Lovely and cozy flat in a great location which allow you to have easy access to all different areas in Medellin, the flat also have a gym steam room and communal pool with a amazing view of the city, the neighbourhood is very safe and not trouble or what so ever. Really loved this space! Very clean apartment with nice security for the building. There is construction outside but I didn't hear them at all in the morning. You may have to walk down the hill to grab a taxi or you can have the security help you get one. It's not far from a lot of nice restaurants and shops and Camilo was super responsive. Always checking in to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely stay here again. Loved Medellín!

Esteban's place is as good as everyone says. It's a modern building and a stylish/minimalist interior. Located about a 15 min walk from lleras. The views from the pool/terrace are spectacular. Andres at reception is very helpful during check-in. Grocery store (modern and very well stocked) and local food chains are located within a 2-3 min walk. The only thing to note, as the apartment window faces the road, you will get some traffic noise in the apartment, but it should only be an issue if you're a light sleeper.

The apartment is great. Ideal to get to know Medellin. The place is very safe. The pool corresponds exactly to the pictures.

Wonderful stay in Medellin. The apartment was spacious, clean and well situated. Worked great for our family of four (which includes two small kids). The rooftop pool and views of the city were a big highlight. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone - we loved it.

The place is amazing. Juan at the front door want helpful when we needed help. Alex, your response time was fantastic. Thank you for arranging the cleaning person, the massage person. The place was clean, the ceiling fan was no issue at all, it did not bother anyone, the rooms where cool to even cold at night ( temps at night were 60-65 ) we slept with the doors/window wide open and loved the fresh air. We found great breakfast spot less then 2-3 blocks away. Location is perfect. Alex was quick to reply, check in was super easy. We will book this location again.

This place is awesome. Great bedroom views. Balcony /terrace has a nice view is also nice for late night dinner or drink. 3 bedrooms for 6 people with own bath for each bedroom. And the host was very nice and accommodating. This house is in the best area in Medellin with lots of nice bars, restaurants and dance clubs around. If I come back to Medellin this house would be my first choice. Many thanks again to the host.

The flat is as good as advertised: good location (10-15 min walk from El Poblado), in a modern building with a security guard, very clean, with all the equipment you need. The view from the (great) terrace is amazing. Another plus: Juan Camilo has been very helpful and reactive. I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again.

A comfortable third floor space with a wonderful rooftop patio and hot tub was the perfect home base for our family of five during our recent stay over the holidays. Close to shopping and restaurants, this condo has a modern washer and dryer, and a kitchen with a gas cooktop for food preparation. I think the best part was our hostess Nora, who made sure we were happy and comfortable for the duration of our stay.

This was the best place I stayed on my trip to Medellin. I love the nature and the feeling of the cabin.

Great location in Laureles with balcony facing small park, close to party places (La 70, La 33), shopping (Unicentro) and transportation. Place is quiet, clean and secure. Ligia is an excellent host: helpful and communicative. Overall great value.

We had a great stay. The apartment is maintained to a high standard. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped so we could cook comfortably. (It was very important to us because we are vegetarian). The apartment is very spacious, the bed was comfortable. The bedroom had a good curtain and you could sleep well even when the morning light starts to rise. There is a washing machine which is a great bonus when traveling. The area is really great, modern, with lots of restaurants on hand and a big shopping moll. All the interaction with Lydia was smooth and fast.

Ligia's apartment was large enough for our couple to use and well-equipped. Especially, the kitchen was equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils, so it was convenient to cook food. There was a big supermarket near the apartment, so it was good to stay. It was safe and convenient for Rigia's son to pick us up at a strange airport at an appropriate price and take us to the airport early in the morning. But the apartment was a little bit far from Metro station on foot. And if you don't like ants in your house, you should be careful with your choices.

Ligia's apartment is really nice. Really spacious and has everything you need. Ligia helped whenever I needed. Laureles is also a very cozy area. Really recommend to everyone.

He is also a gentleman and was there to help me with my luggage. His place is close to everything and he even offers a metro card for use while you are in Medellin. I was super comfortable. In a very organized and very clean house, it is very well located, Jorge is very helpful and friendly.

