Old Town: Small but very central apartment

One-bedroom studio with 160 cm queen size bed, small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. From the window you see the Neckar, within a few minutes you can walk to the main sights of Heidelberg. A supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. I won`t be there to greet you - the key will be left in a key safe at the door. But you can always reach me on Whats App. The apartment is not suitable for kids.

Small old town oasis with terrace

Enjoy the simple life in the quiet and centrally located garden room. On 16 sqm there is everything you need for a beautiful holiday in Heidelberg. Shower room, queen-size bed (can also be set up as two single beds), coffee kitchen with sink & microwave and direct access to the terrace, which is shared with the other tenants. Bright, central and yet quiet. 1 minute to the Neckar and the Old Bridge as well as to the University Square and the main street.

I rent out my son's apartment, who now lives abroad. It is suitable for 1-2 people and is located in Handschuhheim, an idyllic district of Heidelberg. The apartment has two rooms, a living-bedroom (single bed and sofa bed) with a large workspace, a kitchen-living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. It is about 3 min. to public transport and with the tram you can reach the city center or the main train station in 10 minutes by tram.

You can live in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa with a view of a quiet garden area very close to the Neckar. The old town is about 20 minutes walk away. Next to the bedroom there is a kitchen and a shower room that you can use alone. On the same floor we have two working or guest rooms, which we mainly use during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open windows!!
