clean interior with beautiful views of the river. The island is relatively close to a local Waitrose, and within easy walking distance of Hampton Court Station. Hampton Court Palace is on your doorstep, and local pubs, cafes, restaurants, and antique shops make this the ideal weekend getaway.

    Martin2019-12-16T00:00:00Z
  • Sarah’s place isn’t just a place to stay, but better than we could’ve hoped for. Her modern chalet is well equipped, easy to use technology, warm, comfortable and very clean. We cannot wait to come back, a home away from home. 5 star rating and great and fast communication. Location is perfect, outside of the city with beautiful view of the Thames, yet close enough to a few towns and restaurants around. A place you shouldn’t miss. Silent and warm evenings with a warm drink.

    Arisa2019-12-02T00:00:00Z

Luxurious Cosy and airy....compleat relaxation. Perfect for a romantic ❤ anniversary or special birthday.🍾🥂
    Total relaxation. Romantic setting ❤
Hampton is a lovely area. And loads to see and do! Loads of lovely eateries and pubs, The Magpie in Sunbury (15 min walk) being a favourite with the garden over looking the river, best Sunday lunch ever. The Phoenix in Sunbury serves lovely tapas and has a lovely garden looking at the river. The moon and moon in Sunbury is the best Chinese in Hampton...highly recommended. And they also offer a delivery service! The Bell, on Thames street is lovely and does great food. Loads of history! Christopher Wren's house. Hampton court palace. Bush park with the Deers and stags and the Diana water memorial . Hampton village with its quirky shops and eateries. Kingston and Richmond are only a bus ride away if you fancy some retail therapy. Kempton race course🏇 is a 6 min drive/30 min walk and is great fun when there are races on🏇 you never know a little "flutter" could pay for your stay on the Mon Sabot⚓ You can even make a special night and book a meal 🥂🍾🍽
  • We had an amazing time at Mon Sabot. The boat was so stylish and comfy, and so cozy in the evening with the candles lit. We loved the little extras Yvonne left for us, she couldn’t have been a better host. The boat was in such a peaceful location, with ducks and swans swimming up to the boat to say hi. We didn’t want to leave!

    Holly2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time on Mon Sabot. Great boat with a stylish interior and peaceful surroundings. Yvonne is a fantastic host who makes sure her guests have the most amazing stay. I was blown away with the small details like breakfast ready for the morning and the services on the boat. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful break!

    Joshua2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • If you’re looking for a getaway on a charming little boat there is no better place than Mon Sabot! Highly recommend.

    Milena2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Yvonne's place is cosy, inviting and very relaxing. It is clean, comfortable, well equipped and perfectly formed. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the location is so peaceful. Yvonne's hospitality is second to none leaving breakfast for us including fresh smoothies and orange juice, as well as a cheese board for the night before! Would definitely recommend and we look forward to being able to stay again in the future.

    Fiona2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I had a lovely stay on Yvonne's boat. She was very good at communicating with us, the boat was so cosy, lots of candles and fairy lights. Yvonne prepared a cheese board for us and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was really comfy and it was just very relaxing to be on the boat. The location was great too, a nice 20min walk to the pubs and parks. Thank you Yvonne!

    Anni2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • What a fabulous place to stay. We have hired narrowboats on canals previously but this gave us an entirely fresh outlook and was a most enchanting experience. This is where The Onedin Line meets 5 star hospitality (google that if you are under the age of 50!). I cannot begin to list all the special touches and thoughtful additions but there was everything you could possibly need aboard, from a wide selection of breakfast foods to a splendid cheeseboard which we took advantage of. The location is splendid with plenty to do in the local area but you will want to hang about on the boat as much as possible and soak in the maritime atmosphere, enjoy the tasteful and homely décor, or just sit back with a drink and watch the regular procession of rowers shoot past from the nearby Millennium Boathouse and beyond. A marvellous and most enjoyable stay with a perfect host who cannot do enough to make your stay special. Thank you Yvonne x

    Nicholas2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely time on Yvonne’s boat last weekend. It was really peaceful and calming to sleep on the boat, even though the wind was high that night, we didn’t feel it at all - I had the best night sleep I’ve had in a while. Yvonne was a great host, who saw us in and showed us everything we needed to know about life on the boat at check in, and even allowed us to have a generous late check out. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and swans in the morning and enjoyed a nice breakfast that Yvonne left for us. A great price and a wonderful location for Hampton Court Palace and Richmond Park. Free car parking was super helpful. It’s amazing that the boat has a full kitchen and bathroom as well, you couldn’t tell from the outside! Lovely to stay in London a different way! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