A lot of people think of only staying in Poblado or Laurelles,but this property is more or less in Buenos Aires. It's a solid Middle area. As long as you don't mind walking up hill.Its on the Tranvia line so you can take the train.There are many restaurants around and services.There is Smart fit gym near the property that does daily drop ins for $8 USD.I walked around the area very late as a man with no problems. There is Bakery across the street for cheap eating.

Cristina was an amazing host with an amazing place. I stayed here for three months during an immersion trip in the city and this place was everything I needed. It's super walkable to shopping centers, gyms, bus stops, and metro stations. Cristina provided all the information I requested when I first arrived and help me get settled in a completely new environment, making me feel at home. It's centrally located so you can get to both Laureles and El Poblado relatively quick by bus or taxi as well while feeling very safe. Definitely recommended for anyone wishing to visit, short or long term.

I found Isa's apartment to be very stylish and comfortable. The place is decorated to a high standard and is very modern. It's in a cul-de-sac and the balcony has a lovely naturistic view. It's a short walk to Premium Plaza where you literally have everything you need. Isa's had everything prepared for me and I found her to be professional and kind.

Communication with Juan is excellent, a place to rest and enjoy a great view.

David is a super hospitable person who at all times resolved our doubts and made recommendations from Medellin, we loved that he himself went to the department to greet us and see that everything was fine! It is a very nice, comfortable and perfect apartment for couples. The attention we received from Juan (the host) was excellent, made us feel very comfortable and greatly facilitated the process of arrival and departure of the lodging. The area is quiet although it is close to not so pleasant areas. It is definitely a recommended lodging.

The modern, clean and stylish apartment is part of an apartment hotel with friendly 24hr reception. There is a full sized fridge with some reasonably priced refreshments, a stove, good AC. The appartment is located next to a park in a touristy area with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. We stayed just one night during the corona crisis as our originally booked canceled our booking. Camillo responded super quickly, let us check in early, was super accommodating to the current situation and even refunded us the nights we didn't get to stay. If I ever get to visit Medellin again I would stay at this place again!

The place is perfect for a single person or couple & for shorter stays as it does not have a wash machine in the unit or building. There isn’t much around the apartment but it is a short taxi ride to most popular areas & stores. It is relatively quite at night considering it’s in a busy city. Excellent response with any inquiries from the host. I would highly recommend , good value.

Fabulous stay in this brand new studio apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, perfect fast internet, great smart TV with Netflix, perfect kitchen with everything I needed to cook, big comfortable bed, very nice modern bathroom with a good shower. The check in was great as it is all automatic so I arrived when I needed to and did not have to arrange to meet Mario- it is done through a keyboard with a personalised code. The location is perfect- beside everything and right in the heart of El Poblado, which is really safe. This is my second time staying with this host as I feel very safe with them- they are trustworthy and their places are always a very high standard of accommodation, and fairly priced. Don't think twice about staying here- you won't find better for the quality, price, and hosting!

We sadly only got to stay at Camilo's for a short time due to an urgent need to head back to the USA, but we absolutely loved our entire visit. The family is so kind, making you feel like you are right at home. The room was comfortable and clean. The apartment is a beautiful space. We felt like we had found a little home in Colombia. We can't say enough for the family's kindness. We highly recommend staying with them! We will be back!

Amazing in every sense the room is a great size and it is situated in a beautiful neighborhood where you can walk at any time of the night. And yet you’re not far at all from anywhere you would want to see I highly recommend Uber you won’t spend more than 10,000 to go anywhere other than the airport the family is welcoming and the mom is sweet as can be amazing service and the building is very nice you also have a great system to get in and out all around would recommend to anyone trying to get the most out of a budget while still having more privacy than a hostel.

