Lucy’s house was very nice, clean and cosy. Lucy is a very welcoming host. It is a bit of a commute from Kingston to London centre, but staying at Lucy’s was worth it (plus we loved the surrounding nature of Richmond park). We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Can’t fault our stay here. The room is lovely, more spacious than it seems in photos. En-suite is excellent. The location is cracking and Laura was easy to get hold of and made sure check in was straight forward despite us being a bit awkward!

Lovely and cosy contained room and great to relax in after a long day at work. Laura fitted me in at late notice which was much appreciated. Comfy bed, spacious room and the kitchen area is well stocked for breakfast and with thoughtful touches. Will be back!

Great place to spend the night before catching a flight at Heathrow. DO pay attention to the directions given on their website. It will save you 5 minutes of walking. Google seems to route you the long way.

Irene and Katia’s place was absolutely lovely! After a full day of travel, the bed in our room was exactly what was needed, one of the best sleeps! The girls are very lovely, available for any questions and offer fast responses. The place looks just like in the pictures, except you can’t photograph the cozy, peaceful sense the house has! Totally recommend, and would go again!

Only two underground stops from LHR. Clean and comfortable with friendly hosts and a super friendly kitty! Nice breakfast as well. If you have an overnight airport layover or delay, this place is a real gem.

We loved it! Allison is very attentive and is always available to help. The place is a bit removed, but nothing that is not fixed with a little organization of the traveler. He left us breakfast every day and was attentive to help. We recommend it.

Hannah's apartment is lovely and her hosting, communication and the thoughtful touches she added for our two toddlers were absolutely fabulous. We felt very welcome and very well looked after.

Spacious, comfortable apartment, ideally located for nearby bushy park, and Kingston centre for shops & restaurants. Only 35 mins train journey to London Waterloo. Surprisingly quiet too!

Hanna is very available for all questions regarding journeys, restorations, circulations etc ... very helpante.Les journeys for London are a bit long and however quite direct.But the apartment is 2 steps from Kingston very well stocked , as well as sympatic pubs and huge parks.

Good location, near rail station and shopping center. Very clean and have big kitchen with full equipment. But the TV is too small (about 30 inches).

Yasmin and Freddie's place is lovely room that was super clean and private. It made for an excellent one-night stay next to Heathrow. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bus stops which take you into Heathrow for free. I totally recommend.

Adorable little place, incredibly well located within walking distance of both Kew station and all the shops plus Kew Gardens whilst still being tucked away on a very quiet street. Apartment was spotless and cosy and Rosie made us feel incredibly welcome with lots of friendly advice and tips. We stayed a whole month and it became like home! About a 15min walk from the Tube. Stylish, Clean, Comfortable. Great amenities, cooked every meal in. Depending on timing, the flat above can be a little loud, but that’s common for having neighbors upstairs.

Rosemary’s flat was exactly what I expected from the pictures. Her flat his about a 7-10 minute walk from the Kew Gardens Station, and about a 15-20 minute ride into Central London. The flat has everything you need, including a washing machine and a drying rack. There are also three heaters in the flat to help keep warm during the winter. This was a great place to stay.

The place was very quiet, clean and with a Tesco at 50m. Vanda was very helpful and responded very quickly when I had a problem with the light. Would definitely return.

Excellent location for suburb lovers. May reach to many tourist attractions outside London easily and quickly. Of course rent a car would be the best option in that case. This apartment has a good parking space. I spent 3 weeks here and moved around Kingston, Richmond, Richimond Park and River Thames often with great pleasures. Would not be an ideal place for short stay travelers whose main interests are in London downtown area as it takes times and costs. Vanda is very informative and responsive. Kitchen is fully equipped and convenient. Additional credit of this premises is very near to lawn ground park and River Thames together with a big TESCO supermarket. I am already missing there.

We had a wonderful time at Riverview and it was the perfect location for a Hampton Court wedding! The fact that Vanda had thought to provide multiple fans was hugely appreciated given that our stay co-incided with the hottest day since records began! Everything we needed was there and the information pack was outstanding - Vanda had provided so much information on things to do. Our children loved the view of the boats on the river and having a supermarket within walking distance was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to rebook - thanks for hosting us Vanda.

This property and the host was absolutely the best. Just amazing!!! My host was very attentive to my needs and was able to assist me in every way possible. When I arrived at the location it was very very late. The host gave me instructions to find the key to be able to get into the apartment. I had a young child with and upon arrival I realized that there was some milk and a snack for my child. I thought that was so thoughtful because again with arrival so late in the Nate everything was already closed. And the milk and snack was perfect. Vanda had absolutely everything that you could possibly need to make you feel right at home. You didn’t have to buy anything other then the food you wanted to cook. Everything else was already there even the spices you may need to cook. There was Netflix on the TV and that was great because my baby was able to watch the shows he like just like if he was home. The home was beautifully decorated with lovely artwork on the walls and was sparkling clean. Ms. Vanda even had a book with all kinds of information to help you throughout your stay. Now let me tell you the view from this apartment is absolutely amazing so beautiful from every angle. I will be reaching out to Ms. Vanda the next time I visit and will refer her to anyone that ask me about a place to stay while visiting. Thank you so much Ms.Vanda for making your home available to my family and I for our vacation.

Amazing location, great space, highly recommend

We stayed on the Baboo, it was clean, had everything we needed. There was no oven but we had a hob, toaster and kettle. There were pots, pans, glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletres and towels. Natasha the owner had decorated the boat with Balloons and a banner as it was my birthday, that was a nice touch. Kelly the housekeeper and Josh that worked for Riviera was really nice and infomed us about local places of interest. There was plenty of leaflets about things to do and places to eat including takeaways on the boat. We had a floating hot tub which we sat in gazing up at the stars. We will definatly be coming back but next time we will try one of the bigger boats. Natasha and kleus went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing.

Brilliant stay! Great host!

We stayed in Serenity for a night, the boat was snug but had everything we needed - cooking equipment, utensils, coffee machine, body wash/shampoo... we also rented the hot tub so after dinner we spent the rest of the evening star gazing and Netflix-ing in it. The boat was also sparkling clean. Natasha was so thoughtful with putting up a surprise happy birthday banner and balloons for my partner. Overall a very special Air Bnb experience.

This place is truly home from home. Lloyd is a fantastic host and the accommodation is first rate. Exceptional value for money; great location; great apartment living. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay of over 2 weeks at Lloyd's place. I felt very at home and the room is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean (with excellent shower pressure!) and a separate boiler so no running out of hot water! The bed was comfy and with enough basic storage areas for my longer stay. The little kitchen was an added bonus with all the necessary items to make a basic breakfast or dinner. There is a separate side entrance which also makes coming and going without disturbing anyone easier. Lloyd and his wife were really friendly. I was busy with work during my stay and they left me to it but I have no doubt had I needed some guidance for the area they would have been more than happy to help. I would highly recommend staying here. The area is ideal for getting to and from London and there are some lovely shopping areas and walks nearby. All in all, 10/10! :)

Lloyd and his family gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable with a thorough check-in. The communication leading up to and during our stay was good, with no delays at all. The apartment was well presented and very clean. The bathroom is very good, in particular. The apartment is well located - about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops, 20 minutes to the nearest station and about 15 minutes to the lovely Bridge Road. We had a great stay.

This beautiful little spot is exactly as advertised in the pics. I couldn’t have asked for any more from Di who responded incredibly quickly to messages when I got in touch, and even called to warn me about traffic when I let her know I was en-route. I stayed for one night ahead of the Hampton Court half marathon and the cute room offered absolutely everything I could have needed. Do even offered late checkout and a place to keep my bags following the run if needed, which of course she didn’t have me to. I have already recommended Milestones to several people and have been showing off the pics of where I got to stay. Taggs island is a unique little community I feel lucky to have had the chance to spend a night in. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Tom has been attentive at all times that we need your help. The apartment is perfect and there are all kinds of services around it. The location has quick access to public transportation. 100% recommendable!

We are a family of 4 who stayed at Tom's place for a 10 day vaca to London. The flat is in an excellent location. Close to a fish and chips place, pharmacy, bakeries, Indian cuisine, pubs. We were able to easily walk to the bus and train stops which made it easy to get into the heart of London. It was very easy to check into the flat, Tom responded very quickly when we corresponded. The flat had a large TV with cable, wifi, comfortable bedding. We would wholeheartedly stay there again if we ever get the chance to go to London again!!