    Jasmine2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • We spent two nights over the weekend staying on the Mon Sabot following our wedding a few months ago. We were going to a gig in Kingston so it was a fantastic location for us. Yvonne was a wonderful host from the point of first booking until check out. She was responsive, caring, thoughtful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as special as it could be. Her boat is beautifully presented and so cosy! It is ideal for a romantic, unique and relaxing get away. We opted for the option of a cooked meal upon arrival and we were so glad we did! Also what a lovely breakfast spread! Bushy park, within walking distance is a lovely place to go for a wander and explore :) The little touches are what makes a difference, and you will find plenty of those if you stay on the Mon Sabot!

Just look at the reviews! A fun and relaxing place to stay. Great for NPL and St Mary's College, Bushy Park 2 min walk.
Very large bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house in Teddington, Middlesex. The bedroom has 2 very large fitted double wardrobes, a fitted chest of 5 drawers, vanity unit / desk with 8 drawers. There's a TV with freeview and wifi internet. Shower/Bathroom for guests that are staying. The pricing is for one occupant and second occupant pricing is negotiable. This room is designed for 2 adults only and it is not possible to accommodate young children as a third guest. If you are only booking for a single occupancy please look at my other guest bedroom (www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) as if possible I try to keep the double free for double occupancy. I have a full size snooker table if you fancy a game and dartboard in the log cabin in the garden. Nice south facing garden. It's a quiet location near to good transport links. It's about an 8 minute walk to Teddington British Rail station - 30 minutes to Waterloo. There are a couple of bus routes close by - No. 285 and X26 direct to Heathrow in about 35 mins or less. 281, 33 and R68 only 10 min journey to Richmond. Hampton Court, Bushy Park & Richmond Park all nearby and River Thames only a short walk. For guests who are working at nearby NPL or St Mary's College it is ideal location. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden but not in the house. I have had many nice guests to stay and look forward to more in what I would call a very relaxed and friendly household. Pets are negotiable at a small extra charge.
Parks and River Thames all nearby. Hampton Court is a 25 min walk. Good local shopping centres in Kingston and Richmond.
  • Really friendly host with a lovely house in a great location. Perfect for what I needed - couldn’t recommend enough

    Matt2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Exactly what we needed in a place to stay while we looked for a permanent place to live in the area. Graham and Grace were wonderful hosts, kind, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and spacious so we were very comfortable here. The kitchen was well equipped and we were never waiting to use the bathroom. We loved the communal feel here, always interesting people coming and going and felt like part of the household rather than a guest that was in the way. Thanks Graham and Grace!

    Emily2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • I cannot speak highly enough of Graham and Grace's hospitality! They are the perfect hosts, offering great facilities in a relaxed and inclusive environment, by which I mean that if you want to hang out in the kitchen chatting with them you can do that; equally, if you want to take to your room and have some private, quiet time you can do that, too. Nothing was too much trouble - the room (I had the single which was a 'double' sized room with a comfy single bed and enough storage options for an entire family's belongings) was brilliant, the bathroom (shower, basin, loo only) was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped and ready for anything although I didn't actually cook in it. Given the chance Graham and Grace will keep you entertained with a slew of stories about their experiences as Air hosts - 8 years so far with over 800 guests! They are the perfect, natural hosts, delightful people and I wonder what more you could wish for in an inexpensive AirBnB option in peaceful Teddington. BOOK IT!

  • If you get the chance to stay with Sally, I highly suggest it! It was absolutely a delightful home.

    Karli2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Sally is a great host, the accommodation is well placed in Teddington which is just a short train ride from Twickenham and Wimbledon. Highly recommended

  • Sally was a Super host but it turns out one minor misdemeanor (that was resolved within an hour to no one's inconvenience) is enough to get that honour taken away. But trust me, she is still a Super host...I shouldn't be saying this as it just creates more competition when I need to stay for work!