Excellent location in a safe, secure, and quiet neighborhood. There are several small tiendas within a 5 minute walk, or a 10 minute walk will bring you to a large supermarket. For serious shopping, there is a huge very modern mall you can easily walk to in 10-15 min. The apartment is 4 blocks from a huge park that has great walking trails and on top of the hill there is a spectacular view of the city. The apartment is very modern and super clean. The hosts are very helpful and will happily give you tips about the city or answer any questions you may have. If you like exercise, there is the Medellin River Walk about 1 km from the apartment, a beautiful park that runs along the river on both sides. If you cross over the river, you're just a few blocks from El Centro which is quite the experience. Medellin is a city of 2.8 million and El Centro is filled with people, vendors, thousands of stores and restaurants. You can buy your fruits and vegetables in El Centro for the change in your pocket. Sundays are the best days because there are vendors everywhere selling drinks and snacks and the city shuts down traffic on many highways for walking or bicycling. I enjoyed my month here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location at a great price in one of the better areas of Medellin.

Genuine Airbnb experience - this is so hard to find. Everything is as described. Camilo and his mother Adriana were super friendly and we had a fantastic stay. They even washed and folded our laundry and Adriana prepared a salad for us! The location is residential, safe and quiet. We took a taxi to go to the city center as there is no metro nearby. Would return!

A spectacular apartment with a very good view next to the mall el tesoro 5 minutes walk from the mall and 2 very good restaurants. A 24-hour pharmacy in the same building, a 7-minute drive from the Lleras Park. The highly recommended truth.

This was an excellent place located in a safe neighborhood and close to many great restaurants. There were some tourist attractions within walking distance and was very close to the metro system. Ivan was incredibly present and responsive. The space was beautiful and a great value. Check in and check out were super simple. I highly recommend this place for future stays.

The nice apartment, the good location. Just what we needed.

Very accomodating host. Quick with responses in English. Apartment has everything you might need, a spacious kitchen, washing mashine, ironing machine. It is quite loud but you can use the earplugs Jose provides :) I had no problem sleeping. About 10 minutes by foot from the metro, supermarkets are close (2 minutes). Some decent clubs in walking distance (1984, Industry). Security guys are very helpful as well and the pool and gym are a nice bonus!

Jose's appartment felt like home right from the start. We stayed for 3 weeks and it had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is powerful and always hot, there is a washing machine, and there is even a TV with Netflix etc. The appartment is perfect if you are spending significant time in Medellín, especially if you plan on self-catering as there are two very cheap supermarkets a minutes walk away. These were by far the cheapest supermarkets we found in Medellín - some of the supermarkets in the more touristy areas were surprisingly expensive. The appartment complex itself felt very safe, with 24 hour security. It also has a very friendly feel. The swimming pool is a great addition, and was rarely busy despite being shared by all the residents. The gym is basic, but perfect for keeping fit during a longer stay. One thing that I didn't expect was how amazing the view of Medellín is from the balcony, especially at night! Location-wise the apartment is in a good spot for exploring the entire city. Medellín isn't a great city for walking from place to place so we used the metro and yellow taxis all the time. The appartment is a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro (down the elevator at the bottom of the road- ask Jose for directions if you need), and there are always taxis waiting right outside the apartment complex, so you don't have to worry about calling or waving one down. In my opinion there aren't that many great restaurants walking distance from the appartment, but they are all a short taxi ride away (costing less than $8000 COP for the taxi). As mentioned in the description, and a few other reviews, the road outside is noisy, so bring earplugs. We got used to it pretty quick and we had to get up early every day for Spanish classes so it didn't really matter. Also, the city is very busy in general, so I think it would be hard to find a quiet apartment in a good location. They close half the road on Sundays for a weekly cycling event, so if you like to sleep in on a Sunday morning, you'll be fine! Overall the apartment was excellent. On top of that, Jose was a great host, and was very responsive to all my WhatsApp messages. Thanks Jose!

Nicely decorated very clean well equipped apartment with a great view of Medellin. Hot Water in bathroom which is unusual for residences in Medellin because everyone takes cold showers but Jose has given some thought about his guests knowing that most of will be coming from the USA or Europe where we are used to hot water. Another thing that surprised me was that you can drink the tap water from the sink. in other countries like Mexico or the Dominican Republic you'll get deathly sick so I was pleased. I loved spending evenings out on the patio balcony watching the traffic and the lights of Medellin. There was no oven but the kitchen is well appointed with full size refrigerator, four burner stove top, ( three gas and one electric,microwave, a large screen tv with internet access . Very nice apartment that feels like a home, everything you need is provided. Huge array of cooking equipment and blenders and even a toasting machine (no oven). Very big & modern shower although the shower head needs adjusting. Sound system is provided and the balcony has an unbeatable view. I didn’t expect the view before arriving it’s very beautiful. Only downside to the apartment is the noise from the cars, however I got use to the noise after 2 nights. If you don’t mind waking up around 8 in the morning when traffic picks up it’s perfect! There is a gym, only other downside is if your very tall the bed will be too small for you in length.

