Kleine gemütliche Wohnung
Unsere kleine, ca. 30qm große Einliegerwohnung besteht aus eineinhalb Zimmern mit Wohn- und Essbereich, separatem Schlafzimmer und kleinem Bad. Sie befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe zum Bahnhof, noch schneller ist man aber auf den schönen Feldern. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, unsere Terrasse vor dem Haus kann gerne mit genutzt werden. Wahrscheinlich eignet sich die Unterkunft am besten für eine Einzelperson, aber auch zwei Personen, die sich gerne mögen, finden hier Platz :)

The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure comfort. Custom kitchen from the kitchen builder, fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the package.

My place is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.