  • Laura's room is one of the best airbnbs I've ever been too! The room is so cozy with most of the amenities youd expect. She has 3 cats, I've seen two and they are absolutely adorable. I did get a chance to meet Laura for a few minutes and from what I gather from our conversation she seems a wonderful lady. Thank you so much for your hospitality and hopefully we meet again. Thank you:)

We are situated just half a mile from Hampton Court where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes and shops to peruse and just a three minute walk from a large open park leading down to the River Thames. However, please note - Hampton Court is not in London and if you want to be close to London we may be too far for you. There is railway station which is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the line takes you to London Waterloo (a 35 minute journey).
Our bright and cosy cottage style house is tucked away in a small cul-de-sac where you will find a private garden and off street parking for one vehicle. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee machine and breakfast staples. The lounge / diner is cosy and comfortable and stairs lead up to the bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower over. The main double bedroom has plenty of storage - the second bedroom is a rather small single
Take a walk along the river - there are a choice of lovely cafes serving great coffee and breakfast or lunch. Hampton Court village has a choice of good restaurants, more cafes and lovely shops to while away your time. The palace and station are a 15 minute walk away. The station takes you to Waterloo - a 35 minute journey.
  • Great place to stay, we've stayed her a couple of times now and absolutely love it!

  • Lovely little house in a safe and comfortable area. Host was very prompt to answer all my questions. And was extremely helpful with checking and check out. Was very surprised to find slippers and toothbrushes there for us it adds such a special touch to help make us more comfortable. Also the prepared food both in the fridge and in the kitchen was a huge help and adds so much to help us make our stay comfortable. Would definitely be back and would very highly recommend.

  • 10/10 for everything, lovely property, great location and a fantastic host who is more than helpful. I mean after a hard days work, arriving to a freshly baked lemon drizzle cake doesn't getting much better.

  • Sharon is a great host, very friendly, the property is immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was ready and waiting which we weren't expecting and the cake, yum yum you should set up a cake business x

  • Sharon's place was absolutely perfect. Lovely decoration, comfortable beds, nice shower, lots of utensils, pans, crockery etc in the kitchen as well as lots of breakfast items and tea and coffee. Sharon had even got milk and cooked breakfast items in for us as well as the delicious lemon drizzle cake. There were some toys, books and a high chair for little ones and everything was very comfortable. The parking space is very useful but it is only a 20 minute walk to Hampton Court and the train station. Supermarket only 10 mins walk as well. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return in the future.

Many thanks Sharon! I would definitely recommend staying here

A cosy bedroom with sole use bathroom - for a single person or a couple. Tea/coffee facilities in room along with a TV, desk and WiFi. Situated 3 mins walk from Fulwell train station with 40 minute journey time to Central London (Waterloo). 30 mins to Heathrow airport via public transport. Easy access to Hampton Court, Hampton Pool concerts, Richmond, Kingston, Wimbledon, Twickenham Rugby, Royal Parks, Kew Gardens to mention but a few. I have lived here for ten years and I love the area. We have local shops a few minutes down the road and Teddington is a great place to eat out. It is extremely handy for public transport with Fulwell train station close by and also frequent buses.

  • This was my first solo air bnb experience and it could not have been better! The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and modern. Breakfast was provided each day which was a great start to my day. So many thoughtful touches - tea and biscuits in the room, towels changed regularly and linens changed during my two week stay. Natalie and Nick go out of their way to make to one feel comfortable. In a word, it was perfect!

Tiny single bedroom (no. 6) in a Victorian semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a shared kitchen, bathroom and shower-room. This is a very small bedroom, it is only 2.0m x 2.27m. There is TV in the room. Very close to Kingston town centre, which is only a 5-10 minute walk away. There are my two small dogs and one cat also living in the house.
The house is very close to Kingston Town centre, so handy for the shops and transport links. Being a Victorian house, it is a little quirky and very homely.
The house is in a cul de sac, so with no through traffic it is a quiet residential street. There is one pub in the street called The Cocoanut, which does very nice Thai food. At the beginning of the street is the Fairfield which is a nice park to walk and relax in, as well, for me, being very handy to take my two Norfolk Terriers for a walk in.
  • Really nice vibes to the house, Quirky and on a pleasant quiet street. Bedroom clean and recently decorated. Adrian is a nice guy. Best bit was the 2 little dogs, Nellie is a puppy and a bundle of fun.

  • 100°/• recommended. Great place to stay.