You can see over Medellin, especially at night. if you walk around the center you can walk, which I recommend. or take the metro for a few stops (only about 10 minutes away) All in all a great apartment, great city, nice people! This apartment is the best I have stayed in in Medellín, very strategic position in the town, close to everything and at the same time very quiet. It is very beautiful and has a very useful terrace to breathe in the late evening, dining or having a drink. The house is well organized with medicine cabinet and utensils of various kinds. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is hot. The yellow color infuses positive energy so I strongly recommend choosing this apartment for a stay in Medellín!

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. First of all it is right in the middle of everything. It is close to the bars restaurants and extremely close to my Spanish School. It was really nice to be able to spread out at the end of the day and relax in the sitting area down below. The kitchen was excellent and could accommodate anything I wanted to do as far as cooking. I would definitely stay here again

Cool, quirky and cute apartment in the heart of Poblado. Walking distance to Parque Lleras but far enough away from the madness for a good nights sleep. Rooftop is a great feature to chill, drink beer and look out onto Medellin

The rooftop apartment in Parque Lleras is fantastic. The space is very well decorated. The hosts are willing to help with anything you might need. It’s located perfectly in Parque lleras by all the bars and restaurants and walkable to the metro. The highlight of the apartment itself is the patio. I spent more time than I thought I would relaxing, reading, and drinking on the patio. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay! The room was great and I would definitely come back. I really liked the shared space and the community aspect. There were always people around for a conversation, but if you need your private space, you just go to your room. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back.

Very good place

Alex’s place is perfectly located nearby nice restaurants and bars. You can walk to the poblado park and metro station as well. He was always very attentive to any inquiry I had during my trip and the tours he recommended were worth every penny. His place is also located in a safe quiet area, no noise at night.

Alex's place is a fantastic choice to see the area of El Poblado. My room was very clean, comfortable, and the private bathroom was super nice. Everything from wifi to hot water worked without issue. The shared spaces of kitchen and laundry were handy and easy to use, although there are many cafes and dining options around so I didn't use them a ton. Location is a bit uphill from main area, and you can be anywhere in El Poblado within 15-20 minutes. Metro station takes about 20-25 minutes to get to depending on the route. Very safe and stylish area and I met some awesome individuals while staying here. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service and excellent location.

Jose is a very friendly host. I totally recommend his place; it's small but good enough for couple of people. It's clean, has kitchen, fridge, Netflix and Wi-Fi of course. It's located at a walking distance from the 33 where there's plenty of spots and at 10 minute drive from la 70 where you will find pretty much everything.

José is an excellent person, very friendly and cordial, his accommodation is amazing, he has everything that is needed for a short stay, very good location there are shopping centers nearby and restaurants !! The sector is very quiet and safe.

Great apartment, everything you need for a few days stay. Lovely style and very safe with the gated front door. Staff were lovely and helped us with washing. The main bars in Poblado are a 20-30 minute walk, but it’s easy to get a taxi in Medellin. Great area of the city to stay in. Thanks Santiago.

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at Santiago's place. He has a great set up that is very much like a boutique hotel. Our space was very modern and clean and had all of the amenities needed to make you feel like you're at home. The pool and hot tub area is wonderful too. The location is great and we felt safe. Good restaurants and shopping options are in walking distance. The Pablodo district is an easy walk or cab ride away. I will definitely be returning here for a future stay.

It was an amazing place. Very large well maintained. Quick taxi to everywhere but far from crowds and noise. The balcony was the best part. Large comfortable gorgeous view day and night. In fact, I fell asleep on the hammock the last night for most of the evening. Slept like a baby. I hope it is available next time I return.