A warm, cozy house above a shop. Was exactly what we needed. Train station is just a minute away, Hampton court place is just 30 minutes away by car. Tom was also great, quick to respond to messages. Was kind enough to let us check out later. Definitely recommend! Thanks again

Enough espace for 4 people, all necessary things available, very close to a train station and just 40 min to Waterloo station in the centre of London. To repeat in the future.

Tom's place is so clean and well orgnized. It's position Is ideal to get public transportation. Hampton is a car parking friendly zone, very easy to find a free parking at any time. We didn't meet Tom but everything went well, he kept me informed thx messages. I recommand with pleasure Tom's place to anyone who wants to discover London.

A homely, modern, and spotlessly clean interior with beautiful views of the river. The island is relatively close to a local Waitrose, and within easy walking distance of Hampton Court Station. Hampton Court Palace is on your doorstep, and local pubs, cafes, restaurants, and antique shops make this the ideal weekend getaway.

Sarah’s place isn’t just a place to stay, but better than we could’ve hoped for. Her modern chalet is well equipped, easy to use technology, warm, comfortable and very clean. We cannot wait to come back, a home away from home. 5 star rating and great and fast communication. Location is perfect, outside of the city with beautiful view of the Thames, yet close enough to a few towns and restaurants around. A place you shouldn’t miss. Silent and warm evenings with a warm drink.

We had an amazing time at Mon Sabot. The boat was so stylish and comfy, and so cozy in the evening with the candles lit. We loved the little extras Yvonne left for us, she couldn’t have been a better host. The boat was in such a peaceful location, with ducks and swans swimming up to the boat to say hi. We didn’t want to leave!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time on Mon Sabot. Great boat with a stylish interior and peaceful surroundings. Yvonne is a fantastic host who makes sure her guests have the most amazing stay. I was blown away with the small details like breakfast ready for the morning and the services on the boat. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful break!

Yvonne's place is cosy, inviting and very relaxing. It is clean, comfortable, well equipped and perfectly formed. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the location is so peaceful. Yvonne's hospitality is second to none leaving breakfast for us including fresh smoothies and orange juice, as well as a cheese board for the night before! Would definitely recommend and we look forward to being able to stay again in the future.

My partner and I had a lovely stay on Yvonne's boat. She was very good at communicating with us, the boat was so cosy, lots of candles and fairy lights. Yvonne prepared a cheese board for us and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was really comfy and it was just very relaxing to be on the boat. The location was great too, a nice 20min walk to the pubs and parks. Thank you Yvonne!

What a fabulous place to stay. We have hired narrowboats on canals previously but this gave us an entirely fresh outlook and was a most enchanting experience. This is where The Onedin Line meets 5 star hospitality (google that if you are under the age of 50!). I cannot begin to list all the special touches and thoughtful additions but there was everything you could possibly need aboard, from a wide selection of breakfast foods to a splendid cheeseboard which we took advantage of. The location is splendid with plenty to do in the local area but you will want to hang about on the boat as much as possible and soak in the maritime atmosphere, enjoy the tasteful and homely décor, or just sit back with a drink and watch the regular procession of rowers shoot past from the nearby Millennium Boathouse and beyond. A marvellous and most enjoyable stay with a perfect host who cannot do enough to make your stay special. Thank you Yvonne x

We had a lovely time on Yvonne’s boat last weekend. It was really peaceful and calming to sleep on the boat, even though the wind was high that night, we didn’t feel it at all - I had the best night sleep I’ve had in a while. Yvonne was a great host, who saw us in and showed us everything we needed to know about life on the boat at check in, and even allowed us to have a generous late check out. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and swans in the morning and enjoyed a nice breakfast that Yvonne left for us. A great price and a wonderful location for Hampton Court Palace and Richmond Park. Free car parking was super helpful. It’s amazing that the boat has a full kitchen and bathroom as well, you couldn’t tell from the outside! Lovely to stay in London a different way! We spent two nights over the weekend staying on the Mon Sabot following our wedding a few months ago. We were going to a gig in Kingston so it was a fantastic location for us. Yvonne was a wonderful host from the point of first booking until check out. She was responsive, caring, thoughtful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as special as it could be. Her boat is beautifully presented and so cosy! It is ideal for a romantic, unique and relaxing get away. We opted for the option of a cooked meal upon arrival and we were so glad we did! Also what a lovely breakfast spread! Bushy park, within walking distance is a lovely place to go for a wander and explore :) The little touches are what makes a difference, and you will find plenty of those if you stay on the Mon Sabot!

