The house is located in the island's capital, Myrina. The house is a single space and is semi-basement. It can accommodate two or three people, as there are two single beds and a sofa that can be used as a bed. Within walking distance there is a bakery and two large supermarkets. Also, some of the island's attractions are just a few meters from the house, such as the museum, the castle and the central market with shops. Free parking is provided in the building.