This loft is beautiful! It’s roomy and the views are even better than described. The hosts are very communicative and helpful, offering suggestions around taxis, restaurants, and local activities. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to very high-end restaurants and malls. Note, it is about a 20-40 minute steep walk to trendy restaurants/bars and the metro station that takes you downtown and to other tourist destinations. But, if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, safe getaway at the end of the day, this spot is perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Yessid's place in Laureles is all about practicality, location and very good value. It is a street level studio apartment, but the street is one of the more quiet ones. It is walking distance to 2nd park, and 33rd Avenue, bustling night life spots. The studio is small, but has all the basic amenities a visitor with a busy city itinerary could want. The private entrance, and having a key to come and go from the apartment, as desired, was a definite bonus. I would stay here again.

Comfortable, fresh and well located, if you are looking for a party it is close to the lleras park, a place with bars and restaurants. If you want to explore the city at the door, the transport leaves you in 10 minutes in the center.

Gloria is an amazing host, warm & welcoming. Her place is in the perfect location in my opinion, just a 8 min walk to Poblado park & 12 min walk to Lleras but just on the outskirts from all the fuzz. The apt. is exquisite with a lovely view of the city & for you to enjoy with a hammock. The hospitality, location, & price is a 10/10. Can’t wait to visit Medellín again, won’t bother looking anywhere else.

This apartment felt like home for the five days I stayed there. Bright and clean, with a small but well stocked kitchen and clean, comfortable common spaces. The bed was super comfortable and the location (less than 10 minutes walk to a grocery and the hip neighborhood, parque lleras) was excellent.

I've used Airbnb quite a bit, but this is my first time writing a review - that's how awesome Felipe and Paula were. They were just amazing hosts who loved Medellín and wanted you to fall in love with it too (which I did). Their hospitality made my Medellín experience so much better and more memorable than expected!

If you are coming to Medellín this is the place to stay! Felipe and Paula are so welcoming and friendly they make you feel like family. Great little apartment in a safe residential neighborhood within walking distance of El Poblado. It has everything needed for 2 people- a TV, good wifi, and a well-stocked kitchen. It is also very clean. Sofia and Amparo were so kind and helpful during a very stressful time with Colombia about to start a quarantine for Coronavirus. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean place. The noise is day and night. If you don't care about the noise is a good location but if you want a quiet room you need to find another place or probably you are so tired of the activities during the day that , you don't care about the noise.

Amazing first floor studio apartment with regards to location, price and hospitality! This place is great for solo vacation travelers or couples on a romantic getaway. Why pay the high prices in El poblado or Laureles when you can stay directly in between the two in a safe location next to the Santa Fe Zoo. Both in the day and the evening you will see people anywhere from 5 years old to 85 years old walking by in a safe family environment. As you walk out your front door there is a supermarket on your right, there is a coffee shop down the street on the left with another market and approximately 6 restaurants. If you go farther north you will see amazing bakeries and restaurants. Due to its excellent location it is only $3 for a taxi up to Laureles and $3 for a taxi down to El Poblado. So if you want to have a place where you can rest after seeing the sights, this is where you actually want to be. The studio is equipped with a gorgeous shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a roomy sleeping area with excellent blinds that block out the sun when you do not need it. If you want a quiet, safe, beautiful and family style environment; look no further and don't pass up the opportunity to book here.

Factory Lofts is a great place to stay in Medellin. The lofts are industrial/contemporary chic and have all the amenities that you need for a longer stay including all the kitchen stuff if you are in the mood to cook. The location in Barrio Laureles is perfect. Lots of bars, cafés, shops, restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance. We totally recommend the Factory Lofts to all the people who wanna stay in a modern and chic place and have fun at night with all the Colombian entertainment just around the corner. For those who seek total quietness it is not recommended as there is street and entertainment noise. We will definitely be back and give Miriam and her entire team a 5 ⭐️ rating!

Amazing location walking distance to restaurants and bars! The place had an amazing view and the rooftop was INCREDIBLE. Was a little disappointed that the hot tub and pool were the same thing but overall I would stay here again no questions.
