Loved my whole stay here. Location is not far away from a dunking donuts and a Shaws supermarket. Upon arriving parking was convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. Check in process couldn't have been any easier. WiFi info was easily located and had no problem connecting and speeds were fast. Location looked exactly like it's photos. It was very clean and was nicely laid out and spacious. This is just a side note if any one has allergies to pets then just bring some benadryl and it shouldn't be a problem as I think there maybe a short hair dog that resides there but obviously wasn't there during our stay. I didn't take any so my eyes were a bit itchy but I had no problem sleeping on the bed. The beds were also very comfortable and I had a very nice sleep. There's also a huge backyard that was nice to go out and enjoy the sun. I had a very lovely stay there and would recommend and stay there again P. S I loved the snacks the host laid out for us they came in handy!

Leanne's place was great--Nice and clean and a real gem for pet-owners looking to travel to the Medfield area. Clean, affordable, and cozy. My father drove up with us and was highly perplexed on how to get in (even though Leanne's instructions were spot on). Since my dad beat us there I wasn't sure if something was amiss at the house, but Leanne was swift to communicate and everything worked out in the end. Would definitely stay here again :)

If was like I never left home. Dave and Mary were fantastic hosts for my weekend trip to Massachusetts. They were flexible with my arrival and depart times and opened their home to me graciously. I spent most of my trip at a venue but returning in the evenings was the perfect place to unwind. The house is very traditional in style for the region and a beautiful and quiet neighborhood all brought extra charm to the overall experience. They provided great recommendations for local fare and good conversation in the time I was there. I was sad not to make it up to Boston during my trip but would definitely use them as a launch pad. If you want to see the city and surrounding areas w/o paying the costs, give them a try and enjoy the small town feel.

Dave and Mary are wonderful hosts. They are very friendly and charming people. They consider us as their friends. They invited us for dinner, we had a great BBQ dinner. That was so nice !! The place is very quiet. You sleep so well !! There is off street parking. The room was very comfortable. Dave and Mary gave us the address of a very good restaurant. We would definitely recommend staying with Dave and Mary and we love to come back.

The quintessential New England home and family......Dave and Mary are great and the space is exactly as described. A small bedroom with private bath in a nice setting. Great location for the area - worked out very well for me. I will definitely plan to come back.

Dave and Mary were very hospitable hosts and very helpful. Bathroom was newly redone, clean and bright. It should be noted however, that there are twin beds in their guest room which is clear from the photos. These are separated bunk beds with old bunk bed mattresses and may be difficult for those of us that are little older.

Dave and Mary were very friendly, shared pizza, gave advice about where to shop nearby, and introduced me to their relatives when they came by. They are good people and I'd stay again if I have the opportunity. Also it is a special to have a private bathroom. There is also a piano if you are musically inclined. The 1 1/2 acre backyard lawn is a peaceful place to barbecue on the gas grill and eat out on the patio.

My husband and I stayed with Mary and Dave for just over month while waiting for our apartment to become available. Mary and David were extremely accommodating during our long stay and very respectful. Thank you to both of them! If you are in need of a place that is close to the train, their home is in a great location. My husband was commuting to Boston during the week and it was only a 5 minute drive. Great location! It is very close to the college where my son ran everyday. We walked to downtown and went through some of the shops. Churches are within walking distance. Not far from the airport. Jim kept in touch making sure we were set for arrival and that everything was going well after we arrived. We did not have a small child but is a perfect place if you do. I highly recommend.

Jim was very accommodating, providing us with plenty of information about local sites and checking in on us during our stay. His apartment was as neat as a pin and is located within easy access to several restaurants, a Whole Foods Market and, of course, beautiful Wellesley College, which offers the perfect setting for a morning run or walk. The adjacent courtyard is a nice, quiet location where you can sit outside and read a good book while the kids play. If you're looking for convenient proximity to Boston but would prefer to stay in a peaceful and safe suburb, this is a great location. I highly recommend Jim's place.

As a first time user of Airbnb, I had my reservations, but my overall experience was seamless from communicating with Jim prior to booking until the completion of my stay. Jim answered all my questions and provided specific details. He was extremely helpful when I encountered a mishap or two. The location of his place was perfect for my purpose, and the neighborhood was safe. Parking was easy. The place was well equipt in terms of kitchen stuff, toiletries, cleaning products, etc. There was even quarters for laundry. If I visit the area in the future, I would definitely stay at Jim's without a second thought. I am so happy that we found Jim!

