This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has a kings size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

An idyllic rural cottage

The Bothy is a delightful newly rebuilt and refurbished two-double bedroom cottage on the Standen Estate with a large open plan living area, folding glass patio doors to a full balcony covering the entire southern elevation with views over the North Wessex Downs. Unfortunately it is not suitable for young children.