Exactly what we needed in a place to stay while we looked for a permanent place to live in the area. Graham and Grace were wonderful hosts, kind, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and spacious so we were very comfortable here. The kitchen was well equipped and we were never waiting to use the bathroom. We loved the communal feel here, always interesting people coming and going and felt like part of the household rather than a guest that was in the way. Thanks Graham and Grace!

I cannot speak highly enough of Graham and Grace's hospitality! They are the perfect hosts, offering great facilities in a relaxed and inclusive environment, by which I mean that if you want to hang out in the kitchen chatting with them you can do that; equally, if you want to take to your room and have some private, quiet time you can do that, too. Nothing was too much trouble - the room (I had the single which was a 'double' sized room with a comfy single bed and enough storage options for an entire family's belongings) was brilliant, the bathroom (shower, basin, loo only) was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped and ready for anything although I didn't actually cook in it. Given the chance Graham and Grace will keep you entertained with a slew of stories about their experiences as Air hosts - 8 years so far with over 800 guests! They are the perfect, natural hosts, delightful people and I wonder what more you could wish for in an inexpensive AirBnB option in peaceful Teddington. BOOK IT!

Quiet, clean, excelllently priced and a friendly host. I slept through like a log.

If you get the chance to stay with Sally, I highly suggest it! It was absolutely a delightful home.

Sally is a great host, the accommodation is well placed in Teddington which is just a short train ride from Twickenham and Wimbledon. Highly recommended

Sally was a Super host but it turns out one minor misdemeanor (that was resolved within an hour to no one's inconvenience) is enough to get that honour taken away. But trust me, she is still a Super host...I shouldn't be saying this as it just creates more competition when I need to stay for work!

Laura's room is one of the best airbnbs I've ever been too! The room is so cozy with most of the amenities youd expect. She has 3 cats, I've seen two and they are absolutely adorable. I did get a chance to meet Laura for a few minutes and from what I gather from our conversation she seems a wonderful lady. Thank you so much for your hospitality and hopefully we meet again. Great stay. Laura was an excellent host. Let me use washing machine. Bedroom was comfy with en-suite and tv in room which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and stay again if in area.

The hosts were both friendly and attentive, providing clear instructions that were easy to follow, along with videos for additional visual aid. They were also quick and ready to answer any questions that we had during our stay. We had a smooth and pleasant experience.

Lovely little house in a safe and comfortable area. Host was very prompt to answer all my questions. And was extremely helpful with checking and check out. Was very surprised to find slippers and toothbrushes there for us it adds such a special touch to help make us more comfortable. Also the prepared food both in the fridge and in the kitchen was a huge help and adds so much to help us make our stay comfortable. Would definitely be back and would very highly recommend.

10/10 for everything, lovely property, great location and a fantastic host who is more than helpful. I mean after a hard days work, arriving to a freshly baked lemon drizzle cake doesn't getting much better.

This is a really quiet location with parking, very clean and comfortable. The owner went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable.

Sharon's place was absolutely perfect. Lovely decoration, comfortable beds, nice shower, lots of utensils, pans, crockery etc in the kitchen as well as lots of breakfast items and tea and coffee. Sharon had even got milk and cooked breakfast items in for us as well as the delicious lemon drizzle cake. There were some toys, books and a high chair for little ones and everything was very comfortable. The parking space is very useful but it is only a 20 minute walk to Hampton Court and the train station. Supermarket only 10 mins walk as well. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return in the future.

It was lovely to meet Sharon, she made us feel very welcome and her house was perfect! It was warm and cozy, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, there was everything for breakfast, Sharon had also made a delicious cake and added Christmas decorations in the sitting room. Always an excellent place to stay.