We enjoyed staying at Jim's place. It was very comfortable and convenient for us. The place was clean, bright, with nice sized rooms and was just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this house for 2 weeks. The house has everything a traveler needs. The kitchen is equipped with cuttlery, pots, pans, plates, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigirator, coffee machine and oven. We cooked at least 1 course of the day and we had everthing we wanted. Towels and sheets are plenty. Beds are comfortable. The house is clean. The only thing it lacked was a cable TV but you get wifi and netflix & amazon to watch. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Most important of all is that Jim is highly responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

This property is exactly as described only better. I had been wanting to try an Air B&B for some time. Kelly was an incredible host who was personable and helpful but also gave me the space I needed. I brought my own breakfast but did enjoy the fresh fruit and huge tea assortment. The bed was extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding, robes and towels. Every need was taken care of. I can't recommend this property enough. You will be so glad you booked with her!

Kelly and Andrew are exceptionally warm and gracious hosts.They went out of their way to be certain our needs were met, and communicated with us toward that end. The accommodations are elegant, warm and welcoming. Everything about the home is impeccable. The bed is extremely comfortable, the towels thick and plush, the tiny details attended to. We would definitely look into staying again!

Every once in a while, one finds an Airbnb accommodation that surpasses all others. That is how we felt after our recent two-night stay at Kelly's home. It is a beautifully appointed home as is the private guest suite. The top-of-mind adjectives to describe the space are peaceful, immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated. Kelly has impeccable taste and one notices that immediately--from her choice of room and linen, towels and fabric colors to the subtle and elegant small vases of spring blooms. There were three chargers (one on each bedside table and one on the charming desk) for electronic devices which was enormously helpful. There is a very nice single bedroom adjacent to the main guest bedroom with a very nice (everything in this antique home has been updated) modern bathroom. It would be an ideal situation for a couple traveling with one child or young adult and the drive to downtown Wellesley (Peet's Coffee, eateries, shopping, railroad station, and Wellesley College) takes just minutes. There is an art to providing guest with privacy yet letting them know that you are available if needed and Kelly is a pro. For example, we came downstairs each morning and had coffee, cereal and bagels that had been left for us at the nicely appointed counter-table. While we knew that Kelly and her husband were home, she made certain that we had the kitchen to ourselves for breakfast. To sum it up, Kelly is a class act and her guest suite is one that we will use as a yardstick to measure all others in our future Airbnb adventures. We come to Wellesley often and will be putting our reservation in often. Thank you very much, Kelly!

We stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful time. Kelly and her husband were wonderful and were very accommodating. The house was amazing and beautifully decorated. We had the whole top floor, which included the master bedroom and private bathroom (the second bedroom was included too but we didn’t need it). Everything was very clean and organized, just like the images on this posting. We highly recommend staying at Kelly’s and we will be back very soon.

Kelly could and should instruct people on how to be an airbnb host. We did not need information about Boson but she would accommodate anyone who visited and did not know the area. She has the perfect lovely home set up for a private stay and is very professional yet warm as a Host. We would return and will recommend her listing. Kelly and Andrew are the very best airbnb in Wellesley.

We were only in town for a night but Kelly made us feel very welcome. I was losing faith in Airbnb but Kelly is a shining example of what the experience can be like at its best!

It was a perfect and really clean place to stay near Wellesley! The hosts are lovely. If staying in the large bedroom, be sure to have windows closed around meal times for the good food smell comes in so that can tempt you to want eat or feel hungry. :-)

Patricia is a fantastic host! Her studio is wonderfully appointed, spacious, quiet, cozy and very clean and comfortable. If you are visiting Wellesley this is the perfect place to stay. I plan on staying at Pat's studio whenever I'm in Wellesley!!!

Everything was perfect. Pat was a great host and went out of her way to make everything nice. She was responsive and helpful. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Various restaurants are a short walk away and the house is in a lovely neighborhood of Wellesley Hills. I highly recommend Pat's place.

My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was grateful to be offered a set of towels, and easy access to the bathroom. I did not meet my host in person, but her repsonses to my messages were helpful. Checking in and out was painless.

We never met Nikeu but Annie was a kind and gracious host and our 2-day stay couldn't have been more comfortable. It's kind of an unusual set-up . . . an oasis of calm on a pretty busy, high speed road, with very nice parks and places to walk around up behind it. You will be sharing space with several nice people / residents as well as 6 clean cats, who range from curious to frightened. I think Annie is taking care of everybody including the cats. The room my son and I stayed in was really the attic, complete with a creaky narrow stairs, slanted ceilings and gabled ends. There are two super comfortable, cozy beds and lots of space. Each bed had 4-5 pillows (loved it!) on top of very soft & luxurious sheets and bedding. There were good windows that blocked out 90% of the noise from the nearby road, as well as other amenities like a portable oil filled radiator to use. Annie repeatedly offered tea and use of the kitchen, as well as help with anything in the house or neighborhood. She kindly spoke to my 20 year old son at some length about life decisions facing him and with some authority I believe as she is the mother of two slightly older children herself. The atmosphere in the house is unhurried, welcoming, peaceful, kind, gentle, warm. There are witty and wise sayings painted and written in art around the house. I would not recommend staying here if you are not a flexible or considerate person. My only issue was the shared bathroom not being as clean as is what is normally comfortable for me, but the positives of the room and of the house and of our host far outweighed this. This is good value and an especially welcoming place to stay.

I felt very welcome in the house and I had an amazing time there. The check in and check out where very plesant. I loved the cats and the atmosphere. When I had any problems or questions they helped me out. I will definitely stay there angain!

Lovely woman, originally from France - she made hot cocoa, & we had an interesting conversation about art therapy; she's a Brown U. graduate and works with children with disabilities ;). Warm, hospitable. Location was a little far out for me, but the area is very attractive, with many things to do downtown, etc. & of course, instant booking option. Beware 5 kitties, 2 with opposable thumbs!

Charlene was an extremely welcoming host who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The accommodation was quite comfortable and as described. The house is in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed being able to easily find a running/walking trail very close to the house.

Charlene is a wonderful host! She welcomed me with the attention that a friend would have welcomed me: tea or coffee upon arrival, end of day welcome back refreshments, and the breakfasts. Yum! Starting your day with warm thoughtful meal is priceless. The accommodations are as described. The bed is super comfortable (I am a stickler for a good mattress). This was a charming and restful hideaway. What made it so special was Charlene's AMAZING food and thoughtful conversation. I literally did not want to leave breakfast because Charlene is so interested and interesting. I also loved Orlando the cat! He was so playful and friendly. Charlene is an A++++ host. She opens her home to you & gives you as much privacy as you need. She makes wonderful breakfasts. Her home is on a quiet & very safe street, yet the walk to the commuter train, restaurants, shops, library is quite doable. If the weather's nice, her backyard is large & looks like a small park, complete with places to sit. There's also a beautiful deck where you can have your breakfast. Lovely room with a queen size bed & TV. Charlene is a kind, compassionate person. Can't say enough about this very nice airbnb & Charlene. If your allergic to cats, you might want to look elsewhere. I love cats & she has two very mellow & sweet-natured kitty-cats.

Nicole was a great hostess. I was really impressed with how friendly and welcoming she and her family were while still maintaining a comfortable divide between the airBnB spaces and family space. She was super gracious and even specially got decaf coffee for my mom in the morning! so nice. The house is lovely and the rooms on the their floor where we stayed were spacious and very comfortable. When i come back to Wellesley, I will definitely look to stay again.

Nicole was a gracious host. The house is a wonderful, and comfortable home, a short walk from down town and even shorter stroll to the college. The room is on the third floor, very quite, comfortable, with its own bathroom. The entire house appears to be newly remodeled, and feels elegant and welcoming.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! The bedroom and bath were comfortable and spotless with special touches like fresh flowers and terrycloth bathrobes. Nicole was the perfect host; friendly, accommodating, and helpful in every way but gave us plenty of privacy too. The home is walking distance from Wellesley and Babson colleges as well as very near several eateries. Very nice, private room with its own beautiful bath. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again! Only request for next time: a non-slip mat in the bathtub--and instructions for using the unusual bathtub/shower faucet.

The suite could not have been more elegant and comfortable, and it was even nicer than the pictures. She's a gracious hostess with an incredible sense of style, and I appreciated her flexibility with my schedule (and thoughtfulness in leaving the lights on for me). The coffee in the morning was also very good, and I wish I'd had more time to sit and relax in such a lovely environment. The neighborhood is very quiet and orderly, and parking is easy. A perfect place to stay!