    Francisco2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Adrian's a cool guy, very chilled, always helpful if you have any questions. The doggies are good fun and always happy to see you. If your not a fan of dogs this won't be the place for you, if you love dogs this is the perfect setting! Close to Kingston town centre, 10 mins walk from the station. The room is tiny but suitable for those who just need a place to rest their heads! The other members of the house hold are always friendly & welcoming. Be warned for the pub on the road you may get 1 or 2 noisy drunks walking up, but generally noise wise it wasn't too bad.

  • Our stay at Carola and Richard's was wonderful. We were made to feel so welcome and at home. The house is beautiful and the room is incredibly spacious, warm and comfortable. The bed was huge and quite possibly one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. There were lots of little touches that were greatly appreciated - particularly the tea and hot water bottle! Breakfast was a delicious feast and set us up properly for the day. Lots of shops/restaurants/pubs within walking distance and the buses are great too. Carola and Richard are superb hosts and I'm already thinking about when I can next stay with them. Thank you both!

We can offer you a quiet, cosy, bright room with garden view and adjacent private bathroom. Our house is a short walk to the station (London Waterloo 35 mins) and local parks. We live in Teddington, a leafy SW London community on the River Thames, close to Bushy Park, Richmond Park and Hampton Court. The town has a good range of local shops and restaurants and easy access to bigger shopping centres in Kingston and Richmond. All the amenities of central London are a short train ride away.
We live in a residential road close to local amenities. You will have your own room with private bathroom. Our daughter is away at university and, although we both work from home, the house is usually peaceful. We have a couch-potato dog, Otto, who is extremely gentle and quiet. Guests are welcome to use the large modern family kitchen/dining/living room to make breakfast, but also have the facility to make tea and (real) coffee in the room if preferred. There is a bathroom (with full sized bath and hand held shower) next to the bedroom for sole use of guests. We have good wifi throughout the house.
We love Teddington and have lived here for over 20 years. It has a real 'village' feel, but in a short train ride you can access all that central London has to offer. The river and Bushy Park are on our doorstep and there is a wealth of interesting shops and excellent cafes/restaurants locally. There are also good pubs to choose from, many on the river, such as the Anglers Arms at Teddington Lock, a short walk from the house. The National Physical Laboratory and the Lensbury Conference Centre are walking distance from our house, as is St Mary's University.

Enjoy Thai food at Jolly Coopers, Indian food at Hampton Spice or Ruchi Restaurant, as well as traditional English pub food at The Railway Bell or The Bell Inn. For a great local breakfast, Chinos is close enough to feel like you've just rolled out of bed!
  • It's a beautiful, cosy and stylish place. We enjoyed every tiny detail in the home. We had everything for comfortable living. The house was very clean and perfectly prepared for guests. You can also use a back terrace for spending lovely evenings under the stars. The place is very calm and located apart from the street. There are several grocery stores nearly, some cafes, a couple of pubs within walking distance. As for me, this is the best place to stay near Kingston. Highly recommend it.

  • Celia’s place is so lovely in many ways:) The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and full cooking supplies and dinnerware. The bedding and bathroom are divine! The neighborhood is quite and great location to shopping and site seeing. Public transportation is close by and Celia is a thoughtful host with excellent communication. I stayed for two months and would highly recommend!

  • Jason’s place was stylish, clean and value for money. Jason was quick to reply and really helped us out with a late check out. Check in instructions were spot on for late arrivals too!

  • Great, self-contained annexe in Jason's garden next to the stable yard. At this price you don't always get this much space, a lounge and full kitchen so that's a bonus. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very convenient location near Heathrow, M3 and commuter routes into town.

  • Ian's place was cozy and homely, yet spacious for 2. It includes a balcony with seating area, modernised furniture , style and layout, various amenities, to ensure easy navigation around the flat. The building has both lifts and staircases and a gated security system, so it's very accessible and secure. The area is fairly quiet for London and things to do (e.g. shop, pubs, Kew gardens etc) are all within in a short distance, and some are even a 5 minute walk or a short bus hop (with the bus stop just adjacent to the premises). As a host Ian was highly communicative and considerate. I would happily stay there again. Thanks Ian ☺️

  • Nice place to stay even though its a bit farther outside of central London. There are multiple means of transportation not far from here. Ian was a great help with figuring out alternative transportation while the underground was down for service a few days we were there. The place suited us well for what we needed!