This was my first solo air bnb experience and it could not have been better! The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and modern. Breakfast was provided each day which was a great start to my day. So many thoughtful touches - tea and biscuits in the room, towels changed regularly and linens changed during my two week stay. Natalie and Nick go out of their way to make to one feel comfortable. In a word, it was perfect!

Lovely hosts to stay with and really nice, quiet room.

I had a one night stay with Natalie, and it was just what I needed. The room and bathroom very very clean and tidy, with plenty of thoughtful touches (tea and coffee in the room, a book with local restaurants) and Natalie was friendly and welcoming. The little dog was a treat too!

As ever, great place to stay, Natalie and Nick are always welcoming hosts.

Nick and Nathalie were both fantastic hosts, really friendly, and everything was very easy. I had a very comfortable stay, it was clean and quiet and I had everything I needed for a great stay whilst studying in the area.

Really nice vibes to the house, Quirky and on a pleasant quiet street. Bedroom clean and recently decorated. Adrian is a nice guy. Best bit was the 2 little dogs, Nellie is a puppy and a bundle of fun.

Adrian's a cool guy, very chilled, always helpful if you have any questions. The doggies are good fun and always happy to see you. If your not a fan of dogs this won't be the place for you, if you love dogs this is the perfect setting! Close to Kingston town centre, 10 mins walk from the station. The room is tiny but suitable for those who just need a place to rest their heads! The other members of the house hold are always friendly & welcoming. Be warned for the pub on the road you may get 1 or 2 noisy drunks walking up, but generally noise wise it wasn't too bad.

I would like to return.

This place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Adrian was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Our stay at Carola and Richard's was wonderful. We were made to feel so welcome and at home. The house is beautiful and the room is incredibly spacious, warm and comfortable. The bed was huge and quite possibly one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. There were lots of little touches that were greatly appreciated - particularly the tea and hot water bottle! Breakfast was a delicious feast and set us up properly for the day. Lots of shops/restaurants/pubs within walking distance and the buses are great too. Carola and Richard are superb hosts and I'm already thinking about when I can next stay with them. Thank you both!

Checked in very early due to flight reasons, Carola and Richard were very friendly. The house itself is a particularly beautiful Victorian building, and the decoration is very careful. The room was spacious and prepared for breakfast.

We had a brilliant stay in Teddington as a family of four including two small children. The flat is spacious, clean and complete with lots of useful amenities. Check in/out was easy and communication with the hosts was fast and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

It's a beautiful, cosy and stylish place. We enjoyed every tiny detail in the home. We had everything for comfortable living. The house was very clean and perfectly prepared for guests. You can also use a back terrace for spending lovely evenings under the stars. The place is very calm and located apart from the street. There are several grocery stores nearly, some cafes, a couple of pubs within walking distance. As for me, this is the best place to stay near Kingston. Highly recommend it.

Celia’s place is so lovely in many ways:) The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and full cooking supplies and dinnerware. The bedding and bathroom are divine! The neighborhood is quite and great location to shopping and site seeing. Public transportation is close by and Celia is a thoughtful host with excellent communication. I stayed for two months and would highly recommend!

Great, self-contained annexe in Jason's garden next to the stable yard. At this price you don't always get this much space, a lounge and full kitchen so that's a bonus. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very convenient location near Heathrow, M3 and commuter routes into town.

Ian's place was cozy and homely, yet spacious for 2. It includes a balcony with seating area, modernised furniture , style and layout, various amenities, to ensure easy navigation around the flat. The building has both lifts and staircases and a gated security system, so it's very accessible and secure. The area is fairly quiet for London and things to do (e.g. shop, pubs, Kew gardens etc) are all within in a short distance, and some are even a 5 minute walk or a short bus hop (with the bus stop just adjacent to the premises). As a host Ian was highly communicative and considerate. I would happily stay there again. Thanks Ian ☺️

Nice place to stay even though its a bit farther outside of central London. There are multiple means of transportation not far from here. Ian was a great help with figuring out alternative transportation while the underground was down for service a few days we were there. The place suited us well for what we needed!

Ian was an amazing host. The apartment is clean with all ameneties required for the stay. An amazing area with different cuisines at a walking distance. Regular train and bus to the aparment all day. Highly recommend!