If you are visiting the Wellesley campus, this is an ideal location. campus and town are within walking distance and the house is on a quite street. If you are here in early May, like we were, the green and and flowering trees of the neighborhood and campus is breath-taking. You have the 3rd level of the house all to yourselves and it's quite, clean and beautifully updated.

It was a lovely home extremely clean and beautifully decorated. She was there at the door waiting when I came early because I had jet lag which was very kind of her. Welcomed me with fresh water bottles, tea and coffee, also appreciated by this weary traveler.

Helen was very amenable to arranging our complex schedule and arrival times. Everything was as described, clean, spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed the ease of access to downtown Wellesley and the calm serene area around the home. Wonderful !!! We hope to visit again next summer. :)

Our gracious host generously accommodated our arrival and departure schedule--her spacious suite provided us welcome privacy, quiet, and plenty of windows. Our stay allowed us to wrap up a week of travel and fruitful college exploration with our daughter in perfect comfort with much needed rest! :-)

This is my second time staying with Helen , and the experience is as good as expected. The unit is super spacious and my daughter had a lot fun exploring the room. Location is convenient and works very well for my purpose. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a temporary place in Wellesley or Metrowest.

We were met by Jenna who was on hand the whole time we were there as Helen was away. Jenna was lovely and had information for us on where to eat and local activities. The Room is really big and in the downstairs/basement of the house so it was lovely and cool without having to use air con. This which was fantastic for us as we had arrived during a heatwave and it was 100 degrees outside! There was plenty of space for our family with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the main space and also a tv, running machine, table football game and stereo - although we didn't use them! The bathroom is spacious and immaculate with big fluffy towels and Helen thoughtfully left it fully equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner and bodywash as well as hand soap and hand cream. It was like an apartment but without the kitchen! Although we did have a fridge which was great to keep snacks and cold water in. The area is lovely and we were able to find it easily - just a few minutes drive from the Natick Mall/Logan Express/Local Restaurants etc. I would recommend staying here and will certainly be coming back next time I am in Natick!

Beth is like a fairy godmother - anything you need magically appears, before you even know you needed it! Beth and Norberto's lovely home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood. About a mile from the Wellesley Hills commuter train station. I felt well cared-for even before I arrived, as Beth offered suggestions for transportation options and gave me a heads up about the Boston Marathon! Visitors should expect the usual charming quirks of an old home - squeaky floors and the like, and they can expect a warm welcome, engaging conversation, and lots of personalized help.

What a great place to be in the Wellesley area! Beth and Norberto's lovely home is on a quiet street, surrounded by trees and an amazing front porch and little back porch for relaxing. Our bedroom was comfortable and clean with nice touches throughout. Beth changed our towels daily (which we did not expect) and the bathroom was also very nice with it's claw tub and shower. She spoiled us with expresso in the morning as well as quiche and apple cake. Beth and Norberto are kind and intelligent people and I feel blessed to have been guests in their home! Our Wellesley College daughter and I loved staying there and will absolutely be back!

Firstly, Cynthia is awesome sauce; lovely, welcoming, and knowledgeable! Her home is gorgeous. Her cocker, Bosco, is delightful. In an excellent location for walking to "the vil" and to Wellesley College! Cynthia efficiently and warmly answered all of my inane questions prior to the trip, and during our stay. Cynthia is lovely and her home is as well. She was friendly and made me feel right at home. The bedroom and bath were superior and extremely comfortable. Cynthia made us feel comfortable right from the start. We came in pretty late from San Francisco, and grabbed some dinner before we came to her house, and she was nice enough to stay up to greet us. Her home is beautiful - even better than the photos here. Cynthia's house is spacious, and neat, and you sort of have your own "wing". The bed is very comfortable, and we had our own bathroom, complete with all the creature comforts you could want. The backyard is great for spending time relaxing. She has 2 cocker spaniels, Coco and Bosco, who we dubbed "the hall monitors". The dogs love having guests, and they'll make you feel right at home. The neighborhood is fabulous, especially if you want to go for a walk. She's also located near Morse's Pond, the local swimming hole. The house is also close to downtown - you could walk if you want. Cynthia doesn't have AC, but her house is LEED certified and built to stay cool in the summer. She also has terrific ceiling fans in all the right places. Even though it was pretty darn hot a few days, we were ok. I would heartily recommend Cynthia's home to anyone coming to the Boston area. We had a lovely time.
