The living room has a pull-down double bed (£10 chargSmart TV + Sky Sports, and a selection of books and board games. The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Millennium Tower is a unique architect designed building commissioned to celebrate the year 2000. The building has 7 sides for seven days of the week and 4 floors for four seasons. There is a small spiral staircase in the pepper pot top providing access to the roof terrace which is surrounded by a tree canopy of chestnut, oak and birch. The tower is located in 14 acres of deciduous woodland a short distance from the Market Town of Woodbridge. It provides an ideal base to explore the area.

Recently refurbished Georgian second floor 2 bed apartment in a historic town centre building. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

Near Woodbridge The Annexe Eyke fantastic views

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for another person or couple on request. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand
