This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

Cottage "Mies". Peace and quiet at the beach.

This is where you come to relax. Enjoy a wonderful location surrounded by locals in Hoofdplaat. The beach is in front of the door. Within walking distance you will find a restaurant. If you get tired of the quiet, you can cycle 8 km to Breskens. By car you are in no time in Antwerp and Bruges. Sustainability can go hand in hand with vacations, we think. "The old meule" was built in 1877, which we have made into a cozy bed and breakfast.
