Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Located 10 km from Nîmes, Manduel is a pleasant village close to Provence, halfway between the Camargue and the Cévennes. You will be 15 minutes from Pont du Gard, 45 minutes from the beaches (Les Saintes Marie, Le Grau du Roi...). Garons Airport is 10 minutes away. The "Nîmes-Pont du Gard" TGV station is located in Manduel, a 5-minute drive from our house. It is a fully enclosed villa without overlooking neighbours. All shops are close (bakery, butcher, greengrocer, pharmacy, caterer...) Intermarché 100 m away.
