Hello dear guests, The apartment is freshly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen.The train station is in five minutes walking distance and also the city is in five minutes walk. Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Students live in shared apartments on two floors and hosts on the ground floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment with 36sqm, spacious bathroom and a new, fully-equipped kitchen. Kitchen and bathroom are across the hall, which is always access to the students' basement rooms.
