Beautiful apartment in Wangen/Allgäu center close to the center

In the heart of Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 1st floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the corridor is the bathroom. The mentioned areas are only for guests. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the 1st floor on the right. So there is usually someone on site and we are happy to help with any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of the city in a secluded location. Walk about 1 km into the city center and about 200m into the forest.

Im Sommer weht der Duft von gemähten Wiesen durch die Luft und wenn es auf den Herbst zugeht, tragen die Obstbäume und der Garten direkt vor der Ferienwohnung Früchte. Hier im Allgäu können Sie der Natur wirklich nah sein. Located directly in the center of Lake Constance-Königsee bike path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shop in the village at the "Regiomat" where there is 24h the possibility of obtaining milk, eggs, meat and beverages and on Saturday at the bakery in the village. A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Attention: For larger groups of 8 people or more, another apartment next door (100 sqm, €150/night) with another bedroom, 2x2m double bed, kitchen and bathroom are available.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available.
