The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

Only 2 adults living in the apt above. Yes, its basement but there are windows in every room, High ceiling and a full size door for coming and going. Once inside youll enjoy natural light from large windows, plenty of living space with a bar to hang out with family & friends.
