From the beginning Phillipe and Salvadora were very welcoming and warm and great with communications before we got there They sent specific directions for the taxi and were always there during our stay if anything was needed. Friendly and warm they asked each morning about how we slept and what we were up to for the day. This property is GORGEOUS ! Surrounded by beautiful gardens and flowers with tons of colorful butterflies in the walkways and all around. Fruit trees, an herb and vegetable garden are there (and the mangos are delicious!) the cabana has a full kitchen living room dining table and front porch. We had delicious breakfast for an extra $3 each morning on the porch listening to the birds. There is an adorable and friendly dog there and beautiful parakeets too. The wifi is great! Throughout the cabana and the property. The one moment I couldn't sign on Phillipe immediately helped me and it was strong the rest of my stay. Quinta Sonrisa became our home base in Nicaragua. I can't wait to go back and see Phillipe and Salvadora again they are lovely and make you feel right at home. You are slightly less central but it's a safe 10 minute walk or so to Central Park (it's just pretty dark at night) taxis can go there easily. We rented a car so it was totally perfect and worth staying a few blocks away from Central Park. Totally a beautiful getaway in town.

This was my second time staying at Zayda and Yadira's place, and it was still great, although if you prefer privacy, I definitely recommend renting the whole house! Yadira is a wonderful person, and she works very hard to make sure you are well-accommodated. Esta fue mi segunda vez a la casa, y estuvo muy bien de nuevo, pero si prefieres privacidad, yo te recomiendo que alquiles toda la casa en serio! Yadira es muy buena gente, y hace todo para asegurarse que estés cómodo.

Me encanta esta casa! Es grande y limpia, y cuando hay basuritas que caen del techo, hay una escoba para limpiar el piso, que yo usaba durante mi estancia. El patio y la propiedad son muy hermosas y verdes, el aire es tan fresco, y esta bien cerca al centro de Jinotepe, perfecto para cuando quieres todo que te ofrece la ciudad, pero prefieres la naturaleza. La recomiendo! I love this house! It´s big and clean, and there´s a broom for when the floor gets dirty with things that fall from the ceiling, which was no big deal and I just swept while I was there. The yard and property are beautiful and gree, the air is cool and fresh, and it´s pretty close to the center of Jinotepe, perfect for when you want everything the city has to offer, but prefer to be in nature. I highly recommend it!

Urania's house in Jinotepe Nicaragua was great!!! very safe and had 24 hours security, Alvaro Isaac is the person who open the house for me and he was very helpful, he new all the good places to go, I was very happy to experience Nicaragusa knowing that i was at the right place, I will definitely recommend this house and the knowledge of Alvaro Isaac who is the person in charge of the house, he was great, he speaks very good English and he is very polite, the house was just perfect for me as it is was very central. I will definitely come back and next time i am planing to stay longer days as i was told that a pool will be build in the next 6 months, that would just be even better.!!!!!!!! Thank Urania & Alvaro as it was a great experience!!!!!

Urania Newton's House was wonderful, it is very private and in a very safe and private Residential area, There is a beach near by, just nice!!! Alvaro Isaac was a great at giving us information on things to do, very reliable person. Over all we very happy with the experience and the treatment that we received from both Urania Newton, and Alvaro Isaac, Thank you. I recommend this Beautiful house To anyone That's looking for a safe place and beautiful House. We will come back!!!!!

Words cant describe how beautiful this home is . Pictures don't do it justice. It's gorgeous, clean, open, fully stocked and most importantly in a great location. You can tell this home was thought out with details and making sure its user friendly. I was 10 minutes away from my family in Diriamba and Jinotepe. It is close to the Managua, Granada, Nagarote and San Juan del Sur. They are 45 min - 1 hour away depending on traffic. My favorite parts of the house: the kitchen, the patio, the amazing beds and showers! It truly feels like home and its all because of how present Urania and Joel have been through the entire process. They made themselves available the day I booked it until my last day in Nicaragua. They are exceptional communicators. Alvaro was such tremendous help. He made my family feel comfortable and easily available by phone. The cleaning lady was extremely wonderful and respectful to our family and space. Urania was able to find us a driver for the week (paid separately) and it was the best decision we could have made. He was extremely nice, respectful and trust worthy. He was available whenever we needed to drive anywhere and made out traveling experience worth while. He was knowledgeable about roads, best time to travel and best places to travel. I could not recommend this team any higher! Please do yourself a favor and book this home. It is worth your money and time. My family and I will definitely be coming back to spend time here. Thank you Urania and Joel for your hospitality and for providing an excellent team to work with my family. We fell in love with your home and can't wait to spend more time in the near future.

