Super nice single apartment in our owner-occupied detached house (BJ 2015). Ideal for business trips or as a starting point for tours in the nature of the Schönbuch. Good access to the Stuttgart area with airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn surrounds the entire apartment. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure comfort. Custom kitchen from the kitchen builder, fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the package.

Our small, approx. 30 sqm granny apartment consists of one and a half rooms with living and dining area, separate bedroom and small bathroom. It is located within walking distance of the train station, but you can get to the beautiful fields even faster. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our terrace in front of the house can also be used. The place is probably best suited for an individual, but two people who like each other will also find space here :)

Lovingly renovated house. One bedroom, a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area (high quality!), in the pointed roof/bird's nest with another 2 beds. Modern kitchen & bathroom.

"Anna's Siedlungshäusle" is a small, cozy house from the 1950s. The semi-detached house is completely renovated, equipped with a contemporary bathroom and new kitchen. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. 2 more guests can stay on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free street parking is available at the house.

My place is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.
