Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Enjoy the fantastic panorama-view of this small 23m² apartment, ideally located for hiking. You come NOT by car to the apartment, ON FOOT ONLY !! (Possibly with the Muttersbergbahn, therefore, the check-in can not be later than 15: 00h, because the cablecar thereafter except operation). In winter, the Muttersbergbahn is entirely out of order. Hence not suitable for skiing, because no lifts, no trails and no free land becomes available. (Recreation area)