I am new with Airbnb, but i have used other websites before and i have to mention that i am very happy with my choice, Casa Sophie was great for me and my Family, spacious, very clean and very private, Alvaro has a lot of knowledge on what's good, We wanted to do horse back riding and he made it happen for us, Thank You Alvaro. The Owner Urania, was always on top of things, making sure that we were enjoying our stay, and we did. :) The house is in a great location and most of the mayor Cities were with in 30 minutes drive, Loved It!!!!! We were 4 people and we thought that the price was great!!!! I will come back and stay at Casa Sophie, not only because it was a nice house with a great price but because we were treated Great!!!!! Thank You. I recommend Casa Sophie.

Ivania and Wilfredo are great hosts and great people. Their English is limited, but if you know just a little Spanish it works. Wilfredo has a great talent for speaking very slowly and clearly. That was very helpful to me. The house is easy walking distance to pretty much everything.

Staying with Ivania was a pleasure. Her home is beautiful and located centrally but not too close to the noise. The accommodations were comfortable. Most importantly, Ivania and her husband sat down with us both mornings for breakfast and conversation. Despite our limited Spanish and their limited English, we had a wonderful and meaningful conversation with them both days. We couldn't have felt more welcome.

Clean, quiet (at night), very affordable place and very friendly hosts. You will be amazed to see how people and trees coexist in common space inside(!) the house. Be prepared to cold shower though - the idea of hot water in bathroom doesn't seem existing in this country :-)

We visited Diriamba for the Festival de San Sebastian. Ivania and her family were very welcoming and helpful. They gave us a program of the events, offered safety tips, and engaged us in conversation over breakfast. Their home is conveniently located just a short walk south from the central park. We recommend staying here if you are ever in Diriamba.

Invania and family are lovely and genuily friendly people. Breakfast was typical and terrific by Marta.

Perfecta estancia en casa de Ivania y Willi. Lugar muy centrico con restaurantes cerca y tiendas de comida. Muy buena Wifi. Lugar para lavar ropa. Cocina disponible ahunque les recomiendo probar los platos de Marta, una cocinera excelente que trabaja en la casa. Lugar limpio, tranquilo y comodo. Cenamos tres veces con ellos y muy bien, personas cultas, alegres y muy animadas. Tambien nos alquilaron una motocicleta para dos dias. La habitacion es independiente de la casa y tiene su wc. En resumen lugar muy recomendable.

I stayed three days at Neal Hacienda and cannot overstate how amazing the experience was. From the moment I arrived (and Robert was kind enough to pick me up in Jinotepe), I was welcomed into the family. The room was amazing: it was extremely clean and provided all the toiletries one expects in a high-end hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the towels soft and luxurious. The food was delicious and plentiful, to the point of being overwhelming. Do not go there if you expect to lose weight, as I guarantee it won't happen. It's almost like you finish one meal and the next one is being prepared. I was allowed to help out on the farm, which I absolutely loved since I worked out some of the calories I injested. It is a working farm, so expect to see cows, and horses, and dogs, and birds, and all the action that goes with it. Robert patiently explained all they were doing, took time to drive me around the farm and explain his vision for their future. He even insisted on having me ride their horses (and this to a guy who has a mortal fear of them - having being thrown twice in years passed). I had a blast!! Sadly, the days passed in a blur and it was time to leave. They allowed me stay the entire day, even though check-out was at the usual time. And then he drove me back to town and insisted one of his crew ride the bus with me to Managua and walk me to my new Airbnb place to ensure I wouldn't get lost and arrived safely. What more can I say, except GO THERE?

Lynne was very kind and responsive before my stay. This is not really air bnb it is a hotel so I never saw nor met Lynne. The reception was not very helpful or friendly. Class Mateo is good if you are a young backpacker there for a night or two. The location is really central to Jinotepe. During my stay the cooks either were very late or didn't show up to make the "free breakfast" advertised and I waited for 30 minutes at least each morning sitting at the dining table without anyone telling me (and the dining tables are in the lobby). There is wifi only in the lobby none in the courtyard none in the rooms. The rest of Jinotepe has great wifi! Much better than Mateo. I was afraid to shower without flip flops on and they didn't give us any towels! For two people to share one bed in the room was $50 and for that price you can stay much much better in Jinotepe. I definitely advise against staying here and will never be back. No one working there seemed friendly at all.

El cuarto privado para dos personas estaba muy lindo con aire condicionado y baño privado con agua caliente. Todo fue muy limpio y los dueños eran muy amables. Pero hay que tener cuidado. El dueño casi nos hizo pagar más al último momento por los costes de la alcaldía...

Great place. Staff very helpful and around for any assistance needed. Beautiful jungle and area. Pool is fun for relaxing and cooling off. Great quiet spot to relax and take a break.

Salvadora y Felipe fueron unos excelentes anfitriones. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El apartamento es mejor de lo que esperaba. Inclusive nos tenian bebidas y algunas frutas y pan para que comieramos. Les agradezco mucho sus finas atenciones. Me dejaron muy Buenos recuerdos. Es un lugar que recomiendo para su estancia en Carazo, Jinotepe, Nicaragua. Excelente Lugar.
